- GREGORY (9/5): Best budget hotel in Ho Chi Minh City - Very quite, no noisy street frontage. Very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was basic, but very good. Close proximity and walking distance to War Remnants Museum and Water Puppet show. Staff, in particular Madam Huong were very friendly and accommodating. I couldn't fault anything. One of the best value hotels we have ever stayed at in Asia. Will definately stay there again next time in Hi Chi Minh City

The usual breakfast is at 7am, we had to leave HCMC for the wedding earlier so Ms Lan first agreed to prepare the breakfast by 6.30am, then she told the staff will prepare the breakfast by 6.15am. That was an immense support. One friend couldn’t come, his room I booked through the hotel as it was a last minute confirmation. Unfortunately, he couldn’t come, and I happened to mention this to Ms Lan in a different conversation. To the much of my surprise, she herself told she’ll return the money. Maybe it was easier for her as it was a direct booking. She’s a genuine person and I’d pick this place any given time. Location is very convenient. Many restaurants are nearby. If you’re vegetarian, there’s a vegetarian restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Many coffee shops. War museum is 600m away. A park and many other attractions, Nguyen Trai shopping street also very nearby. Everything is perfect

Завтраки очень вкусные, приготовленные с душой, сок свежевыжатый, кофе из кофемашины, эклеры, это редко встречается! По любому вопросу помогут! Очень тихий двор , напротив красивый индокитайский ресторан, до центра 20 минут пешком через красивый парк. Небольшое замечание по электророзеткам около кровати на стенах -плохо держат зарядки для телефона , но за телевизором есть удобный тройник.

- Melinda (10/5): Peaceful and friendly - Beds were great and room and bathroom well appointed and air con working well and TV also easy to use. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, pho, breads, eggs etc cooked for you and lovely selection of fruit. Staff were so friendly and location is great - so quiet and close to lovely coffee and the Tao Dan park which is lovely for a stroll.

Sendo mais higiénicos não gosto que os quartos dos hotéis não sejam alcatifados em virtude dos ruídos de arrastar móveis dos apartamentos superiores e que podem complicar muito uma noite e foi o que aconteceu, com vizinhos pouco atenciosos do apartamento superior.

Wir waren 3 Monate in Vietnam unterwegs und haben hauptsächlich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber das kleine Hotel von Frau Lan, das sie selbst sehr professionell und umsichtig leitet, war wirklich in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Sei es das gesamte Team, Freundlichkeit, Kommunikation, viele gute Tips, top Serviceleistungen, Instandhaltung der qualitätvollen Ausstattung, Lage, Ruhe, Frühstück (viel Obst), Einach alles. Ausserdem war uns Frau Lan sehr behilflich beim Ausdrucken und Kopieren der Dokumente im Copyshop, die wir für unsere Visaverlängerung benötigten, nachdem unser Flug aufgrund des Kriegsausbruchs im Mittleren Ostern storniert und auf ein späteres Datum verschoben wurde - und hat nichts dafür verlangt. Wir waren echt beeindruckt. Es gab nichts zum Bessermachen.

Отель в тихом дворе. Завтрак скромный, но все вкусное, есть свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, омлет, булочки. Есть лифт.

The rooms are tidy, efficient and big enough. Breakfast is also nice, fresh fruits, pastries, noodle soup, fresh eggs, everything you need for a very decent price!

È molto vicina alle attrazioni, raggiungibili a piedi, e ad ottimi ristoranti. La stanza è pulita, è dotata di una cabina doccia abbastanza grande. Cuscini molto comodi. La colazione è varia, non abbondantissima ma comunque ti consente di saziarti. C'è varietà di dolce e salato - tutto buono. Aria condizionata funzionante. Madame Lam è stata molto gentile all'accoglienza, ci ha offerto anche la colazione per la mattinata in cui siamo arrivati in attesa che la camera fosse pronta al nostro check-in anticipato. Le lenzuola erano leggermente macchiate, così come le federe. Niente di che, ma forse si potevano cambiare. Arredamento un po' datato, mobili vecchi.

Fremdsprachliche Kommunikation klappt fast ausschließlich nur über WhatsApp, da das Personal bis auf eine Ausnahme keinerlei Fremdsprachenkenntnisse hat.

It is also just a 5 min walk to the War Remnants Museum. It is situated just outside the busiest areas of Saigon, but in the midst of restaurants and spas, making it a welcome stay. The staff are very friendly and make sure you’re always taken care of! The room was also very clean! Nothing! It was wonderful.

The couple who run it for the owner are very lovely and run It like a Homestay. Would be great to have English at reception but the owner was great at helping with booking buses, recommending places open in Tet etc

Super clean rooms, great location away from the noise and mayhem but close enough for us to walk everywhere if we wanted to. Super breakfast which gave us both a great start to the day. We will most definitely return. Nothing, all was great.

- Wanda (3/5): - Clean rooms and good location that's about it ! This is not a hotel — it is a B&B charging premium hotel prices, and the experience does not justify the cost. I paid USD 83 for a weekend stay and received a very mediocre product that is wildly overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast was poor and unbalanced. There was very little variety, and no omelette option at all — only limited egg preparations and an overload of sweet dishes. If you don’t eat eggs, there is no decent protein option whatsoever. The coffee situation was equally frustrating: the machine takes around 5 minutes per cup, and most guests simply give up. Service is minimal to the point of indifference. There were moments when no staff were available to help with luggage or checkout. As a female solo traveller with luggage, I found it particularly disappointing that staff stood and watched while I struggled with bags in a tiny elevator and again while loading and unloading with taxis. There was no offer of assistance — just passive observation. The overall feeling is that everyone is happy to take your money but not lift a finger once you’ve paid. If you enjoy being overcharged as a tourist, this place may suit you. Otherwise, Ho Chi Minh City has plenty of genuinely good hotels at this price point that offer proper service, better breakfast, and a far more professional experience. This place is simply not worth the price.

- John (9/5): Excellent Breakfast - The room was clean and large. Everything was close, when using a "Grab". The breakfast was excellent, everything you could ask for. Be aware, when you first arrive, the hotel is not visible from the street, you need to walk around behind the apartments facing the street. This not a problem.
