- Anthony (10/5): An Absolute Gem of a hotel - Its Amazing! - I dont know how to start to recommend this hotel, it was an absolute gem! The staff made our milestone anniversary incredible, they were attentive, friendly, humorous and an absolute asset to the Hilton Brand, all of the staff speak English better than I do (and Im English!) and are happy to converse, they even have the patience to allow someone with a very basic french ability to atleast try! They upgraded our room and really made us feel special. The bar staff are absolutely brilliant, they know when to chat and when to leave you alone. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I've read other reviews with negative comments and can honestly say that people must have been very unlucky or are very critical! We found the area to be clean and safe with plenty of amenities close by - just heading down the road for 5 minutes and you're in the heart of Montparnasse with plenty of restaurants to choose from, head down a different road for 3-4 minutes and the Eiffel Tower is literally staring at you. There's a local shop 30 seconds from the hotel for anything you would need. The location is still walkable into the centre of Paris, or the public transport is excellent once you walk down to Montparnasse. I really do recommend this place and we will be re-booking for next year! So to all of the staff, thank you very much!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Romantic and near subway - Hotel has a nice restaurant and romantic setting. The room was big enough for two people. They are doing construction so it looks a little scary when you first arrive and have to walk through. Overall I will definitely stay next time I'm in town.

Some spots on the walls and carpet...however:The bed and linen is good, and towels are spotless. And, people working there are great, professional, quick problem solvers, friendly, human, they do everything to make you feel home. I want to mention Benoit at the reception, Kassim and Maeva at the restaurant/bar. everybody was really nice, so at the end, its definitively people who make you want to come back!

There is a small grocery store and several French restaurants nearby. I strongly recommend when you are looking for hotel. July, 2022

- Verified traveler (10/5): Small but quality room & service near Montparnasse - Service was attentive and everyone was very kind. The room was spotless and (although small) quality was of high level. The bed was extremely comfortable and with the blinds you are sure to get a good night sleep. Location is nice, though not my favorite area when staying in Paris. Nice neighborhood though with lots of boulangeries. If staying in this part of town, highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Capsule review - Very nice hotel in Montparnasse with friendly staff and generously sized rooms, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and with Pernety metro less than 5 minutes away. If they served proper espresso (rather than Nespresso, which is bad for the environment _and_ tastes truly awful), this would be absolutely perfect.

- Susan (10/5): Lovely area away from the crowd - Not a far walk from all the sightseeing, easy access to everything... we arrived by water taxi straight in front of the hotel. Upon check out because its 5am and too foggy, the water taxi can’t operate so the hotel arrange a normal taxi for us. We walk about 200m to the road area, the taxi driver pick us up and lead the way. All the hotel staffs are veryyyy friendly and accommodating, thumbs up for everyone who works here. We really enjoyed staying at the niepce hotel. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is yummy, different selections of croissants, hot food and cold food... oh n they prepare us breakfast box to go!! fantastic all the way, would return here one day!!

Special thanks to the staff at the reception they were excellent , and I would like to mention Rosslyn ( sorry if I spell it wrong ) in particular she was most nice and helping . Thank you
