• Nicole (10/5): Charmante B&B - A Casa Armenia B&B situeert zich in een groot charmant appartementsgebouw op de 3de verdieping. Er is een lift aanwezig . We kregen een warm welkom en veel info over de bezienswaardigheden in Torino . We hadden de kamer met 2 aparte bedden geboekt. De kamer was zeer proper , functioneel. Verzorgde douche. De bedden zijn eerder aan de smalle kant. Voor het ontbijt mochten we kiezen tussen bvb een omelet, kaas of liever een zoet ontbijt. De ligging van de B&B is ideaal. In onze buurt waren er op wandelafstand enkele restaurants en bars . Niets

They recommend 2 great restaurants within walking distance from the b&b, gave us lots of info about the city too. Breakfast was really nice and fresh with a choice of sweet or savory. We were able to leave the bags early before check in and late after check out. 10 out of 10 guys! Thank you

Thank you for being so flexible and thoughtful, including letting me store my luggage for a few hours. The location is very easy to get to from Porta Susa, and walkable to the main part of town. Every morning we could choose between "Salty", which was eggs, han, cheeses, breads, homemade jams, jellies, juices, coffee, etc. Or.....we could choose "Sweet", which was yogurts, incredible croissants, muffins, loaves, jams, jellies, etc. Alberto, the chef, was so lovely to sit and chat with as we ate, filling us on on things to do in Torino.

• Jennifer (10/5): Wonderfully unique, welcoming place to stay in the center of Turin - Hosts Alberto and Alessandra are just delightful- lively with a wonderful sense of humor- although the real star of our visit may have been Alessandra’s incredible mom, the Dottoressa Ligouri who made us an apple tart and then breakfast the second day. Alberto and Alessandra are passionate hosts who clearly love making people feel welcome and getting to know them. We arrived on New Year’s Eve, and they invited us and the other two guests for a toast at their apartment. As for the casa, there is an elevator (after a few entry level steps). The room is quite big and comfortable with two balconies. The bathroom is beautiful. The breakfast was incredible and prepared with such care. We also left our luggage until our afternoon train. The location was great- in the center and a 15 minute walk to Porta Susa train station. I will recommend this place to my parents and all my friends. Grazie Alberto, Alessandra, and Ligouri! nothing

• Theresa (9/5): This is a very convenient location. We felt safe and were within walking distance of everything. - Breakfast was good! We enjoyed cheeses and some cured meat, bread and jams, fruit and juice. What I loved was the details - they served on different vintage china and serving pieces every morning. Alesandra and her adorable mom stayed to talk with the guests at breakfast each morning as well....such nice hospitality! It was unfortunate that the plumbing in the shower was not working well. We felt badly for Alesandra because she was recovering from surgery and had to manage the situation. I am certain she will have this resolved soon.

Breakfast was so good complete with home-made jams! Had the twin room which was alright for a short stay. Had no difficulty but plus sized people might find the single beds rather small. Nice modern bathroom but plumbing can be a little noisy. Not a deal breaker though.

• Hugo (10/5): Angenehme Unterkunft im historischen Teil von Turin - Wir sind sehr freundlich und persönlich von den Gastgeberinnen umsorgt worden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: mit Eierspeisen, frisch aufgeschnittenen Tomaten und mit Fruchtsalat. Ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine stehen jederzeit bereit zur freien Benutzung. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer sind reich dekoriert mit armenischen Antiquitäten. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Wegen einem Erdrutsch und einem Streik des italienischen Bahnpersonals konnten wir erst einen Tag später im B&B eintreffen. Die Gastgeberin Alessandra hat die verpasste Übernachtung für uns storniert, ein grosses Entgegenkommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr günstig für Besichtigungen im historischen Teil von Turin gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sind zu Fuss erreichbar.

Great location close to some wonderful restaurants and close to all the attractions but in a quiet area. The room was sensational; it was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and a perfect place to rest. The host kept in touch prior to our arrival and instructions to get keys/access etc. were easy to follow. The host's mother Laura was beautiful and couldn't do enough for us during our stay.

The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, were always willing to help you out, and genuinely want you to have a nice stay. They prepare a wonderful hot breakfast every morning with good coffee and homemade jams. The location is good with a 15 minute walk to most tram stops and the porta susa train station. The entire house is kept very clean. We would most definitely stay here again. We loved everything about A Casa Armenia.

We really appreciated the air conditioning in this very hot weather. It was also nice to have an elevator to get our luggage up to the third floor. The location was quiet and overall it was an excellent deal! This is petty but the mirror in the bathroom is hard to get close to and the lighting is poor. A makeup mirror would help a lot.

• Vincent (8/5): Joy and beauty in Torino! - Alessandra was an amazing and her room was big and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do in Torino. She also provided many wonderful tips on bars, restaurants, and other places to go, complete with an annotated map. Breakfast was a dream and included many hot and cold offerings...we never went away hungry! Would definitely repeat! Thanks for everything Alessandra! The only thing I would advise is that if you are a light sleeper you might bring earplugs. We enjoy leaving the windows open for fresh air at night while we're sleeping and due to proximity to nighttime venues (and being a college town) it can get quite noisy with young people being noisy on the street below late at night. Otherwise, it was extremely quiet there at all other times.

• Martin (10/5): Just spectacular, the perfect place to stay! - The B&B is overall exceptional, the two owners are very nice, the rooms are like in 4/5-star hotel and the breakfast is just simply spectacular. The latter is prepared with style and class by the older owner, an adorable elderly lady. Not less sympathetic is the younger owner, the daughter, who gave us more recommendations on the quarter and Turino than we could handle. Needless to say that the area is perfect, as near to the city centre and with a lot of restaurants, bars around the corner.
