- Diane (6/5): Good but a little tired. - The apartment was fine and in a good location.
- Francine (9/5): - Lovely flat. Good directions. It would be helpful to have information on local amenities and restaurants.
- Cherry (10/5): Great location and nice spacious apartment - Everything we needed - 2nd time staying Nothing - all good
- Goldsmith (8/5): Great location that could easily be made perfect! - The location was great and the property was very clean overall. An ideal stay for a couple or small family. Good location for local restaurants. Some of the facilities provided were a bit skimpy. Pillows were limited to one and very firm and uncomfortable. Towels provided were too small and limited to one each, making it difficult over just a 3 night stay. There was a super king bed but a king size quilt? As such it didn’t fit.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great stay in a great location - Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the harbour with loads of lovely bars and restaurants to walk to in the evening.
Lovely comfy well equipped apartment, very clean and well maintained nothing
- Helen (10/5): Perfect base for a fabulous weekend in Charlestown - Great location and lovely space for the 3 of us .. a massive plus was the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom.. kitchen is very well equipped , lovely living space, very clean throughout.. Nothing 😊

- Liao (6/5): Very quiet break - It was very spacious
- Martina (8/5): - Sehr schöne Lage, sehr ruhiger
- Cotter (10/5): - The location was in easy access to all the amenities in Charlestown. The apartment is spacious for a two bedroom apartment , we enjoyed the lounge area with access to the balcony. We stayed with friends and each had our own bathrooms, ours was an ensuite, the other a family bathroom opposite the bedroom. A little gem.
- Rodrigo (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio e impecable.
- thomas (10/5): -
- Travis (10/5): -
- Stacey (9/5): Superb - Great location and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful. Would stay again.
- Gillian (10/5): Lovely apartment. - Very clean , location excellent.
- Doris (10/5): The location was excellent and the rooms were clean, we enjoyed our stay and felt like home. My friends didn’t want to l -
- Steven (9/5): Superb -
- Shirley (10/5): A great stay. - Excellent location, and very well equipped apartment. Nothing.
- Susan (8/5): Comfortable and in a good location - It's a really nice flat with everything you need. It was comfortable, clean and in a good location. The host was helpful and friendly when we were in contact. The instructions for access were only provided on the afternoon of our arrival, which made for quite a nervous journey. A message in the morning to confirm the time that final instructions will be sent would be helpful.
- Steven (10/5): Great stay - Great apartment and great location with parking. If we ever go back to that part of Cornwall we will definitely re book this apartment.
- Sealey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natasha (9/5): Superb -
- Judith (9/5): Great place to stay in the heart of Charlestown. - Wonderful apartment in a superb location. Couldn’t fault it.
- Hayley (9/5): Restful, quiet and convenient stay in a home from home. - Clean, well equipped and good location
- Susan (8/5): Good location, good instructions, clean - Good location, clean, good instructions
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Very high standards throughout, very clean, good communication. N/A
- Lisa (5/5): Could have been nice but disappointed - Property was nice and clean and in a perfect location for our visit. However, on our departure we were accused of breaking the lounge blind which we did not do and we lost some of our deposit money. There were no complimentary toiletries, something we have always had at other properties we have stayed in and no coffee, tea and milk welcome pack.
Would we stay again, sadly no.
- Sandip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (9/5): Excellent location, roomy - Location and cleanliness Cleaner waiting at door bang on checking out time. Think extra charge for dog stay could be less, maybe offer refund if left as found we left property spotless. Also maybe some little extra touches would be nice, had multiple stays in Cornwall and hosts would leave local recommendations to eat and visit as well as maybe leave welcome pack.
- ADRIAN (10/5): Great location - Great clean modern apartment I stayed 1 night on business trip.
- Peter (10/5): Relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment and stunning location. - Well presented and artistically furnished
- Jan (8/5): Very good - Clean. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Spacious apartment. Not very well signposted. Wasn't keen on the sofa's...too deep and couldn't get comfortable.
- Janet (10/5): A great find will definitely be back. - Excellent apartment very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Very good location, five minute walk to Charlestown harbour. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Nothing
- Steve (9/5): A comfortable stopover on our way to Gorran Haven. So glad we didn’t take the easy option and stay at a Travelodge inste - The property was located only a few minutes walk from the harbour at Charlestown.
The property was clean and roomy, perfect for our needs, and great for us as we had our sprocker with us.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Beautiful property very well equipped.
A little road noise during day but not excessive
Comfy beds, lovely linen etc
- Stephen (7/5): Good -
- Joy (9/5): Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Perfect place for a getaway. - Perfect location and family friendly apartment. Close to everything you need, all within walking distance. We experienced a small issue (no one’s fault) which was swiftly dealt with by great customer service/communication from owner.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Moise (6/5): Pleasant - The house was very welcoming and clean. The beds were quite uncomfortable, the house wifi is not suitable for someone that wants to work. The house is next to a quite busy road both during the morning and evening which makes the rooms noisy. The kitchen utensils were quite poor. The indications and messages from the host were quite confusing, and incorrect. They asked me to contact them for the deposit, which I did and they then told me there were no needs to contact them.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Gurushantswami (5/5): Passable -
- Lorraine (6/5): Disappointing - Good location. Short walk to Charlestown. It hadn’t been cleaned very well - dusty, cobwebs, towels smelt strongly of damp. The flat had a smell about it especially the bathrooms. The check in and out times meant we only got the flat for 18 hours making it very bad value for money given it wasn’t especially nice.
- Tim (5/5): New local place - Clean and great view Amenities not to my taste, Ok for takeaways bit not for self catering. seems bizarre have a dishwasher but no washing machine.
No toiletries ... every where else I have stayed supplies them.
- Sasi (9/5): Superb -
- Gurjeet (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good - Location ideal for a short walk to the harbour where restaurants & bars are located. Parking on site which is always a bonus and well equipped accomodation. All good.
- Marek (9/5): Superb -
- Katie (7/5): Fantastic location, basic but practical apartment. - Location was amazing It was just a little drab. No dish cloth was there so couldn’t wash up or wipe down surfaces. Just small things missing that were a bit of a pain. Was fine for a weekend but would’ve been different if here the whole week
- Derek (9/5): Superb - I would suggest that a small greeting pack of tea, coffee & milk would be greatly welcome.
- Steven (9/5): Great position 10 minutes from town. - Quite modern but it fitted right in with the surroundings. An easy 10 minute walk to the harbour and town ! great parking ! and great carpark in town ! loved it. We took our dog and he slept well too :-) easy access to the duplex and a very nice kitchen if you need it... would book again without question... Honestly I have nothing to add here just wish I had gone for longer.
- Sheryl (8/5): Great location and the weather was kind to us as well - The location was great, convenient for everything we wanted to see and do and with a sea view . Needed a couple more pillows and some spare towels and there was a slight mix up when another couple turned up thinking they were staying there!! but it turned out they had been sent the same arrival details as us which could have been a bit awkward if they had arrived before us!!
- Barbara (9/5): I would definitely book again - Ideal location for Charlestown and Eden project. The towels were very smelly once wet
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (9/5): Superb - Great accommodation and brilliant location. Everything we wanted.
- Sue (8/5): Very good - Very clean and tidy with everything we needed for a short stay to visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan and do some local seaside walks.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Barbara (10/5): Highly recommend this property. - Handy for walking to harbour, great parking, easy access, clean, comfortable and cosy. Nothing springs to mind!
- Raymond (8/5): Very good -
- Abigail (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect size, great location, good amenities.
- Serina (8/5): Very good - The location was great to be able to walk to lovely places to eat and get out to local places.
Beds were very comfortable. Nice lounge kitchen area to hang out with the fam.
- Richard (7/5): Nice winter break - Lovely building and location. Good parking. Charleston is a pretty village and easy to walk to the sea Plastic folder with one sheet about covid info - just bin it or add some leaflets and helpful info about local area. Brown throws and cushions very dark and dated with cheap brown wardrobes and drawers were a shame as much nicer colours on website pics. Rooms were lovely and light with nice views but brown carpet very tired
- Rich (9/5): Overall happy and will recommend to friends and family. The owners communication was excellent. - Local to Charlestown , warm and comfortable and peaceful. Some of the kitchenware needs updating and the bathroom shower towels are too small for a 6’5 chap! 😂
- Sharland (9/5): Superb - Unit was in great location, modern furnished and very clean. Fridge was a bit noisy.
- Paul (10/5): Great Place - You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. Very warm inside and there was also a balcony with chairs and table had the weather been right. I'll be staying again as much better than a hotel.
- Paola (8/5): Nice stay , good communication with host - Clean And light . Had everything you need
- Stephanie (7/5): Short stay for Eden project - The location was fab, we were visiting the Eden project so looked for properties close.
Charlestown in a lovely little seaside
Beds are comfy and living space is nice, spacious and light No local information inside the property, a few little bits would be good. Nearest shop etc
Felt some spaces could have been organised better to utilise the space. Hoover taking up cupboard for shoes and coats.
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Jayne (8/5): Lovely central stay - Clean and bright everything you need for a night.
Host very accommodating
- Aimee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Everything.
- Karen (8/5): Enjoyable stay in great location. - Spacious, clean and modern apartment. We only stayed one night but the kitchen looked like it was well equipped for a longer stay. Easy walk down to the lovely harbour. Nothing
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location a few minutes walk from Charlestown harbour. An extra towel or two would be beneficial for long hair!
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean, modern, very well equipped and great location within a km of Charlestown Not much! The WiFi could be faster compared to todays standards
- Julia (9/5): Superb -
- Johnson (10/5): Will be back! - The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was so big and clean, and the location and view was perfect. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay well worth the money. Everything you need in the kitchen and a comfy area to eat and relax in. Very clean with plenty of storage Nothing
- Bernadette (8/5): Very good -
- Lindsay (9/5): Lovely quiet property - This was a lovely little house very quiet neighbour and things within easy reach, we decided to take the train to St Austell as it was much faster. We used the local buses in the area to go to Fowey and to Newquay and it was very reasonable. If I have to put something in here it is a very very small thing, just having Salt and Pepper available would have been nice.
- Clair (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kate (8/5): Lovely for a short break - Very comfortable bedrooms Postcode takes you to Waterwheel collections apartments and not to the actual cottage. So if relying on satnav as we were it took a while to get to the right place.
- Helen (10/5): Lovey fresh, spacious apartment close to a few pubs and restaurants - It was very spacious and cosy, plenty of space for a family of 4 and a dog We can’t really think of anything we disliked, apart from maybe the TVs we’re a bit small
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Lovely comfortable beds spacious kitchen cosy lounge area Being a apartment in a shared building there was lots of late night noise up and down the stairs
- Abimanyu (8/5): Very good -
- Nicholas (10/5): Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return . - Ideal location to visit the surrounding areas , the apartment was nice and modern and a good size with everything we needed for our stay .Would highly recommend . Nothing
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
