- christophe (7/5): Adepte des photos Instagram , un décor pour vous . - Le potentiel des décors, la grande chambre . Les lieux ont un potentiel énorme mais sans âme , pas de chaleur humaine , des lieux inertes qui ne mettent pas en valeur tout ce qui se trouve. Peut être sommes nous mal tombés car à la fin de la semaine le bar semblait sortir de son sommeil . La piscine est trop froide et ne voit jamais le soleil , c’est dommage . J’accepte l’eau froide si je peux sécher au soleil . Bref nous avons trouvé le lieu sympa mais sans petit déjeuner et sans dynamisme des lieux la note est salée à la fin (430 euros 3 nuits pour une chambre ) d’autant que nous a avons trouvé par la suite des lieux tellement chaleureux et pas chers que celui nous a paru fade.

- Agne Verikaite (10/5): - We liked everything! Very nice staff and the hotel is unique. Staff helped us organize a few trips around Chiang Mai which were great btw. Our room was huge with a balcony. It had all the amenities like hairdryer, ac, tv, robes, kettle, fridge, etc. The location is very nice. Room was clean, we had a room service everyday, with new towels, etc. Also there is Cafe, restaurant and pool, all well mentained. Thank you, for making our stay in Chiang Mai great! Nothing.

- Lucia (10/5): amazing stay in Chiang Mai - everything was amazing and clean. My large room was in Siam style, seemed autentic and pleasent. King bed was big. Balcony with garden and pool view. the bathroom is large with very good shower and bathtub, too. the garden is beautiful, very pleasant space. they cook very well in their small restaurant. the hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly people and helpful when you need something. The location of the hotel. Not very nice and on foot was quite walkable. But in Chiang Mai is very easy to use Grab and taxi, so it is not such a problem. The water in the pool was cold (in November). But the weather was hot and muggy, so it was ok for a refresh.

I was enjoying Chiang Mai so much, I decided to stay for a few more days and they let me keep the same room to avoid any check in problems! The location is brilliant, meaning you're never too far away from anywhere! Nothing!

Seul bémol ma serviette de toilette ne sentait pas bon !!! J’ai utilisé la petite et le peignoir. Cela reste tout de même un bel hôtel Je n’ai pas aimé l’odeur de ma serviette de toilette

- sabrina (8/5): Buona location e architettura interessante! - La struttura è molto bella, un coacervo di stili architettonici che però fa un bell'effetto. Inoltre è molto vicina alla città vecchia, che quindi è facile da visitare. Alla reception sono piuttosto scortesi, abbiamo chiesto un asciugamani in più e non volevano darcelo, in generale non sono così accoglienti e gentili come nel resto della Tailandia.

La decoración está un poco sobrecargada sobre todo en lo que refiere a mobiliario interno. El jardín es muy bonito pero un poco saturado de cosas. No hay un servicio de cafetería cómodo como tal sino dos rinconcitos pequeños y al llegar no tienen el detalle ni siquiera de ofrecerte un vaso de agua fresca. El hotel es agradable pero la categoría es entre tres y cuatro estrellas como mucho

Les horaires du bar .... il ferme déjà à 17h 😪 ... nous aurions bien pris un apéritif sur place après la douche du soir 🤷♀️

- Elaine (10/5): So chic - This has got to be the most stunning, elaborate, decorative hotel I've been in. If you want photos, this is your place. Gorgeous statues and antiques all along the hotel grounds and even our own bathroom had beautiful tiling and colors!Our room also had its own little patio which was really nice to have for when we wanted to eat outside or just be outside surrounded by all the trees. As far as staff, greeted us the moment we arrived and walked us through all the amenities and took our baggage-very accommodating. Bed was super comfortable and AC worked really well. Loved that this hotel is down the street from an AMAZING jazz bar with amazing local performers and also the hotel is next to walkable restaurants and convenience stores. Super cute and super convenient. Can't wait to come back!

Air con was either full blast or none at all. Staff moved us quickly but it was obvious it was a known issue. Pretty hotel that’s about it. Not worth the money.

- Astrid (6/5): We would not recommend staying at this hotel - We liked how spacious the rooms were, and the location was just fine (multiple other reviews already mentioned the road without sidewalk). We paid 1300 BHT per room per night and thought it was a great deal (appeared to not be worth more than that). The hotel is not a 5 star hotel!! This is an average 3 star hotel or perhaps even 2 star. It lacks any facilities and luxury. The cafe is poor, with limited offering and no proper seating. The pool was dirty and most pool beds were broken. Also lots of mosquitos around the pool, which makes you not want to be there. The staff was friendly at check in but overall is not interactive. We felt more like staying at a motel during our 6 night stay. We also did not like the many instagram-tourists walking around for selfies and photoshoots.

Ty he hotel is kind of funny because is in between a Thai hotel and a French castle, maybe in the past there were 2 hotels and they became one, but over all it was really nice, clean , big rooms, pool, I will go back without thinking about it.

The hotel doesn't have a breakfast buffet, an iron in the room or a gym for working out. Marvellous considering the outside was a concrete jungle and a very busy road. We never ate there. It was an oasis. Staff were very polite and helpful.

It looks very opulent but there are a number of problems, The lighting in the room and bathroom is terrible. It's very dark especially in the bathroom. The pool is freezing cold and it's in the shade. There is no food available in the morning before 8:00 or evening. So if you have an early morning pickup for a tour or to go to the airport you can have a cup of instant coffee with powdered creamer or a black tea And that's about it. The rooms are pretty austere. There are no English Speaking TV channels so don't count on any cable tv unless you speak Thai. So for the money I would never stay here again Sorry kind people but you have cafe and you should cater to your guests.

- Victoria (10/5): - This property was in a great location near the North gate of the old city. We were able to walk to the local night food market and it made for easy pick up for excursions. The unit had a lot of charm and the entrance/coffee shop area is so instagram worthy. Our feet got very dirty from walking around the room but otherwise the room felt clean. Staff was very kind and make laundry service a breeze. I would stay here again.
