• Monica (10/5): Homewood Suites is my favorite hotel. I will be returning. - The property was in a good location. Free parking on site. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is always good. I always enjoy my stay at Homewood Suites. The only complaint that I have is that the mattresses could be more comfortable. The mattresses are just too soft. The mattresses are too soft. All the Homewood Suites should upgrade their mattresses.

Overall the staff was wonderful as usual and I had wonderful time. Just the issues with room being to hot and the her being uncomfortable The room air quality and the fan.

• Shanice (4/5): My stay started off disappointing but tried to make the best of it. - I liked the location and the neatness of the lobby When arrived after check-in prior to my arrival my room was not clean. There were sheets on the couch, pillows on the floor, bed unmade, and wet towels in the shower. Then desk staff was very apologetic and moved us to another room. When checking out we brought it to the attention of the morning staff and manager.

• Yvette (10/5): - The staff was amazing.. the room was exceptionally clean, the bed is very comfortable! We had the kitchenette with a full size refrigerator.. That was very accommodating! Breakfast is great and the elevators are clean. Has a nice amount of closet space. This is the hotel that we will continue to stay in when we visit family. You will not be disappointed if you stay there. There was NOTHING to dislike.

• Joann (8/5): - This location was conveniently located. Only 10 minutes away from NCSU. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would call out was the breakfast was just okay. However, I would stay here again.
• Richard (8/5): - Enjoyed stay. Just wish they would put in a regular charger for electric cars. We had a rental and had to pay the fuel charge to recharge at airport because no option for a non-Tesla. Even just having adaptors at the front desk would help.

• Owen-Parker (9/5): - There were bright, open halls, and we liked having the elevator available by a side door so we didn’t have to traipse through the lobby every time we came in or out. The only issue we had was receiving a phone call from the property saying they hadn’t received payment from a third party booking. I had to take time, while traveling, to try to straighten it out and it turned out to be an issue with the hotel, not Booking. It caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

Followed by a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommend! Will definitely be staying again and will find Homewood Suites to stay when we travel again.

• mp-frog (10/5): Lovely Hotel - This location is the place to stay when visiting Cary. My husband and I travel to Cary every few months, and homewood suites is our 2nd home. Walking in the front door; you can see how well kept and clean it is. The front desk greets with a smile. The hotel staff walks around with a smile and speaks to their guests. Breakfast is amazing as well! The rooms are clean and cozy. #1, in the area in my opinion!

The breakfast was delicious. This hotel is where we will stay from now on while visiting relatives in Raleigh! Don't miss this one!
• Amanda (2/5): - The hotel could have been nice had it been cleaned and taken care of a little better. After a long day of travel we needed to shower when we first checked in. The room appeared to be nice at first, until we noticed the floor was covered in all sort of black fuzz, so we had to wear sandals at all times. The shower had hair from previous guest stuck to the floor, walls, and body wash dispenser. We decided to go down to the pool the next day which was filthy. My boyfriend skimmed the pool so ourselves and other guest who were out there could use it. He spoke to the front desk about it and they offered him an extra coffee at breakfast if he wanted (coffee that was already free). We also reported the cleanliness or rather lack of, of our room to the front desk. Then I find after check out I was charged a fee of $75 for smoking and we are not even smokers! So basically we clean their pool, make a complaint about our room being dirty and in return they charge me $75 for smoking and we absolutely do not smoke! Great customer service.
