- Joanne (8/5): With the exception of Carrie, a very positive experience. - I was in town for trial and the room was great! I loved having my work space separate from my sleeping space. The breakfast was great, although sometimes it was a bit skimpy because there were a bunch of military people there. Latricia did an excellent job of keeping my room neat and clean, and she was so friendly! Vincent was very friendly as well. Most of your staff were quite good! The microwave in my room didn't work. I called the front desk and Carrie was NOT helpful at all. In fact, she was rude. I ended up having to switch rooms and a few minutes after my call she came to my room and said, "How quickly will you be out of this room?" Rude! I was already packing and she saw that. I wouldn't have had to change rooms if the microwave was working, or if she could have told me when a new one would arrive. She has no problem-solving skills. No one offered me any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

- Walter (8/5): Nice Stay - Good hotel in a good location in Leavenworth. Only suggestion would be that they improve their maintenance, or maybe attention to detail of the cleaning staff. Two TVs in separate rooms, but only one remote: the time on the clock is off by over an hour but it has to be reset by hotel staff; the sliding door to the bathroom didn't lock or unlock properly; the electric blinds in both rooms would not work; etc. Not huge things but more than expected for one hotel room.

I especially enjoyed the walk in shower and the shower head actually worked unlike most hotel shower heads. The room was clean and so comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was a little expensive for where it is located but I get it's the summer.

- Johnie (10/5): Overall, it is a decent place for the money. - The overnight staff, the room, the gym and the pool were all top notch. It was clean and very comfortable. I will be staying there again when I visit the Leavenworth area. The breakfast wasn't really that good. The sandwiches are stale and the bowl did not have an option for no onions. The coffee was not hot.

Oatmeal, waffles, and premade croissant sandwiches, burritos, and pancake/sausage sandwiches served every day; Friday they had scrambled egg bowls. Hot water was a bit of a puzzle. Had to turn on the shower, the kitchen faucet and the bathroom faucet to get hot water. Can’t imagine how much water was wasted.

Peloton bike in fitness center. Cute retail buildings across the street. Great option if you are visiting Weston up the road but you don't want to roll the dice on AirBnB, bed and breakfast, or old buildings.

- Amy (8/5): - The only complaint I have about this hotel is the bathroom doors in the rooms. They are heavy sliding doors and we all struggled to get them closed fully. I cant imagine older people trying to close the doors fully. You need super strength. All they need to do is put a handle on the door, it would solve most of that issue. Everything else was good though.

Everything was in working order and there is plenty of convenient parking. Will stay here again, the next time we are in Leavenworth.
