- Vickey (1/5): I am very tired and very upset with hotel and booking.com! - The tv worked good Hotel lobby had an awful smell and they gave us a room where all the Spanish workers sat outside our room till midnight drinking and talking loudly even after we asked them to stop for the night so we could sleep! This room was so bad and un refundable that I will probably not go through booking.com in the future! Our room had 2 queen beds that were so broken down you slid off bottom end if you tried to sit on it! If you sent one of your staff here to check this room out I do not believe you would be listing this hotel so this leads me to believe you don’t check properties out before giving them to your clients to rent! I believe another company will be better for me booking in the future !

- Mary (10/5): Very comfortable older, inexpensive., motel with really large rooms, refrigerator, and microwave. Convenient and clean, - Property was easy to find, rooms were large, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Hotel is old, but the AC works good and the beds were comfortable. For an older motel, it was a very inexpensive & comfortable place to stay. There is no operating swimming pool, and it doesn’t look like it will ever be used again.

Advertised breakfast starting at 6AM, went to get breakfast at about 6:15, no one was in the office, breakfast room was locked. A gentlemen showed up when we were leaving, in his bathrobe, asking if we needed something. We said breakfast and he said he would have to get it setup, we had to hit the road so declined. A little disappointing.

We paid extra for a jacuzzi suite which it had but after filling it up the button was broke and would not turn on even thought timer was set properly.

Outdated, repairs haven’t been made that obviously needed done Our beds had tons of hair in them so had to change rooms, next room needed vacuumed horribly. Breakfast was a joke. Frozen sausage in a bowl of ice, stale muffins. It was bad from start to finish

- Verified traveler (2/5): The worst ever!! - Wow, possibly the dirtiest hotel room I've ever been in! At first, thought maybe nobody had used the room in a while because of the 3 spiders and their webs that lived in the bathtub and the ring around the toilet. But no it was just dirty! There was trash in the drawers, dead bugs on the floor, and the refrigerator had mayo packets, food rings, and some mystery thing frozen in the ice. It was just gross and dirty. Asked if they had another room but was told they were 100% booked. There were 3 cars in the parking lot, 5 at 10:00 pm and 4 at 7:00 am, they were not booked. In the morning discovered that they couldn't be bothered with hanging a shower curtain. There was nothing to keep the water in the shower, the floor was soaked when finished the fastest show ever taken. There was no washcloth only 2 body towels and 1 hand towel. The little shampoo bottle was half used! There is no wifi! The TV had service but would do a freeze-and-skip! Should have just stayed in the car. Never again will I stay at Cottonwood Inns! I travel for work every week and I stay in hotels all over the state this was the worst experience ever had. What a shame for this wonderful little town.

Dumpster next to driveway was HEAPED WITH TRASH BAGS. A rotisserie chicken was in a tray and partially eaten by something?? This was near the outside stairway to the next level. ONE STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE!!!! I have never been to such a dirty hotel before in my life!!!

The motel was full with construction workers so there was only one room left when we got to the motel. Inside the room along the walls and under the bed was white powder that we think was insect repellent. We did not see any bugs but it was concerning. If this hasn’t been the only room left, we would have asked for a different room.

- LAURA (8/5): - This was fine for the price point. I do have a problem with the AC units they have in places like this since they tend to be a bit noisy. The place seemed to be full of people who just wanted to sleep so it wasn't rowdy or anything.

- Jeanne (4/5): - "Breakfast" looked unsanitary. Everything about the property showed no pride in maintenance and management; from the empty pit (pool) to the melted soaps in the bathroom to the used/old coffee left in the coffee maker. Only good feature was that it was directly on my route.

- Kaila (1/5): Will never stay here again - Nothing Everything. the room stank, people were loud all night, people were standing outside smoking marijuana. when I first arrived at the property I went into the lobby and waited for over 15 minutes for a staff member to check me into my room (yes I rang the bell) nobody ever came in so I left and went down the street to the Casey’s convenience store to grab a drink and use the restroom. went back to the hotel and still waited another 10-15 minutes before a staff member came to check me into my room.
