- Yunus (8/5): Highly recommended, so worth money. - Very extensive kitchen. Nice and warm. Rooms spacious and quiet. No smell, it was so freshly. Lifts directly at the hotel. A little less was evening activities.

Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. No special benefits were given to us that were ;promised on booking

- Shahram (8/5): Gold member privileges were ignored - Hotel was good, but I didn’t receive my gold member room upgrade and I couldn’t check out later too.
- Sara (8/5): - What I liked most about this hotel are the staff, friendly and always willing to help, and the good food quality. The room was clean and spacious. The condition of the hotel itself are okay, maybe they could switch on more lights in the corridors. I got injured while skiing, the medical care I received in the hotel’s clinic was fast and professional. Much appreciation to the paramedic and the doctor. As for the VIP benefits, I asked not to get the bottle of wine since I don’t drink. However, I wasn’t offered the room upgrade.
- Youssef (8/5): Great stay - great time spent in the Karinna resort. Food was good, service was good, ski station very convenient. Only issue is with the Wifi which is a bit poor in some rooms, and prices for paying services (spa, paying restaurant...) are a bit too high (big european capitals standards) while turkish Lira has been low. Not sure employees salaries have been raised that much.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Enjoyed it, with some concerns. - The bathroom is in bad condition. Walls are made of wood and you can hear all rooms. Windows are single glazed and you can hear people playing outside and singing at night.

Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Хорошая организация питания в ресторане. Комфортные большие номера, в которых, скажем так, очень тепло. У нас окно было открыто постоянно. Не всегда устойчивый wifi в номерах, в зонах общего доступа проблем не было. Т.к. снега не было и склоны для катания были не доступны, не удалось протестировать сервис по прокату горнолыжного оборудования.

Sauna güzel, hamam da iyiydi.

Da jeg informere receptionisten om at rummet er for lille og sengene er ikke dækkende, fik vi istedet 4 enkeltsenge. På Hotel.com står der at hotellet er 11 km fra centrum. Denne information er forkert og direkte misvisende. Der er 30 km fra Karinna Hotel til centrum, og da vejene er snoede, tager det 1 time at køre derned.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Location only for those who skiing or who’s willing to join the skiing school for learning, else you can have a day trip from the Teleferik directly and spend time as much as you can then leave safely, only breakfast is good but not the dinner for sure is not even basic , rice was not cooked and the rest of food never attracts you , dessert is normal, very important: if you reach the hotel by your own drive you better fix a jenser belt for your tires before your fall in risk of car slipping, I’ve tried to contact the hotel many times to ask some questions about the safest way to reach 30km at the top of the Uludag ( hotel location) no one answer me !!! , the reception was so helpful and they arrange a jenser for my car at my own cost so n my way back from the top to down, most of the hotel guest were from the school students, the only important thing is they have to inform all the guest before booking about the arrival way .

Uludağ'daki oteller ile karşılaştırdığınızda piste ulaşım çok rahat ve maden,kuşaklı,tutyeli pistlerine kolayca varıyorsunuz. yemekler normal...kartalkaya otelleri yemek olarak daha güçlü... her şey kararında ....özetle kayak yapmak için Uludağ'da tavsiye ederim odalar rahat, kayak odasına ulaşım kolay... az kayak yapanlar için otelde sık vakit geçirenler için başka tercihler olabilir. ama 5 çayının zenginliğindense piste ulaşıma daha önem verenler için bu otel iyi
- Türksen (8/5): - Temiz ve konforlu odalar Zengin ve leziz acik bufe
- Duygu (8/5): Uygun bir otel - Odalar temiz ve guzeldi. Restoranda calisanlar gayet ilgiliydi, bufe cesitli ama yiyecekler cok kaliteli degildi, kullanilan yaglardan olsa gerek biraz mideyi rahatsiz ediyor. 2 gun konaklama yaptik 3. Gun uzatma yapmak istedigimizde resepsiyon yer olmadigini soyledi. Internette yer oldugunu soyledigimizde kontejyan dediler. Biz de tekrar internetten aldik. Kisacasi ugrasmak istemediler. Resepsiyon genel olarak guler yuzle sizi gecistiriyor :) otelin onu cop dolu bununla ilgilenilmesi gerekiyor. Daga dogaya gelip copluk gormek hos degil. Ama bu dagin genelinde de boyle. Sonuc olarak yemek kalitesi ve resepsiyon hizmetinde kucuk aksakliklari olan 2. Bolgede uygun kalabileceginiz, temiz bir otel
- Hasan (2/5): - Ötele rezervasyon yaptığımda otel oda bilgilerinde derin küvet olduğu yazıyordu ötele gittiğimde odada küvet olmadığını Reseption görevlisinden öğrendim 100 tl fark ödeyip küvetli odaya geçtim fakat odada yatak odasında televizyon yoktu ve tuvaletin taharet musluğu bozuktu oda enerji girişi arızalıydı elektrikler gidip geliyordu personel gelmedi kendimiz çözdük Kısacası otel bilgilerinden yazılanlarla orada karşılaştığımız konu çok yanlış geldi bize gereğinin yapılmasını rica ederim
- Gundogdu (10/5): Güzel bir 2 gün - İlk defa kış tatili yapmıştık. Bu otel yorumları konusunda acabalarimiz vardi. Yeme içme güzel. Personeller çok ilgili. Canlı müziğe çıkın dinleyin akşamları.
- Tahir (10/5): Memnun kaldımç - Yine gelecek kadar memnun kaldım. Herhangi bir sorunla karşılamadım. Odalar, yemekler, personel gayet iyiydi. Sauna, hamam, havuz gibiimkanlar da mevcut. Tavsiye ederim.
- Bahadir (6/5): Bir kaç - Konaklayan misafir durumuna göre Ara cay sırasında oturulacak alan yetersiz ,Çalışan personel saygılı Bir kaç yetersiz durum olmasına rağmen Genel olarak iyi memnun kaldık
- Abdulhamit (2/5): - Ana Restaurant personel hariç otel tam bir skandal pansiyon apart otel dahil bugüne kadar gittiğimiz en kötü otel bir daha asla gitmem
- KemalUnaltuna (2/5): - They supposedly have a policy to check everyone who gets in. It is like military facility! Lift queues are terrible. Food is crap. No indoor parking. The car entrance is not cleared of snow.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Kısa süreli bir konaklama yaptık. Yemekleri başarılı bulduk. Restaurant çalışanları özveriliydi. Otelin kapalı havuzunun su sıcaklığı konforlu değildi. Kapalı havuzun su sıcaklığı arttırılarak daha konforlu hale getirilmesi gerekir.

- Selma (2/5): Avoid this hotel in Uludag...disgraceful , shocked - Avoid this hotel, smelly, dump rooms are given ...my 3 year old daughters comment ‘ mummy it stinks in here ‘ ...rooms on 2nd and 3 rd floor are disgraceful ...we were departing they suddenly oferred a room at the 6th floor...we were shocked why they have not offered the room on the 6th floor at first place...then they put students, groups with out parents to those room they are to young to get their rooms changed ...disgraceful earnings ! Parents watch out where you sending your children...shocked of the standart ...plus you pay so much ...should be categorised as hostel in the area ...not fare at all, very dissapointed ...a photo where the cleaners turned up to clean the room again ...we did not stay in this dump, smelly, dusty room....

- b (2/5): Staffs thief - 1: the hotel is smiling smoking weed horrible hotel i have ever seen in turkey the staff are thieves they stolen my wife expensive perfume it worth 750$ and i don't know if money was stoling too becuse we didn't counted .And the i have to stop them from cleaning the room too so they won't steal again .All staff english is poor so poor i have to repeat many times so they can understand .The the room services i paid my bill for coffee cash i gave her 100TL for coffee she said she will go and get my change and she no show up again i went to the reception to check out i told the lady at the reception that i orderedcoffee and give 100tl and the room service lady didn't bring my change she called them and answered that she gave it to me i was mad at the reception lady she told me our staff said she gave ui told her no she call her to comeshe came and meet me alone and she told me not to tell the reception about the change and she gave me my change in side white paper and she went away fast the lady at the reception came back said what!i show her the money the room service refunds to me she was shocked i told her all the hotel is horrible she said sorry this just part of my story. So guys be careful . 1: no one was at the reception we have to look for them as u can see in photos. 2: they passed the same food for 2 days terrible test. 3: skiing no safety atall i witnessed 3 accidents. 4: restaurant staff so lazy u will call them they won't come as u see in the photos. 5: etc.
