- Jenna (5/5): Needs a room refresh - Convenient location Old furniture in the room, especially the pull out couch and the lounge chair, minimal silverware, no sponge for dishes, and bright light on the smoke detectors blinks all night. We’ve stayed at several other Homewood Suites, and this one is much more tired than the others.
- Laila (8/5): - I was not notified that they only clean the rooms every other day, so was very surprised when I arrived to the room after a long day to find it was not cleaned. The seating options for the breakfast rooms are very uncomfortable. Very few tables with regular chairs, you have to seat in a very low and uncomfortable sofa.
- Ruth (6/5): Other times I have stayed, the hotel was excellent. I was disappointed about the pool and large tow - I like the cleanliness and location. The elevators were very slow, the washing machines had broken down, and the pool was not available to use.
- Nicole (7/5): Was an ok option for staying near Boston - The room was very nice we were happy with the layout and kitchenette was stocked appropriately. The parking was nice and convenient as well. There was a fair amount of washer and dryer for everyone to be able to wash their clothes in a timely manner. We chose this location for the price and for having a pool. The pool was closed the entire length of our stay. The included breakfast every morning was the same food choices everyday barely a change up. Was primarily tex Mex themed while we love that for breakfeast sometimes it was not appetizing as it was overcooked and not appetizing in appearance. The breakfast just wasn't worth that being included in price of the stay was disappointing and made us sick the couple times we tried to eat it. If we ever went back to stay near Boston I would try to find another location to stay at unfortunately.

- K9677DGericas (8/5): Great location! - We stayed here for a few youth soccer games in the area. The location is fantastic. We easily got to Newton and Westwood for our games and the area has many good restaurants, liquor stores and shops. The hotel itself has clearly had updates. The lobby area is very pretty. Perplexing to us, the lobby bar is only open Monday-Thursday. As you can imagine, a group of soccer parents would have enjoyed some drinks in the evening and the hotel would have made some good money. But it was not. The free breakfast each morning was very good. Sunday mornings hot food had a few different items than Saturday's did. They had a little breakfast taco bar set up Saturday which was a hit. Fresh bagels and pastries, coffee was always full. They were a little late with the setup Sunday morning but it was all out by 7:10 or so. Rooms are very large as they're all suites. We didn't need the kitchen but the full fridge and drinkware in the cupboards came in handy. A negative was the fact that there was no water in the ENTIRE HOTEL when we checked in Saturday. They had to replace a pump or something. The guests who were already in the hotel were not notified and we were not notified at or before our check-in. That's not good customer service. It was back on within the time frame they gave me when I inquired at the front desk. Grab and go area was well stocked. I had to ask for my 2 free waters being a Hilton Member and was told I could just grab two from the cooler. That works but I did have to ask. Plenty or safe parking. Overall a good stay.

- N_at_55 (5/5): Do not judge the book by its cover! - I had the displeasure of arranging a corporate stay at this establishment for my colleagues, a decision I now deeply regret. Despite my proactive efforts to secure a proper tax invoice through every conceivable channel prior to arrival, the hotel proved utterly incapable of fulfilling this basic requirement. The management/reception saw fit to deflect responsibility onto Booking.com, who—quite rightly, in my view—maintain that the obligation to issue the receipt lies solely with the service provider. What followed was a masterclass in lethargy; despite half-hearted attempts from the booking.com and numerous direct inquiries from my side, the hotel met our pleas with a wall of stony silence. This administrative failure is not merely a nuisance; it has resulted in a financial loss of nearly $5,000, as the lack of a valid invoice renders the expense unaccountable. To describe the service as 'substandard' would be a generous understatement. It is profoundly disappointing to see such a complete disregard for professional conduct from a Hilton-branded property. One would expect a modicum of competence, yet we were met with nothing but negligence.

- Ahmed (5/5): I am not coming back. - Free Parking. I recently stayed at the Hilton in Needham and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. Room service is not available 24 hours, and when it is available, the quality of service feels far from professional. Basic requests took longer than expected, and the overall attention to detail just wasn’t there. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very limited, the food quality felt cheap, and even the coffee was noticeably low grade — not what you’d expect from a Hilton-branded property. For the price of the stay, the overall value simply wasn’t reflected in the service or amenities. This hotel needs to significantly improve its food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience.

- Celeste (9/5): Nice plave to rest or to pause from the daily grind. - The cleanliness and location really stand out as positives. The room is large, with a well considered layout. The breakfast far exceed most hotel breakfast buffets in quality. Two thoughts, first a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be appreciated. Also, I would like to have a QR code to tip the cleaning staff. I don’t carry much cash these days.

He appeared unwilling to assist, did not provide the complimentary water that was included, and responded in a confrontational tone even to simple questions. This level of service from a hospitality professional is unacceptable and significantly impacted the experience.

- gaylec936 (6/5): Disappointed in service - This stay was for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable however the service was mediocre. Upon arrival we received a text to see if we needed anything, I asked for coffee pods and I never received them or was acknowledged. We brought bathing suits hoping to exercise in the pool during our stay and the pool was closed the whole time. After breakfast the coffee was supposed to be available but all the cups were gone. When I asked for a cup, the attendant was clearly annoyed. Hilton used to have much better service, disappointed in this visit.

Too few pillows, sheets and duvet were rather modest. Breakfast was very good. Tasty, varied, high quality food and very attentive staff. And we had a lot of trouble getting the WiFi to work.

We paid extra9.95 each day but we only got access to it on one occasion. Most of Staff was not familiar with it. Transferred me to a 3rd party tech support but they couldn’t find Homewood hotels in their lists so no help there.

- Ellen (5/5): Was fine but found it expensive for what it was considering you sleep in the room with all odors. - Comfortable bed Sealed room- windows don’t open so cooking or any food odors permeate. Toilet does not have a working fan either. These are problematic. Single ply toilet paper is a useless and wasteful item. People end up using much more paper because it’s not absorbent. Better to use quality toilet paper.

- Odyssey568533 (2/5): Not at All Like the 4-Star Reviews — Dirty and Smelly Stay - I booked this hotel after seeing all the 4/5 star reviews, expecting the same quality experience. Instead, I found hair on the bed, used contact lenses left behind, no towels or paper towels provided on arrival, and pillows/bedding that smelled so bad my daughter refused to sleep in her bed. The odor even triggered a migraine for me and left me tossing all night. My stay was nothing like the reviews promised and far below Hilton standards.

- liz (6/5): - The hotel is in need of updating. Carpets are worn and look dirty. Kitchen supplies are like dollar tree. Paper towels are useless and only 1 dishwasher detergent. Housekeeping comes every other day so you have to hunt someone down to get extra dishwasher detergent or towels

- Freedom737008 (8/5): Very nice BUT A/C not cold - The hotel was very nice. Bed was super comfortable. We loved the walk in shower. The room was quiet and the room was ready early. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a plus: cooked eggs, scrambled & hard boiled, yogurts, bagels ect. Excellent attentive gentleman employee at breakfast. The only part we did not like was the A/C. It was set at 68 and it was not cold. It was pretty hot days when we visited so that was not great. Pool was beautiful
