Die Anlage ist inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings muss man bedenken, dass Con Dao keine Touristen Hochburg ist und es entsprechend weniger Auswahl.

Snídaně byla různorodá, dobrá, vždy se dalo něco vybrat,zde personál absolutně neuměl anglicky, a k tomu ještě ani ne moc sympatický,vypadali otráveně. Na recepci ochotný personál. V okolí málo možností stravování.Doporučujeme si půjčit skůtry někde jinde než zde v hotelu Vše ok, Con Dao je ostrov ještě nezahlcený turismem. Moc jsme si to tady užili.

• Christine (6/5): Nie wieder - Schöner Strand, gutes Frühstücksbuffet Personal sprach schlecht Englisch, keine Strandliegen trotz Warnung des Hotels vor Sandfliegen, nur wenige teils kaputte unbequeme Stühle, keine Strandtücher, kein freier Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer, abgewohnter, unsauberer Bungalow mit unbequemen Stühlen auf der Terrasse. Hängematte durfte nicht am Bungalow gehängt werden. Wäsche durfte nicht an einer Wäscheleine am Baum getrocknet werden. Wir erhielten nicht den gebuchten und bezahlten Bungalow mit 47qm (neuer Bungalow), sondern einen abgewohnten kleineren Bungalow. Die Bilder stimmten nicht überein. Schlechtes Preis -Leistungs-Verhältnis.

• Johan (8/5): Bra boende för att bra pris, och vill man ha nära till stranden är detta perfekt. - Mycket bra läge på den västra delen av staden/beachen. Staden är inte stor och enkelt att promenera runt, mycket lite trafik. Vi hade rum i hotelldelen med utsikt mot vattnet, även om en del träd skymmer lite. Bungalowena ner mot stranden såg ok ut och är säkert ett bra alternativ, men lite dyrare förstås. Det finns en stor frukostbuffe med mycket vietnamesiska och lite mindre europeiska alternativ. Prisvärt. Vi åt i övrigt inte på hotellet, så har ingen input om maten. De hämtade och lämnade på flygplatsen utan kostnad. Kaffet på frukosten var ingen höjdare, vi hade eget nescafe med oss! Hotellet är kanske lite slitet, och handdukar t.ex. har sett sina bästa dagar. Badrummen lite ålderstigna, men allt funkar fint. Kunde kanske finnas lite mer stolar/solstolar vi stranden.
• Antje (10/5): Tolle Strandlage, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Wir waren als Familie sehr froh die Anlage nah am Ort gewählt zu haben! Der Bungalow am Strand war fantastisch , das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet sehr vielseitig! Nur der Kaffee war viel zu stark und es gab nur eine Teesorte. Dafür reichlich Obst und warme Speisen. Auch die Massagen im Spa waren sehr gut! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! S.o.
• Aleksej (1/5): Staff is playing games, do not recommend - Location I agreed on sea view bungalow upgrade but when I arrived it was not available due to “maintenance”, didn’t see any work going on there. We agreed to pay 50% and move to standard room and have only last night at agreed bungalow. On the final day they requested to pay another 50%, couple of minutes before the shuttle pickup. While I was paying at the counter, another new arrived family ran into same bungalow issue. I feel like I got tricked twice. Avoid this hotel if you dont want to ruin your experience at the beautiful island.

Zeer verouderde accommodatie, slecht onderhoud, let op dat je de kamer krijgt die je hebt gereserveerd. Zeer veel overlast van een prive feest met karaoke wat niet was doorgegeven van 17.00 uur tot 22.00 uur. Jammer dat de accommodatie zo slecht wordt onderhouden terwijl het zo een mooie plek kan zijn . Bij de beide naast gelegen accommodaties is het beter vertoeven!

• Thierry (8/5): Le site est fabuleux et mérite un service accru ! - L'emplacement du bungalow avec vue sur la plage ! Le service de SPA (massage, coiffage) Le bungalow attribué au départ était triple lit et non lit double comme réservé. De plus il était juste à côté du restaurant sonorisé une partie de la journée et de la soirée. Il a fallut demander à déménager au calme. Mais le bungalow n'était disponible que 3 nuits sur 7 réservées ! Nous avons ensuite déménager dans un 3ème bungalow heureusement juste à côté. Le niveau d'anglais du personnel de la réception est très faible et ne permet pas de discuter sereinement. Il faut employer google traduction ! Les locaux communs méritent une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est fourni de façon aléatoire (approvisionnement en fruits par exemple)

• elisa (6/5): - L hotel ha una buona posizione, una spiaggia privata, servizio di transfer da/per areoporto compreso nella tariffa della camera , ho usufruito del servizio di ristorazione per le colazioni comprese nelle tariffe ti fanno anche al momento vari tipi di uova, poi abbiamo fatto un apertivo con cena, un pranzo veloce appena arrivati e un paio di merende con gelato e smoothie e devo dire che ho mangiato bene. Ho noleggiato uno scooter al costo di 150.000 Dong al giorno, prezzo nella media dei rental avuti in Vietnam (in generale). Personale gentile. La camera era un bungalow datato,con una pulizia molto approssimativa se non scarsa, di giorno dovevo tenere le luci accese se avevo bisogno, perché un po angusto, nonostante la parete a vetrata, probabilmente a causa della posizione e della tappezzeria viola che appesantisce il tutto. Non sapevo avesse il bagno all aperto e quando piove la zona del WC si allaga (consiglierei di rivalutare la copertura sopra). Spiaggia privata tenuta in maniera moooolto approssimativa con seggiole pieghevoli in metallo, grandezza bambini, per cui fastidiose e scomode e Mal messe, consiglierei essendo uno spazio privato e che non necessita di ombrelloni grazie alle grandi palme che offrono una bella ombra, di rivalutare le sedute, cambiare le sedie e mettere delle sdraio facendo un investimento almeno su questo. Passando al noleggio dei motorini, essendo tutti turisti, avendo la necessità di usare il navigatore, direi che avere un porta telefono attaccato sia la base, soprattutto se si è da soli senza copilota. Il ristornate, come detto ho mangiato bene, la colazione non ha molta scelta è più vietnamita/asiatica.

Schimmel im Schlafzimmer ist ein absolutes No- - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, schöne Lage am Strand, schöner Gartenbereich, Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer hat an allen Holzwänden geschimmelt. Das Problem wurde angesprochen und man bot uns an, das Zimmer zu reinigen. Nach erfolgter „Reinigung“ waren die Wände absolut unverändert. Als das Problem wieder angesprochen wurde, gab man uns ein anderes Zimmer, welches immerhin „nur“ im Bad und nicht im Schlafzimmer schimmelte… Generell schafft es das Resort irgendwie in allen Bereichen in den letzten Zügen zu schludern und so ein unrundes Gefühl zu erzeugen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und mit viel Auswahl, jedoch wird das Essen nicht warm gehalten und enttäuscht im Geschmack, von den deprimierenden Fischbecken im Restaurant mal ganz zu schweigen. Die Gartenanlage wird super gepflegt, Müll am Strand vor der Haustür wird aber nicht aufgehoben. Die Liste könnte leider endlos weitergeführt werden.

• King Richards (8/5): Great value along the beach of Con Dao island - The location of the property is perfect, it is right on the most beautiful beach on the island. The bungalows are well worth the cost. They could use some updating, I would suggest white washing all of the wood to make it lighter and brighter. Also, the bathroom shower needs some tile on the walls to cover the bare wall board. The staff is very friendly and do their best despite their limited English. I loved being able to rent a motorbike directly from the hotel to explore the island. Also, the spa was small, but the massage was amazing! I did not really enjoy the buffet breakfast. The food was mediocre. Also, in addition to the bathroom, needing to be updated, some areas of the property could use a good scrubbing. Overall, I liked the property and it was a very good value for the money.

Het matras is niet Vietnam hard, maar al haren aan vervanging toe. De veren steken in je lichaam. Deels onvriendelijk personeel in het restaurant. De huisjes aan het strand zijn vergane glorie. Echt toe aan een opknapbeurt. Geen strandstoelen aanwezig

• Susen (9/5): - Wir hatten ein Bungalow mit Garten View und es war traumhaft. Es war die perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist sauber und so auch unser Bungalow. Wir haben öfters im Restaurant gegessen, was wir auch sehr empfehlen können. Es wäre für mich eine volle 10/10 geworden, wenn sie noch liegen für den Strand gehabt hätten. Auch war die Kommunikation echt schwer. Das Englisch ist sehr rar (aber auf der ganzen Insel allgemein).
• Harlow (7/5): Good option for a beach-front hotel in Con Dao. - I spent 6 nights in Con Dao at this hotel. I had booked a beach-front room on Booking.com and when I checked in, they gave me a beach-front room, but it wasn't the same type of room that is shown in the Booking.com listing. I went back to reception to request that I be placed in the same type of beach-front room that I had seen on Booking.com and they where very accommodating to move me into one of the nicer beach-front rooms that had a bathroom inside, rather than the other type that has the bathroom and minibar area outside, which was hot and full of mosquitos since there was a small garden in the bathroom and the bathroom area was not sealed from the outside. I also liked that the hotel was literally located on the beach and close to town, and on a beach you could swim and a little away from the pier. The hotel is a little run down and the breakfast options for me where not that great. Not a lot of fresh fruit and it was more catered to Asian food, rather than a variety of fresh fruits or pastries. Another thing I would suggest is they upgrade the bathrooms in the beach-front rooms (even the one I stayed in), they are very basic and could use a remodel and figure out how to reduce the grey water smell from the shower drain.

• Iain78 (8/5): Lovely beachfront room in a stunning location. - We loved the location, especially our beach front bungalow. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower and aircon were good. Moped hire was easy and reasonably priced from reception. The staff were friendly. The beach and sea outside the hotel were really clean. We found breakfast disappointing, there was very little options for Western tastes for example the 'Orange Juice' was just Mirinda soda. Certain parts of the hotel seemed a little run down. It was unclear that that the coffee sachets in the room are not free, you'll be charged when you check out, it's the first time I've ever had to pay for Nescafe at a hotel.

• Tracey (8/5): We had a lovely stay, our beach cabin and location was just what we wanted. Be aware this is a small Vietnamese island c - It was on the beach front Be aware it is rustic so old and tired looking, but absolutely fine

• Tan (8/5): Pleasant stay and very attentive staff that remembered everything you requested. - The direct access to the beach . The spaces bungalow. No insect screen. The abundant rubbish at the beach front which could easily pick up daily by the staff .
• Robert (8/5): - The breakfast buffet was nice and varied. The prices on dinner menu were a bit higher than average. The cabins on the beach are a bit pricier than the regular rooms but well worth the price! Incredible views! The bed was not comfortable, lumpy and very hard. The staff are very kind and courteous.

• Namiko (5/5): Considering the amount of money, I think it is inexpensive if the location is right in front of the ocean - Close the beach and there are shower outside. They have rental bike. Shower because it is difficult to control the temperature. I felt that The futon was damp. I think there were ticks and it was itchy. I work up late at night to noisy sounds of returning tourists.
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view of the ocean from the room. Earthy breakfast buffet. Pickup to and from airport. Excellent location in town. Motorbike rental right from the hotel reception. Clean room and facilities. Good coffee at the restaurant (especially the coconut). Room was quite spacious.
• Helen (8/5): - Amazing location right on the beach. We had a beach bungalow which was perfect. The hotel food seemed ok although the Con Dao chicken salad appeared to be mostly onion so not ideal for everyone. After being advised on check in that we could check out at 2pm ready for transport to airport at 3pm, we had a knock on the door at 12.45pm saying we were late! Still not entirely sure what we were supposed to do. Otherwise they have scooters for hire at the reception at a great price and the beach side grounds are lovely

• Stuart (8/5): - First the pros. It's biggest asset is that it the only hotel right on the beach. And the beach is lovely. A fairly decent buffet breakfast is included at their restaurant right on the beach. The beach room where we stayed was a little run down but kept quite clean. The front desk staff was quite helpful and speak English. A big downside is obnoxiously loud live music on the beach outside the restaurant until 10:30 Friday and Saturday. So loud I put on my noise cancelling headphones and watched videos until the din stopped.
• Victor (8/5): Very good - Right on the beach. Great staff very responsive and friendly. Beach was strewn with garbage, ocean was murky with floating plastic, dead fish. Room needed some attention. Big hole in the roof where mosquitoes came in.

• Salla (3/5): Expensive and worst than any other cheaper accommodation in Vietnam. - The beach was nice but there were no sunbeads available at all. The bungalow was not what we expected given the price. The breakfast was bad, we only ate it once and didnt want to go again even though it was included in the price. It felt unhygienic and not fresh.

• Ian (8/5): Bungalows by the beach in a perfect location. - Fabulous location right on the beach. Bungalows were very comfortable. Super helpful staff. Breakfast was mixed and finished too early and private events/karaoke disturbed the peaceful environment most evenings (tho it was holiday period)

• Ross (8/5): Lovely hotel on a beautiful beach - The location was perfect being right on the beach. A few hotels on Con Dao say beachfront but they are actually across the road from the beach. It was an easy walk to the harbour, markets and restaurants. We had a garden view bungalow but we could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was nice with a large open air bathroom. The ocean view bungalows actually have a much smaller bathroom. The breakfast was okay but was really only the egg station that catered for westerners. The hotel really does need some TLC... including the gardens and especially the few deck chairs that are near the beach.
• Paulina (9/5): Best stay in Con Dao - The room in the bangalow was great. Spacious and clean, the beach front was amazing. The location is top - you get the beach but you're still close to the city center. The staff was amazing, they accommodated my extra needs and amendments to the trip. I believe it was the best choice to go there on Con Dao. Breakfast was banging and they helped with the scouters. The restaurant was very mediocre, and the sound from the tank fish was very hard to be around.
