Plenty of food options with a lot of fast food options and sit down restaurants close to the hotel. Other rooms doors slamming so hard you could feel it in your bones as late as midnight or more. My room facing the neighbors housing had a dog in the yard that started barking a little after 7:00 am and didn't stop and was still barking at 10:00 am when i checked out.

I took pictures and showed them to the manager. He totally dismissed my frustration and offered me a 10% refund. I was so afraid that I brought bed bugs home that I itched all night in my own bed.

• BREON (2/5): RUN as fast as you can AWAY from this place - The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was close to lots of restaurants and shops. The bad thing about this hotel was my tub didn’t drain so every time I showered, I was standing in a pool of dirty water. The UGLIEST thing about this hotel stay is they have bed bugs. The 1st morning I woke up to blood on the sheets. I thought mybe I scratched myself somehow. The 2nd morning is when I saw 2-3 bed bugs on the sheets. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk but Bryan (assuming he was the manager) was very dismissive and offered me a 10% discount. I was soo worried that I may have brought bed bugs back home with me.

Staff was super helpful and friendly, and the room was so clean and well maintained - even the baseboard in the bath was spotless! The full sized refrigerator and microwave might have been overkill for a one night stay, but we made full use of them to re-freeze ice packs and heat leftovers. We give it a ten!

The bad was when I went to check-in at night and they were not accessible rooms for my mom. My reservation specified that even though the lady at night told me that it was not. It is very inconvenient to stay in a normal room when my mom has handicap needs. First time booking this hotel chain, very disappointing for sure.

• Andrea (7/5): Esperienza discreta - La camera era ampia, ampio posto parcheggio, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Comoda e rapida la procedura di check-in e check-out. L'hotel è un po' lontano dal centro di Las Vegas ma comunque ben raggiungibile in macchina in 15 minuti circa. La camera era molto bella, tuttavia essendo disponibile la cucina mi aspettavo ci fosse anche il necessario per cucinare, tuttavia non c'erano né pentole, né piatti, né posate.

• Albert (8/5): Nice location with nearby amenities - There was no breakfast Would have preferred no carpet in the room as this is a pet friendly hotel. Our pet was freaked out by the room as he was being overpowered by all of the previous pet scents. Pet owners will know what I mean.

• Charla (10/5): Wonderful experience - After my husband's surgery, we needed a place to stay with a wonderful recliner in the room and full kitchen. Pet-friendly. Had a wonderful experience. So quiet. So clean. Nice to have coffee whenever we wanted it. Will look for a My Place everywhere we go from now on.

• V6726PIkarenh (10/5): Great Find off the Strip - Great quiet hotel in the suburbs of North Las Vegad. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the strip, this is it. Very pet friendly. There is an out door space out back to take your dogs. The side doors make it easy to access. The room had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator with ice maker which was very convenient.

• Donald (10/5): - Our second visit to this property - 5 years apart. Still a good place to stay. Convenient to I-15, PLENTY of shopping and GOOD places to eat. Just good coffee in the am - no complimentary "breakfast". Plenty of other breakfast places nearby.

• Rudy (8/5): Not Vegas Fancy but Great Value for Business or Overnight Stay - The kitchenette, relatively new place, proximity to restaurants, close to residential areas, and being away from the noise and bustle of Vegas Strip. AC was noisy. I wish they chose the quieter split type units mounted higher on the wall. They have the typical hotel AC below the window which is right next to one of the beds.
• Tamara (9/5): Great value for this area - and close to freeway and restaurants - Quiet, close to everything, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning - not noisy, great water pressure in shower, spacicous rooms I wish there had been a breakfast!

• Mercedes (1/5): Bad - I like that I was able to cook my own food but the stove was not properly working and the disposal not working properly it’s just a bad experience and a very dirty one. The bed sheets had blood stains , the room smelled like dog urine. The staff was rude especially the sales manager Terry . She actually is looking this company sales. The job was going to book 12 rooms here. I stopped that . Give it to a company that hires respectable nice people. This place was horrible to stay at and very dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will come back the next time we’re in Vegas!
