- Fabian Alberto (8/5): - Era cómodo Que olía a comidas
- Sylvain (7/5): Good stay, poor after departure service. They need to process the deposit reimbursement faster - Hard floors in Hallways make it easy for luggage carrying. Front desk closes at night. (500# line for emergencies) Smart. I left 4 days ago and have yet to receive my deposit back or my final invoice via email. I don’t like having to chase these things. Feels like once you leave the premises..don’t care!!
- Abduljabar (8/5): - Clean line Wiggling bed
- Nada (10/5): Paisible et sans problèmes, à la mesure de nos attentes - Très bon emplacement,
Propreté exceptionnelle,
Personnel aimable, accueillant et professionnel
- Debra (1/5): Bad place to go unless you want lots of noice and interruptions - Location Manager was super rude. Within the first 2 days had two different maintenance people come into the room I got back and one was in my room with no notice when I spoke to the manager she started yelling at me and insulting me

- Paul (7/5): Great location and price in Redmond, but know what you're not getting... - Chose this hotel based on location and price, which were both excellent, got nice staff as a bonus : ) A kitchenette with no coffee maker? What?? Extra charge for clean towels? Only 2 place settings in a room sold as 'sleeps 4' ? Deficiencies, but at least it was nice and clean.
- Eric (10/5): -
- Lee (10/5): -
- Barbara (7/5): Decent place to stay, clean, good location and good value compared to other lodging in area. - location, convenient, elevator since we were on the 3rd floor, small gym staff was a bit distracted while checking me in but otherwise professional and helpful.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Too hard!
- Elijah (6/5): -
- Jean Audrey (8/5): -
- mark (4/5): Not good - The location I called at 2:30pm asking if I could check in late at night. The front desk person said yes as late as you need. This wasn’t the case. I had to call the hotline and they got someone to come to the desk to book me in. Also my lights in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet made noises all night
- Jose (8/5): - Location, gated entrance Bed was moving when I moved
- Karisa (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Location was great, place was very clean and updated. Water pressure was good in shower. Area felt safe and was close enough to Marymoor park that we were able to walk to and from our concert. Staff was wonderful. Bed was a bit too firm, upstairs neighbors were stomping around all hours of night and morning

- Clancy (5/5): - The facility and everything else was nice the staff acted like they had never even been to a training or any customer service training for even McDonald's they had documents that when you ask questions for the clerk could not answer I was told that everything was paid before I got there and I would not be charged for anything else which is a lie I was charged another $50. Another document they had to sign said that you can be charged extra for early departure but when I asked about that I was told I was really a lot to deal with for asking questions about legally binding documents and they made sure they pointed legally binding on all the documents but got mad if you ask questions about them. I would put my 9-year-old child in the clerk's position before I would trust him to do anything again. Are you going back later on to try and settle things and metal things out and he was just as bad and at 10:00 when he was able to close things up he couldn't close things up and get out of there soon enough so everything but human staffing about the place was wonderful the human staffing left so much to be desired I will never probably use another woodspring ever again
- Wayne (2/5): - Beware before booking, photos are very deceiving!! When booking through Expedia, the photos made it look like it was a nice place to stay.
The room was small, the bed was a very uncomfortable cot, the chair was very worn out and it seemed like a place where the homeless folks lived.
We decided not to stay there and were declined a refund.
I spoke to customer service at Expedia, and they attempted a few times to help us out, but were not successful.
I asked for a compromise, I'd pay for the first night we didn't stay there but would like a refund for the second night we had booked. The answer was no.
Avoid this place at all costs.
- Jeffrey (1/5): Literal scam - Tried cancelling my stay (2 nights ) I was told that the first night had already been charged. No problem, I’ll just stay one night. Not only did they charge me for the first night, they also charged me for a much larger amount. So for my originally quoted $140 room I ended up paying over $400 total.
Room was okay, but being right by reception and parking lot I got no sleep. Overall, worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Management
- Sina (2/5): - Pros:
They allowed me to place my luggage in the lobby before check-in time. AT MY OWN RISK.
Cons:
Bathroom fan did not work, asked them to fix it three times, each time they said they made a note of it and will send somebody to fix it. Nobody ever came to even look at it.
Cleanliness: bathroom was cleaned when we arrived. We stayed there for about 8 days. After 5 days I asked them to clean the bathroom, and they said they only clean every 2 weeks unless I pay.
The area around the property was not walkable.
WiFi was limited to only two devices.
They charged me $30 extra for soiled linen.
There would be no hot chocolate packs or tea bags if you arrived in the lobby little bit late in the morning.
They provided very little toiletry, not even a decent shampoo. When mentioned, they told me: "do you expect us to provide EVERYTHING for you?" VERY RUDELY.
We booked there for three people. But there was only two of everything when we got there: 2 plates, 2 bowls. 2 glasses, 2 cups. They gave us more after we asked several times.
They took a $50 deposit, but have not returned it yet!
I just noticed that there was a $6.25 charge from them on my credit card on my bank statement, after I had checked out and returned my keys.
I am glad I am out of there. I stayed there this long just because I had already taken my luggage there, and it was not easy to move.
- Victoria (10/5): - Nice and clean, I felt safe here and the staff was great. I would stay here again for sure.
- Hassan (10/5): -
- Vail (9/5): -
- Gwenn (6/5): Difficulties during my day - I had many obstacles during this trip. I would prefer not to say.
- Dawn (8/5): - Ok. Old
- Rita (8/5): - Clean room, great and fast check in. Easy parking.
- Tori (10/5): - Like the location and price.
- H (7/5): Stay here only if you don’t need internet. Otherwise nice place - Internet was very limited and tried to contact their support. Tried calling 3 times, but after 15 minutes of waiting each time they would pick up and then hang up. Never fixed the issues. Internet and service from support
- Ahmed ElBendary (7/5): -
- Ahmed ElBendary (7/5): -
- Chen (3/5): - This WoodSpring charged an additional hidden $3 each day, above the price listed on Booking.com.
- Michael (10/5): - Very clean room kitchen air conditioning
- Melody (1/5): - No/A The fact that the shower in room 123 needs new rubber, so it flooded the bathroom and when I stepped out of the shower I feel. I wasn’t even given a shower mat. When I went to the front desk, in a towel the next morning, Katrina was extremely rude, and gave me 2 towels and when if she was asked if she was going to write an incident room, she said she doesn’t do that, she just adds a brief note to the check out notes.
Unprofessional, unsafe, irresponsible!
- Stacy (10/5): - It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Roy E Robinson (6/5): I was at another hotel for 2 nights and needed to extend for 1 night, but the hotel had no vacancy. - Newer building, clean and had in room cooking which I had no need for. Waited 20 minute to check in while the desk clerk was on a heated conversation with a 3rd party vendor. There was police activity in the parking lot at 1:30AM.
- Santos (10/5): Está cerca - Su privacidad es importante Que el baño tenía la luz mala
- Laura (10/5): - Very clean
- sete (2/5): - Is skin hotel?
- JUNNING (10/5): - There are kitchen facilities available. clean. There are many parking lots.
- Ondrej (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Redmond - A fantastic place to stay for a few nights. As the building is new, all the infrastructure and furniture is in great shape, plus the rooms and the whole environment was spotlessly clean. The inclusion of kitchens within the rooms make it a great room to stay for more than one night if you want to cook something. I felt very much welcome by the very friendly and very helpful staff, even almost at midnight when I needed help. Great location within Redmond just off the road with grocery stores and a public transportation hub within walking distance.
- Juan Jose (2/5): - .
- Robert (8/5): An excellent example of a budget motel with everything you need and nothing you don’t.why pay more? - Excellent value Nothing
- Linda (3/5): -
- Kena (10/5): - Our first time staying and we were pleasantly surprised how nice the property and staff were. If in the Redmond area Woodspring Suite be our first choice.
- Kathleen (6/5): - No one was at front desk. I waited 15 minutes then another guest pointed out a phone in the entryway and said to use that. I called and got someone but it was still several minutes before he showed up at the front desk. Room was clean but walls are thin.
- Diana (4/5): Not worth the high price tag!! - Outside looked better than the inside. The staff in front was accommodating when asked for more towels. Bed was uncomfortable. Cheap bed sheets. 2 medium sized towels. One tiny sized shampoo. The walls were paper thin. I could hear cars passing by and conversations easily next door and at 2 am a woman was yelling curse words. I felt like I was sleeping outside and not inside a hotel.
- Iuliia (8/5): - Nice hotel, full kitchen in the room, however not enough tools for cooking.
- Reanah (1/5): Bad - The vending machines. I didn’t like the rude and inattentive staff member who was a women. She tried to charge my card twice one time for 60 and then 40 then when i called to confront her she did not care and gave me a rude smart comment. She tried to say it was for one wash towel. There were dogs all up and down the place and the place had a bad smell that wanted to make you throw up 🤢. The beds were cheap and not comfortable. It was like a smoker house facility. This was one of the worst place i ever stayed at me and my son were so uncomfortable. Please do not stay here ever they need to shutdown immediately.
- Michael (1/5): Bad - I would never use or book at this hotel. They are terrible and their customer service is the worst. They have terrible customer service. I traveled for 20 plus years and stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never had such poor customer service experience.
- Chrishna (5/5): Passable -
- Meena (2/5): - I normally don’t write reviews but this place was awful. No house keeping and when I called requesting a wake up call the receptionist said they don’t do wake up calls, though they are 24hrs. I asked about house keeping while on the phone and the receptionist told me house keeping comes biweekly, pretty gross if you ask me. I travel a lot for work and this was a last minute booking, I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back.
- Chienhung (2/5): Very poor -
- Nicole (5/5): Decent -
- Paula (9/5): Our stay was super. The staff was particularly friendly, cheerful and helpful - Location to the soccer fields Wish there was a grab and go breakfast.
- Hosford (7/5): Good -
- Scott (6/5): - Check in and out is fairly quick. I didn’t like the $50 extra damage deposit at check in. Bed was hard. No continental breakfast but at least there was coffee
- Replay_dk (1/5): Go somewhere else! - When you book a hotel you expect a staff member to be around for check in regardless of time, my mistake!
When trying to check in they have a dinky little 500 number to dial. After listening to the phone ring in their lobby for 50 minutes I took my girlfriend to the Hampton. I would appreciate the refund, after not staying in the hotel why should I pay for a room? It’s 149 to click a link that’s non refundable!
- Shelby (6/5): - Exactly what we needed, just a place to lay our head and get cleaned up from our travels. Nothing fancy and no extra frills. Staff was outstanding with communication, friendliness, clarity, and responsiveness.
- Wendell (8/5): - It was nice and clean. I was afraid when I saw pets being permitted, but the floor was hardwood/laminate throughout and I smelled clean.
- Richard (2/5): t would have been fine had we been given what we reserved. - It was pretty clean and quiet They overbooked that weekend. We needed two, two bed rooms for two nights. That is what we needed and that is what we paid for and reserved. When we got there, one of our rooms only had one bed. No Couch! None of us were to sleep together but that forced two of us to do so! I did ask them for a two BR but they were sold out of every type of room.
The next day, they did give us another one BR so we did have four beds.
- William (7/5): Good -
- Edwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kareem (9/5): Really good and fun stay - It was clean, easy, good location 3 per new towels
- Alisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bring your own everything! - By far one of the worst stays we have had. It started off by getting charged twice for my stay. The hotels.com site mentioned nothing about having to pay for room service. Made no mention that you have to bring your own towels, shampoo and conditioner, you need to pay for toilet paper or bring your own. Got charged an extra $20 for needing an extra key. Oh and it’s next door to a cemetery! Definitely not a regular hotel as advertised. Affordable but too much of an extra hassle. Would not stay here again.
- Cynthia (6/5): - The room was clean and nice. I was staying one night. At check-in, I asked to be on the quieter side of the hotel since I am sensitive to noise. I was told the rooms were already assigned . He stated that he could maybe change the room in the morning!! Again, I was only booked for one night. Needless to say, I did not sleep well even with earplugs.
- Deborah (2/5): - Needs a ZERO star!
We booked 4 months ago and prepaid. Went to check in and were told our room was damaged and we could not have it. No phone call to warn us so we could make other arrangements. Clerk hid from us for 25 minutes. Would NOT help us in any way, shape or form.
Do NOT stay here, Motel 6 would be safer. Thank goodness I worked with Expedia, they were very helpful.
- Andre (2/5): - Room reservation was canceled on date of arrival due to the hotel being overbooked.
- Sylvia (6/5): Hardest bed ever - Really bare bones hotel as expected and it was clean and friendly enough. The bed is so hard though absolutely horrible to lay on, the worst I’ve ever slept on. It was okay for one night but I could not have slept on this bed any longer without serious pain.
- DAVID (4/5): - The only good thing here are the pillows.
You can here everything, there is no peace in your room.
- Matthew (2/5): - Cancelled my stay the day of cause overbooked
