This location was perfect for the heart hospital. Right across the highway, behind Panera bread. We left early so we were not able to try the breakfast but it smelled delicious as we passed by.

The room was dirty (dirty bandaid on wall in bathroom, stains on floor, pullout couch had a blood stained mattress cover on it). There was things broken in room and ice machine made an TERRIBLE noise every 10 min. The service just wasn’t as good as it usually is. Sad that it was like this and hopefully things get better soon!

The bathroom with the walk-in shower was great. Loved the coffee in the mornings, but the breakfast was limited.

Bedroom too hot, living room a little chilly, and bathroom has no heating vent so it was very cold and uncomfortable to shower. The night I stayed temperature outside was below freezing. Breakfast was exceptional but no tray to take up to room.

- chris (2/5): TV Didn't Work and Rude Staff - I have stayed here over 10 times in the last year and always have a great experience. This trip was different. When I got to my room after a long day at work I was ready to watch TV and relax. My TV wouldn't work though. I called the front desk and they told me that their TV was working in the lobby so mine must work too. I argued with the front desk and they told me that there were too busy to have someone look at it and I could call their support people and tell them I work for the hotel to see if I could get it resolved. After frustration I just gave up. This isn't the way to treat paying customers. I stayed 2 nights with no TV in my room and spotty WiFi to use my tablet. I won't be staying here again.

I called before booking and was told I could get the discount if booking online. I never found a place to do this so left a request online. Upon arriving i was told you have to book over the phone to get the discount. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay
- Chris (8/5): Slow Internet but Comfy - I've stayed here several times over the last couple months. It is a pretty nice place to stay. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because of how slow the TV is. The apps on the TV won't work. You can't stream anything because of the interest speed.
- Chris (10/5): Great rooms - Very clean and spacious king suite. Full kitchenette with lots of counter space and a full size fridge. Bed was comfortable. TV was a little slow, but had apps to use streaming services. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was not very good. Water just trickled out. This was not enough of a complaint to keep me from coming back though.

- mandapanda620 (10/5): Clean, spacious and friendly staff - Clean, spacious and friendly staff! We traveled to okc for my surgery and made the accommodations here and was definitely not disappointed! Upon check in they were friendly and our room was ready upon arrival which was before check in time. We were put on the 1st floor to accommodate my situation with the surgery which was so nice! We had a big room with a living room and kitchenette. I will definitely be staying here every time we travel to town.

- Bobby (8/5): Great hotel/no restaurant - Hotel was clean and nice, alos close to the hospital which was a plus l, but the description saud the was a bar/restaurant on site and there was not. I was very disappointed by this since we didnt want tochave to drive around looking for food.

- Gregory (8/5): Nice Hotel - The hotel is a really nice. I've stayed there for years. Everything is convenient. The lady who cleans on 3rd floor was the sweetest and diligent employee. She was excellent. Wish i spoke better Spanish to connect tho. Need more towels.
- Tilda (9/5): Convenient location to food and shopping. Room was fairly quiet. Suite was clean and comfortable. - Breakfast was good. Furnishings were good. Sofa with leg extension was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities were excellent and clean. Would like an air conditioning vent in bathroom. Would like a towel rack closer to the shower. Did not like to have the bathroom fan running every time the light was turned on, noise annoying.
