Kimberly (10/5): I can't wait to stay again. - When I arrived, we had the friendliest staff allow us to check in early, and everyone at the front desk was so friendly throughout our stay. I rarely feel hotels are clean enough, but the hotel, the room, the bathroom, the breakfast room-all felt fresh and clean! This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.

Althea (5/5): The comments were a lie on the web sit. - The glass walk-in shower was the best part of our entire stay. The dislike was that the morning breakfast was gone by 8:30, and the staff didn't refill some of the items. There were fewer options to choose from. The waffle maker was broken, and no yogurt. The staff was unfriendly when I checked in, and the staff in the front lobby when I let them know the breakfast was gone by 830 am. She just said Oh yeah.. that was it. .. The cleaning lady was very NICE among the staff that worked there.

Frédéric (9/5): Excellent choix près de l'aéroport de Phoenix - Le professionnalisme de la personne à la réception, la piscine extérieure chauffée, le beau et grand lobby, les lits confortables. J'ai aussi apprécié que le shampoing et gel douche soient fournis dans des grandes bouteilles fixées au mur, ce qui réduit le gaspillage. J'apprécie qu' on puisse recycler dans les chambres et peut-être composter au moins dans la salle à manger. Excepté des stations-service, il semble y avoir peu de services à proximité de l'hôtel.

Debemos destacar la atención del Sr. Que maneja el transporte al aeropuerto. Olvidamos una maleta y accedió con amabilidad y paciencia a regresar por ella. Lo apreciamos en verdad! Everything was clean, and the room was pretty silent despite the airport proximity The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, pretty basic. But at least it was included, which was convenient

My mother and I were running late and by the time we were getting breakfast, a couple of stuff was out. My mom went to tell the lady who was in charge.
