• Rj Bautista (9/5): Decent accomodation in Bui Vien Street - The receptionist can understand English and are very nice. Room is decent with TV that can connect to the wifi so you can use Youtube. Bathrooms are small but it was enough for me. There are lots of place to eat around the neighbourhood that is why i will stay here again. Sachet of shampoo and barsoaps are provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste also are provided. Drinking water is free and there is a despenser downstairs where you can refill your water bottles. *No lift and we were situated on the 4th floor 😂 *Only cash payment *No motorbike parking

• LovelyPlanetJP (8/5): 部屋は狭いが立地抜群でコストパフォーマンスの高い宿 - 初めて訪れる際には、ちょっと場所が分かり辛いですが、ブイビエン通りに極めて近く、慣れてしまえば素晴らしいロケーションです。ブイビエン通りの喧騒がうるさいと書いている方もいますが、よほど神経質でなければほとんど問題ありません。 部屋は結構狭いですが、とても清潔感があるので、料金を考慮すると非常にコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。 家族経営の宿ですが、女性店主と娘さんたちはあまり愛想はよくありません。ただ基本的には親切なので、こちらからの質問等に関しては適切に対応してもらえます。 あと、階段が非常に狭いので、大きなスーツケースを持っている方は注意が必要です。
• Becky (1/5): Instead of politely suggesting we change rooms, she pretended to inspect the room, feigning a broken - Nothing The hotel owner is a very cruel and deceitful person. I booked two beds for three people online. When we arrived, she insisted we stay on the first floor, saying my room was on the fourth floor, but there was no elevator. I said that was okay. Then she said the room was too small to stay in. She showed me a picture. It took her a long time to find the picture. After finding it, I said it was fine. But then she said, "It seems the air conditioner is broken, I'll go check if it's fixed." And she spent 10 seconds going up and down to check the air conditioner on the fourth floor. When she came back down, she said the air conditioner wasn't fixed yet. I asked if there was a fan. She said no. She said that because she thought I would accept staying on the first floor for 600,000 dong instead of 400,000 dong on the fourth floor. I said I wouldn't rent it anymore. And then she turned around and cursed at me and my husband. She said I was marrying a foreigner but didn't even have 200,000 dong. I don't remember exactly what she said, but she dragged my husband into it. Then she yelled at me for booking a room for two people but now there are three. I told her I clearly booked for three. She went to the neighbor's house and continued yelling at me so they could hear. I said who I marry is my business. She said, "Stop talking so much." Then she brought up my luggage. I had so much stuff. Meanwhile, her hotel address was deep in an alley. The road was very narrow. My husband and I had a hard time pushing the baby and dragging the luggage to her house. Then we had to drag it back and listen to her constant yelling. . She insulted us after failing to get any information from us. I wanted to report her to the police, but I didn't have much time.

• Borbala (9/5): - We had everything we wanted for a comfortable short stay. The host was kind to allow us to check-in early in the morning as we arrived around 7am to HCMC. The bed was comfortable, the room is well-equipped with the basics. We could hear a bit of noise from the party street overnight, as the hostel is in a small alley near the main party area of HCMC. But with earplugs we were just fine.

• Aki8a (7/5): Value for money - After reading the review which are a missing and hits, I came with open minded that it could miss my expectations or disgust me, so I read the owner's disclaimers on what they provided or dun and yes, the owner was true to their advertisers information, all were correct No lift and only a narrow staircase like all Fremch style old Vietnamese buildings Room walking space was a tab small and mattress abit old but room is kept clean, have plenty of single use tooth brush, shower foam and shampoos, air-con was working well All the basic for the low price it charge me, VND$405,000 Labels in Vietnamese which are the body foam and shower foams as only body foam is label in English and it smell bad, took the Mint flavour as body foam when I am unsure if it's only a shampoo instead, Lol, 😅🤣 Saw that door will lock at 12am, though they will open if U rang the bell but dun wana to disturb the owneror light sleepes, so rush back

• Christian (2/5): Nur was für 1-2 Nächste für Rucksack Touristen - Leider nur dass das Zimmer modern war Leider viel. Lage in einer Sackgasse im Viertel mit engen Gassen. Die erste Unterkunft wo man die Schuhe am Haustor ausziehen muss. Kein Lift und die Treppen so eng, das man kaum den Koffer rauf bekommt. Das Zimmer so klein, das man keinen Platz für den Koffer hat. Am meisten hat mich gestört, dass es keine Vorhänge bei den Fenster gab. Also wirst du bei Sonnenaufgang wach, wenn die Putzfrau dich nicht schon vorher am Gang durch die Geräusche aufgeweckt hat. Cisto informativno nalazi se pored ulice gde je mnogo diskoteka, ko zeli provod, ali muzika se cuje minimalno za onog ko zeli ranije da zaspi. Nema lift, Ali Moja baka zeli da naglasi da to ne predstavlja nikakav problem. Generalno jako smo zadovoljni. Topla preporuka

• Lenaerts (8/5): Good stay - Private room with tho seperate big beds and a nice bathroom and fridge. It was near the famous walking street, but it was still not noisy in our room. You only heard it a little bit. It was a good value for the money. There is no elevator, but we knew this already. So it was not really a problem for us. The room was quite small and not many space to put our stuff but manageable!

• Agnese (6/5): Perfetto se amate i bagni… allagati! - Posizione centrale, prezzo contenuto, aria condizionata. La struttura purtroppo corrisponde poco a ciò che viene mostrato nelle immagini: gli spazi risultano molto più piccoli di quanto sembri dalle foto, soprattutto il bagno, che è davvero ridotto. Inoltre, appena si apre la doccia l’acqua tende ad allagare rapidamente tutto il pavimento, rendendo l’utilizzo poco pratico. Nel complesso, l’impressione è che le immagini della struttura risultino più favorevoli rispetto alla realtà. Detto questo, il prezzo è molto contenuto e per una permanenza di una o due notti può comunque essere una soluzione fattibile. Per raggiungere la struttura si passa attraverso viuzze molto “caratteristiche”, ma in fondo il Vietnam è anche questo!

• Mia (9/5): - The location was perfect super easy to walk to all the tourist spots and was far enough away from the Main Street that the noise did not bother us. The standard of the room was very high, clean and comfortable. The lady on the front desk was not friendly and disinterested. We got in early on our sleeper bus and she was not happy (we didn’t wake her a man on the street did before we could stop him). We were not able to check in early even though we could see there was rooms ready and we could see from our check out process that the cleaner went in as soon as we shut the door.

• Tim (6/5): - De locatie is goed, om de hoek bij Walking Street. Het personeel verleent de verwachte service, niet meer en niet minder. Goed om bewust van te zijn: de afbeelding van het pand is met de computer gemaakt en is dus geen foto. Door de ligging dichtbij Walking Street is er veel nachtlawaai tot +/- 2 uur 's nachts. Oordoppen zijn dus zeker benodigd. De locatie heeft niet de sfeer van een hostel welke je normaal verwacht, het zijn losse kamers. Het is meer een homestay / mini-hotel.

Nice staff who looked after our luggage on the last day It wasn’t really a hostel, more of a hotel! We didn’t socialise or meet anyone else here

There were two small sachets of products in the bathroom, but I did not understand exactly what they were; it was not clearly indicated, only written in Vietnamese. The air conditioning in the room was not very strong. There was no hot water, or hardly any warm water, in the bathroom. The water in the room was not replenished daily. The walls were thin; on one of the mornings there was a lot of noise from the room next to mine while it was being cleaned. There were sometimes small ants in the room, and I also saw them in the lobby.

• Oriane (9/5): Great place ! - The hostel is really well located especially if you want to be close to the bars, a bit less if you want a really quiet place but it also depends on the rooms. There are confortable and clean.The staff is really nice ! A bit noisy because it is close to Bui Vien but it depends of the rooms.
• Margaux (7/5): - La titolare è stata molto gentile, avevamo prenotato per 3 notti ma sfortunatamente la camera era molto piccola e non ci stavano tutte le nostre valigie e avevamo un po' paura a lasciarle giù, quindi ci ha lasciato pagare solo una notte. C'erano due asciugamani e bagno doccia, molto apprezzato Il bagno era sporco, dopo 10 ore di aereo non avevo tanta voglia di pulire il bagno io e con la carta igienica usata. In più il materasso era duro come la pietra.

• lukas (10/5): Velká spokojenost - Hostel je umístěný u velmi rušné party ulice. Posouzení ulice nechám na každém. Faktem je, že velké plus hostelu je, že je ukryt v její blízkosti, avšak v labyrintu uliček a člověk z pokoje neslyší z ruchu vůbec nic - spalo se nám krásně. Hostel je vzhledem k lokalitě umístěn mezi různorodý typ restauraci a hospod a v nočních hodinách není problém si sehnat něco k jídlu. Z lokality se dá navíc lehce dostat na různé spoty, jež Ho Chi Minh nabízí - historická, umělecká, trhy či obecně ulice lokálního charakteru. Pokoj má super klimatizací, je čistý a přes absenci většího úložného prostoru, nabízí uzamykatelné šuplíky pod postelí a ve stole. Na 3 noci nám vyhovoval perfektně! Pokojíček je skromnější velikosti a pokud má někdo v plánu delší pobyt s velkou zásobu věci, může mít lehce problém :) my jsme si vystačili.
