- WaterUnderBridge (6/5): Skip and Stay in Miami Instead - This hotel was OK but we would not return. We stayed in Room 101 and the noise starting at about 3am was non-stop. Banging and clanging, doors opening and closing. I checked out the window multiple times, making sure our car was safe and that a tornado had not descended upon us. I eventually figured out a way to cover my head with a pillow and hope the noise would end. What was so disappointing was that we had a ton of driving to do and did not have the luxury of a nap in our schedule the next day. I would suggest avoiding Room 101 if you have anything to do the next day other than take a long nap. We finally figured out that the banging and clanging we heard was because Room 101 is located immediately next to the breakfast area and the nonstop noise was the kitchen prep for breakfast. Knowing this now, I would never stay at this hotel again anywhere near Room 101. Other concerns about this room - several chargers in the room did not work, the shower leaked into the entrance way and bathroom (and is a serious slip and fall concern), the ice maker on the first floor did not work, and the room was very dark and you will need to bring a flashlight. I would suggest skipping this hotel altogether and staying in Miami instead. The lack of sleep at this hotel is not worth the cost of staying here and there are serious safety concerns of having to drive long distances with no sleep. Three stars are for hot coffee at 4am when you can’t sleep because of hotel noise.

- Fred (4/5): - There were hairs in the shower from the prior guest. The bottom hinge on the cabinet door that that opened to reveal the refrigerator wasn't screwed into the wall so we had to manually push it into the wall in order to open the refrigerator door. Also, one of curtain pulls had come out of the wall. Just didn't seem anyone was keeping up with general maintenance. We could not use our room key to enter the outside door. We were in a handicap accessible room and there was no way to shut off the handheld showerhead so we had to mop the floor every time we used the shower. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Situated next to a Denny’s Classic Diner (great for us since we were pulling a trailer + U-Haul & didn’t want to have to park again). Recommended

- Kathrine (8/5): Pretty great place - Nice hotel and staff. Room was nice and comfortable but attention to fine details were missed in some spaces. Breakfast had great options, but on the cold side. Would definitely book again, as these things were not deal breakers, and honestly if I wasnt in hospitality myself I probably wouldnt have noticed. I was surprised they actually touched up the rooms every day of your stay. That seems to be a dieing practice these days, so that was appreciated. Later check out is always appreciated.

- Billie (8/5): - The room was clean. The pillows were soft. The towels were soft so you didn't feel like you were drying yourself off with sandpaper. All staff that I encountered were great and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.
- Sherry (8/5): Clean, friendly and noisy highway - Staff friendly and room clean. Our room faces the highway so you could hear the traffic all night. There are other hotels close by and I’m sure the guests would experience the same thing. Outside of that it was a great ola e to stop.
- CPandthekids (8/5): South of town, along a highway with some road noise, newer hotel - This is a typical Hampton. I stay at these pretty often because of consistency, and this was no surprise. The room designs tend to change over the years. This new one has a sliding door from the closet to the bathroom. Unfortunately, this space-saving move leads to a gap between the door and wall when closed as there's no latch or lock. If you like to have some privacy and either close or lock the bathroom door you're out of luck. The HVAC window unit was quite loud and hard to adjust. It was really cold when we checked in (65) so we turned it up to 72. It got warm then it climbed higher. During the night the room temp fluctuated. The duvet is thick and hot but without it you only have a thin bed sheet. So there were several middle-of-the-night thermostat adjustments. Fitness room was ok. Breakfast was adequate. Most Hamptons have scaled back on fresh food and variety but you can find something. There are some restaurants in this small town but takes a few miles of driving. The road noise became noticeable in the morning as it's right on a highway.

When I called to make this reservation I spoke with Melissa at the front desk. She was very helpful and worked hard to get us the room we were wanting! Then when we arrived Melissa was at the desk that night as well. She remembered my phone call and went out of her way to make our stay perfect! She was so accommodating with every request, answered all our questions and was so kind and helpful in every way possible. We were very impressed with the service Melissa gave us! Very possibly the BEST desk clerk we have ever dealt with, and we have stayed in a lot of hotels! I hope she sees this review to know how much we appreciated her impeccable service! Thank you Melissa for making our stay above and beyond! Our room was very nice and clean and we had a great breakfast both mornings! No complaints at all and we will definitely remember this hotel next time we are staying near Pryor.

- Jennifer (10/5): - This was truly a clean, friendly, well-run hotel. It was the best one I have been to lately, at this price point. The desk had very friendly, helpful people. They were able to fulfill my request of a first floor room, indicating the day before that they would go ahead and assign it to me and mark it as "do not move." The breakfast was great, lots of variety and ample room to sit in a big, bright, comfortable, clean seating area. The landscaping was nice and the lawn was free of debris - even despite the Oklahoma wind which blows everything everywhere. The beds were super comfortable, it was definitely a great place to stay.

- A4153BIkarenw (6/5): Large suite but not well appointed. - Towels had seen better days and there was one hand towel and two bath towels. There were no tissues in the tissue box. The toilet paper holder had spots for two rolls and there was only one roll. There was a second sink in the bar area and there was a pipe that was exposed with some insulation that was falling off the pipe.
- beccag550 (10/5): Beyond fantastic customer service - I typically pass through Muskogee 5-6 times a year when I’m traveling home. I flip flop between Fairfield and Hampton. Last night has made me decide to stop flip flopping. There was a family in town with children who were being children. It was getting late and of course they weren’t settling down. (I have children, I get how loud they are. I just wanted to sleep) We called down to the office after about an hour of hopefulness. The wonderful wonderful lady working acknowledged that it might be a problem, but offered to move us to a quieter portion of the hotel. Within 5 mins, she brought us the keys and we both acknowledged with a smile. I’ve never in my life if staying at hotels, been taking care of so quickly and efficiently! Thank you for making it to where all I had to deal with was my husband who drank to much coffee!
- 833cmb (10/5): We highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites, Pryor OK - Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient and very quiet (rm.513 two queen beds). We didn't care for the heavy comforters so the front desk clerk cheerfully provided an extra light weight blanket (one blanket was already in the room). The hotel is nicely decorated and fresh. Front desk clerk also set up an infant crib for us in the room which was very helpful. We got a good night's rest. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee. We appreciated the noon checkout. All around an excellent value. This was our second time to stay here and we will be back. We highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites, Pryor, OK. Thank you to all the employees.

- Kristine (4/5): Not even nearly a superb 9.2 rating - The bed was very comfortable. There was I piece of paper garbage and a dirty ear plug laying next to the bed. The Kleenex only had 3 left. The TV was useless. Only 3 channels weren’t infomercial channels. The picture kept cutting out. Streaming Wi-Fi wasn’t nearly strong enough. We were told that the continental breakfast was 6-10 but there was only coffee, fruit and a bag of some kind of cold breakfast.

The hotel’s plusses for us: a quiet room on the fifth floor, clean and fairly new fixtures and furnishings, nice beds and linens, cordial front-desk staff members, and a good breakfast before hitting the road. The hotel’s negatives for us: the undersized luggage carts; the elevators’ loud clang at every floor; the hotel’s internet being down when we needed to use the business center’s computer. In our room: the suit valet mounted right over the A/C control panel, blocking access to it (see photo); needing to run the water for five full minutes to get hot water to the fifth floor for a shower; the bathroom’s many design flaws (no shelf in the tub for even the bar of soap; towel hooks placed too far to reach from the tub; the tub’s safety grab bar installed in the wrong spot; the toilet installed smack up against the TP holder; the nonfunctioning bathroom sink drain plug; the bathroom sink faucet installed too far back to get your hands under the water). We are Hilton Diamond members and are very familiar with Hamptons (and Homewood Suites); this Hampton certainly was unique!

- jamesrisk (6/5): In Need of Maintenance - Hotel appears newer from the outside, however there were several maintenance issues with the one room we had (we had three rooms total) which included the sliding door between the bathroom and closet dragging noisy on the floor each time you opened and closed it. The dragging was enough to wake someone up if you had to use the bathroom at night. Other maintenance issues include a toilet that moved when you sat down on it and a wall mounted item having been pulled from the wall with the anchors sitting in the closet. The bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. Location is a little bit out of the way unless you are going to the industrial park nearby. Complimentary breakfast could have been a little better. Overall an average stay. Nothing exceptional, but also nothing that would prevent us from staying here again if the occasion arises.

Room was cold and clean! Breakfast the next morning had many hot choices as well as cold options. Definitely recommend!!
