From Parker, who was very congenial & knowledgeable at front desk at check in, to EVERY SINGLE Staff person we encountered during our stay. ALL staff were responsive & timely in meeting our needs. For instance, letting us into the pool & gym area in a timely manner since it meant getting the front desk covered to do so, refilling the items needed during a busy breakfast. Which by the way was EXCELLENT for what we needed & what was served. Healthy by most of the choices offered & inclusive of additional choices otherwise that might be more appealing to children as well as PLENTY of COFFEE w/out a wait! In addition, your ENTIRE premises was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, calm & inviting! If your prices continue to remain this reasonable- a little higher than expected, but absolutely worth it for the way we were satisfied & it met our needs. We surely will consider your hotel at THIS location in the future & would not hesitate to recommend other families to stay also. THANK YOU for what you ALL do to make ours & others enjoy the stay. You ALL do a fine job representing this industry & chain well! Not always so these days. Good to know it does still exist! Can’t really think of anything🤷‍♀️ OK, maybe the quality of the towels, BUT - the bedding was perfect!
• Jaitaysia (10/5): 10/10 Highly recommend!! - Would definitely recommend! Came here for a 2-day stay with my family for my daughter’s birthday weekend. The hotel was great, clean, friendly staff and very nice breakfast setup. The pool had a water slide which was definitely an added bonus for the little ones which they enjoyed! Very quiet hotel, with adequate parking. Dorney Park is about 8-10 minutes away which is a cool attraction and convenient to this hotel. I will be returning in the future, thanks Marriott ♥️

• Christine (7/5): Great hotel, but a few cons. Will stay here again - I had emailed them about how I was arriving in town early and asked if we could possibly check in early. They had a room ready, and even remembered about my email and were expecting me. The breakfast bar was fantastic, it had a great variety of foods and it was clean. The room was very clean, and I loved that the room had a fridge, microwave, and keurig. Staff was very pleasant The beds were not comfortable at all, in fact they were very hard. The pillows were the exact opposite of the bed and were too soft and went flat very quickly. There were police officers looking for someone both mornings. The location is right off the highway, however it’s surrounded by warehouses and was a bit noisy at times.

Pool was so packed with people swimming in regular clothes, screaming and yelling with no regard to others there that is ended up not even being enjoyable for the little kids because of grown adults! People on the floor above us were rambunctious all night long and kept us awake.

The bad- Pillows were way too soft and basically flat, the AC hardly worked at all. Couldn’t even tell if it was on or off. And to no fault of the property our upstairs neighbors on the third floor were loud stomping around and loud music late at night. People that were staying there were constantly slamming doors and it was loud. I’d stay again.

• Hugo (2/5): - The woman working at the front desk on Wednesday afternoon 2/26/25 between 3:30 and 4:00pm was rude, very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. She seemed either to have difficulty with visiting foreigners or maybe she just didn’t feel well and in that case, should have called in sick and stayed home that day. Also, please educate her that people whose native tongue is not English do not routinely have a hearing loss therefore speaking louder will not help them understand English better.
