Limousine or shuttle bus airport transfers are available at an extra cost. Please check with hotel on the availability of the service. Advance reservation is required.

- Isabella (9/5): Lovely rooms! - Loved my room, it was so cozy, good aircon, nice view and nice bathroom. Also loved the lighting options! The location is alright, 6-10min walk to the MTR stations. Check-in and check-out were both super smooth. The only thing was that it would be nice to have breakfast included in the price and within the hotel rather than the nearby cafe. Otherwise lovely!

- Shin (9/5): - Location is both good and difficult, located between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai, a bus stop right by the door step. For some this is a good location, but if you need to walk to either MTR stations it becomes a bit awkward. Up the hill from the hotel is a lovely walking/jogging trail on the hills. I think how good the location is really depends on the traveller's needs, for me it had both positives and negatives but I would return again given its price, amenities and great service. Sometimes you could smell cigarette smoke from the central AC, but is quite rare.

With the lifts and my bags and an umbrella even. Staff were great. The room was actually better than I expected. Bed was nice and I had abit of a view . Very comfortable The breakfast I think could be a little better as a variety option but besides that small little thing the hotel is solid. You get what you pay for. Quality room. Wouldn’t mind comming back at all.

A couple of times, even tho I had the “Do not disturb” on my door, someone from the staff tried to get inside the room. - Oksana (8/5): - The hotel is located a bit away from the busy city center. Most attractions can be reached either on foot or by public transport. However, the metro station is quite far, so it may not be very convenient when traveling with luggage. You can leave your luggage at the hotel, and they will provide you with a claim ticket. The hotel also offers tasty European-style breakfasts and a beautiful view from the window. There is a mosque and a cemetery near the hotel. The hotel is also located slightly uphill. The room looked bigger in the photos. The small wardrobe is positioned a bit inconveniently.

Die Reinigungskräfte und die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war alles in Ordnung, man könnte aber einmal in den Ecken von Zimmer und Badezimmer gründlich sauber machen .

Plenty of towels, toiletries, and a nice impressive bathroom. Friendly desk staff, heard no disturbances from my room. Room a fair size for Hong Kong, unless you're booking or expecting a suite. It is a good hotel, the only thing I would change is a little closer to Metro. But there is a bus route outside, tram line around the corner, and a complimentary shuttle option. And if you have two feet we can all walk. All in all - Great choice for the price.

La navette (service proposé gratuitement par l'hôtel) était un plus appréciable, elle dépose au plus loin à Hong Kong Central Station. La localisation de hôtel est super puisqu'on est à quelques arrêts de bus de Victoria Peak et de l'autre rive. Le personnel était très à l'écoute et plein de bons conseils. La propreté dans la salle de bain pourrait être améliorée.

- 明潔 (10/5): Despite the slopes, the service recovery made our stay worthwhile. - The location is quite convenient, with plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the staff's dedication. After we checked in, we had a slight allergic reaction to the room's odor. A lovely lady at the front desk immediately upgraded us to a different room, which completely solved the issue. The room was wonderful—well-equipped and brightly lit. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is located on a slope, which means a lot of uphill and downhill walking to reach the bus stops, MTR, and restaurants. While this might be typical for Hong Kong, it was quite physically demanding! Additionally, the lobby lighting is a bit dim, and with so many stored luggage pieces around, it inevitably felt a bit cluttered.

- Stan The Traveling Man (9/5): Nice room but you do need to walk a bit to restaurants - I was first given a corner room with a smaller window. It is an angular room so the space cannot be properly utilized. There was a cleaning lady in the next room so I saw how big that room is compared with mine. I asked the front desk if I had paid this type of room and she said no. She gave me a bigger room on a lower floor and the view is fantastic. It is awesome. The cleaning lady is also very friendly. The elevator goes up and down in seconds and I never had to wait long. The room is medium lit. Not very bright that I prefer but there is a light right above a chair that I can read . There are free coffee and tea in the room The room is very quiet and next to a Sikh temple. One slightly negative part is the location. There are 2 airport bus stops nearby but neither one runs regularly and only certain hours in the morning. When I left, I thought the bus would come but then below it said only 3 times in the morning. I had to walk about 1 kilometer downhill to the nearest bus stop or about 15 to 20 minutes walk. The nearest restaurants are 10 minutes away. After you eat, you have to walk some distance and maybe 50 steps to get back to Queen Room East. The laundry room is pathetic . It is not air conditioned and in a not so appealing area. You have to pay to use the washer and dryer . you have to buy laundry detergent from the front desk. There is also a code that you have to ask from the front desk. But, it is still better than doing laundry outside . At least the room is inside the building.

- MWaxx (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Mängeln - Das Zimmer war für Hongkong recht groß. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut, sowohl chinesisch als auch kontinental. Nicht viel drum herum. Zu Kneipen, Restaurants und Supermärkten sind es 15 Minuten Fußweg. Der Frühstücksraum neben der Lobby ist für ein Viertel der Gäste gemacht - sehr enge Bestuhlung und beim Buffet war es ebenfalls zu eng, daher kein angenehmes Frühstück möglich. Beim Feueralarm mitten in der Nacht war der Notausgang teilweise blockiert. Man musste an hoch gestapelten Stühlen im Treppenhaus vorbei laufen. Im Ernstfall wäre das eine Todesfalle! Zum Glück war es nur falscher Alarm, ein Gast hatte im Zimmer geraucht. Aufgrund dieses Sicherheitsmangels würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen.
