Maria (6/5): Great location but furniture, pillows and towels quality, and kitchen appliances need to be renewed to have a good revie - Location and prompt responses from flat administration Kitchenware was poor, not face towel available, super uncomfortable pillows. We needed to buy pillows. Head of bed was super dirty. Fridge was leaking.

Hans (2/5): Zimmer eine Katastrophe. - Das Zimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe. Renovationsbedürftig und sehr schmutzig! Ameisen und kleine Insekten haben unsere Lebensmittel angegangen. Absolut unakzeptabel. Die Hotelmanagerin war korrekt und wir einigten uns. Wir brachen unseren Aufenthalt daher vorzeitig ab und wechselten das Hotel.
Rusty (8/5): Convenient serviced apartments - Excellent location, all basic needs taken care of, reasonably secure, friendly building staff. Let down was cleanliness - Shower was quite mouldy and shower door not scrubbed (possibly ever), stains on couches, also no hot water in kitchen sink, and could hear neighbors easily.
