HeritageSoftail14843 (4/5): Would not stay here again - I will start with the good because it is shorter. Thomas who works the front desk deserves 5 stars as he is awesome! Friendly, conscientious and professional. Unfortunately that is where the good things end. It started when I was assigned a room different from what I chose online in the app prior to arrival. Rather than being on the end I was sandwiched between two rooms and the noise you hear from showers to toilets to door slams and talking is insane. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the bathroom was not clean. Hairs a different color than mine were on the floor, in the shower and bathroom sink. Stains on the furniture and the 2-day “refresh” was nothing more than empty trash and replace some (not all) of the used towels. Considering what the room cost I would have rather stayed on the main strip and surely would have gotten better service and accommodations. The noise from the nearby road is bad as well (which is why I tried to choose a room away from it but that was not what I was given). You have so many options in Vegas, I would recommend somewhere other than this. Also, the breakfast is really bare bones with zero daily variety or changes.

Schae (10/5): Beyond great and comfortable - Exceeds any preconceived expectations I had. The room was very clean and the staff was kind. Breakfast was great every morning and gave a great timeframe 6-10 which is perfect. We felt well taken care of and safe, as we had our kids with us. The location was perfect, especially when you don't want to be near the main strip. It was quiet and peaceful. we will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The Rooms are very clean and has everything you could need and the price was definitely matched with everything in consideration and more. I couldn't say better things about this location, especially if you have kids. We will definitely be back.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß, das Bad ziemlich klein. Es gab eine Küchenzeile und Geschirr. Frühstück war ok. Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Es waren Steinchen auf dem Boden, das Waschbecken war schlecht gereinigt, Vorhang dreckig.

Jennifer (8/5): Breakfast was very good. - Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only problem we encountered was with the shower. We came back around midnight and when I used the shower, it would not cool down, it was set to hot water. I tried adjusting the temperature, but the water only got hotter. The shower knob was not properly set to regulate the temperature. Receptionist Thomas was very helpful and accommodated us right away by moving us to another room. He was very nice and helpful.
Kathleen (10/5): All in all we had a nice stay and appreciated the staff friendliness. - The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast items varied. The gym was always clean. I also liked that the hotel was dog friendly. It made traveling with our pets easy. The pillows were a bit on the flat side but the staff quickly got us bigger pillows which made our sleep better.

Kathleen (1/5): Bring your own ring camera to protect your vehicle! - The desk clerk was very empathetic and at least helped giving us water and asking the "GM" for a rate discount since we could not leave on time. The GM should of spoke to our concerns when our vehicle was stolen from the rear no exit lot. We had to find our way to the correct police department, I guess this Hilton has a policy to not get involved? We asked the desk clerk on several occasions to see the camera video so we could share it with LVMPD. We were told to wait in our room and the GM would come see us but NO such luck. And since we could not leave, we asked for a room comp and the GM approved 50% off. We get our rooms comped for gambling, but not for grand theft?

Our room was very clean, did have an odd smell but it wasn’t a bad one, just weird. Quick walk to outlet mall and many nearby eateries. Breakfast was the only con. Was not tasty at all. Oatmeal was all water. Yogurt out of the machine was sour. Toaster was slow as molasses. Nothing we tried food wise was good. But coffee was great.

Karen (10/5): - The hotel staff went above and beyond from the desk clerk to the shuttle drivers. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice setup. The hotel was clean and in a great location for our needs. The breakfast buffet was average, although clean and hot foods were replenished as needed. The dispensers for the hot foods were difficult to hold open and retrieve food items at the same time. As observed, most guests appeared to struggle with this feature. We were happy with our stay and will look for Homes 2Suite options for our future travels.

Breakfast started at 6, which worked well for us. If traveling out during rush hour (who knew Las Vegas had a rush hour), be sure to leave extra time. Although very close, still lots of traffic. A definite stay again.

Jose (10/5): Highly recommended - It’s a new facility and has plenty of parking space. We didn’t have any inconvenient during our staying. The location is close to south premium mall and restaurants.
