E.g. the only fruit available was cut oranges, grapes and a whole banana. The spa was seperate so you cant go with your partner. You get a voucher for a drink on the rooftop, however you are not told you need to buy for 400 dollars before it can be used. Felt weird being asked to preserve the environment with reusing the towels when you are asked to let the water run for 10-15 min before using it.

- 思齊 (6/5): - 床很舒服、房內溫泉池有兩池能交替、市區夜景很棒、離羅東夜市近 房價比同級距住宿貴，且在已扣除兩人份早餐的情況下，仍比同級距住宿貴一千多新台幣。 熱水需要等待較久才能熱，建議根本解決此問題，而不是用告示提醒住客接受等待10～15分鐘才能有熱水。 各樓層沒有飲水機，客房只有兩瓶礦泉水，在客房泡湯前需要先把要喝的水設法準備好。 兒童遊戲室項目較少，有些設施看起來原本像是溜滑梯但被封閉，若能重新提供，能給孩子們更好的體驗。
- Tong Hai (9/5): A very conveniently located hotel at Luodong - Location was good. Very near Luodong night market and train station. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The hot water shower needs 10-15mins to heat up. Breakfast spread could be better with more protein choices. It has more than suffient vegetarian choices.

- 淑英 (7/5): 房間的舒服乾爽感，是國內偏濕氣候、飯店所少見的，非常舒服 - 房間大、寢具非常乾爽舒服 鄰近鐵道旁，平交道聲音很干擾 晚餐及早餐菜色很差，早餐有些好像是昨晚的晚餐菜色～ 如果餐廳buffet預算有限，其實很多飯店早餐都已經用位上的方式，讓顧客選擇中式或西式的早餐，九宮格的中式餐點及西式早午餐方式的呈現，反而會有高級感，提供參考
