We loved spending the quiet mornings and evenings watching for different birds in the tree tops, the sunset, and the fog rolling in and out of the town. Roof terrace, unlimited snacks, perfect location to explore the high street where the hustle and bustle is, yet tucked away in a corner with less traffic - makes it the perfect home away from home. - Russell (10/5): A brilliant historical Jiufen B&B made perfectly comfortable with beautiful styling and all the touches, including a - Amazing view and beautiful design with all the touches to make it comfortable and homey. Wonderfully friendly owner greeted us and walked us to our car to verify our parking. Location couldn’t be beat, right on the old street in a historical building made of so comfortable. Not suitable for those needing an elevator or unwilling to roll their suitcase down some Jiufen stairs.

- Christina (10/5): A relaxing stay that makes a stressful tourist experience feel like a getaway - Conveniently located close to Jiufen Old Street and Qingbian Rd, it’s easy to escape the crowd after the lanterns turn on, but also easy to be first in line at A-Mei Teahouse in the morning. The big windows overlooking the coast make you feel like you’re on a relaxing, remote vacation after being crushed by tourists. They give you a very generous spread of snacks, tea, and coffee to make up for not serving breakfast. It was so nice to wake up and just take in the view. The refrigerator makes a lot of noise at night. It did not help that I drank so much tea earlier, but I had trouble sleeping. The birds started making a lot of noise at 5:30am too. I think they provide ear plugs for this reason.

The guest room has the best Sea/Mountain view you could find in Jiufen🥰Location convenient to everywhere and staffs are very friendly & helpful. Security door makes you feel very safe to stay. - Sydney (10/5): I would stay here again if I return to Jiufen - The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room and facilities are immaculately clean. The room was very well appointed and accurate to photos, with a stunning view enjoyed with a cup of tea from either balcony, tub, or the huge windows. I appreciated the dehumidifier, accent lighting, and many power outlets. One suggestion I have is to add coat pegs near the door. After check-out, the cleaning staff texted me about a shirt I left behind, and had it ready for me when I went to retrieve it, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Jiufen.

- Loh (10/5): nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Jiufen - super good location right at the end of jiufen old street, nice enough that we can go down whenever but not be overwhelmed by a crowd straight away Really nice rooms with multiple extra pillows available in the closet ^^ and our balcony and windows had an amazing unobstructed view of the sea Also loved the free snacks and drinks bar at the fourth floor plus viewing platform above, plus staff were welcoming and friendly during the introduction of their place ! may be hard to climb up the stairs if you’re bringing a big luggage but we only brought our backpacks for an overnight stay so it was manageable :-)
- Peter (9/5): Juifen meistens im Nebel - Die Pension liegt an der Fußgängerzone von Juifen und bietet bei entsprechenden Wetterverhältnissen eine fantastische Aussicht. Hilfreich waren die Hinweise auf die Parkmöglichkeiten im Ort. Wir sind mit dem kleinen Leihwagen zum Parkplatz die schmale Straße zum Parkplatz am Shengming Tempel gefahren. Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat uns auf einen Stellplatz für 300 TWD/Nacht eingewiesen. Auf kurzem Weg mit wenigen Treppenabsetzen haben wir auch mit unseren großen Koffern die Hintertür der Pension erreicht. Die kleine Küche zur allgemeinen Selbstbedienung haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Angebot ist angemessen. Einer der beiden Sessel war etwas unbequem.

The location is just perfect, a bit away from the crowds but close to everything. It is good to keep in mind that there are no roads leading up to it (and most places in Jiufen) and having light luggage is very helpful. We left ours in our vehicle and were very happy that we made that choice.

The reception informed us about a parking lot close to the hotel where we could park our car safely. There is a small bar with snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate free of charge. The view from our room was fantastic.

Even though the weather wasn't that good it was still very pretty at night. The room is so clean and comfortable. The staff (xiao yan) is very friendly and helpful. Also the location of the Something Easy Inn in a very convenient place. You can find all the things, local food or restaurants. It makes it easier for travelers.

- 丁菡 (10/5): - 超喜歡窗外景色，還有鬧中取靜的氣氛！ 在九份有這樣的住宿真的是很讓人驚艷。 光是這次的體驗就會讓我想多推薦朋友來九份玩。 精油面膜、膠囊咖啡、泡澡錠和浴室擴香都讓人覺得很貼心也很享受。 隔音也很好！完全不會吵！ 樑柱的地方有特別用軟墊貼起來，不然我撞到不少次，如果沒有軟墊一定很痛，但因為他們貼了軟墊，我沒有受傷。 除了進房間要爬九份的樓梯比較辛苦一點點之外，完全沒有缺點了吧。

Free self refill amenities, tea, coffee, snacks, instant noodles. View just like the photos. Comfortable bed and nice bath, bit tight for two people however. I feel like people would be able to see in through the bath windows from outside at night, so would have to bath with the curtains down which is a shame.
