O café da manhã foi o melhor que já tivemos em um hotel, super fresco, completo e com a melhor pessoa de todas: a Sol! Alegre, profissional e extremamente observadora, já se antecipava ao que precisávamos. Durante as 5 noites em que estivemos lá tudo foi tranquilo e agradável. Agradecimentos especiais à Sol, ao Felipe, à Daiane e aos meninos da praia Wesley e Giovani. Uma única coisa que pode melhorar: a confecção dos drinks do bar. Esperamos voltar no ano que vem! Abraços a todos! A confecção dos drinks do bar pode ser aprimorada com um pouquinho de treinamento e prática, ja que boa vontade eles têm de sobra :)

Our room was huge, with two double spacious beds, but shower was tiny and terrace was tucked in corner… no natural light. I think we had the worst room they have, was last minute reservation in busy May bank holiday.

On arrival I realised that the staff didn’t speak English and my Portuguese is about as useful as a chocolate teapot… so a few google translate exchanges helped me understand that my room would be ready early! The staff were welcoming and were great at using translate to communicate with me. Really appreciated that. Location: Less than a 5 minute walk to a great beach, a lot of access points through various walkways as well as an open access point further down the road. Hotel: A perfect hotel for couples or an older family. The L’Occitane products are a nice touch. The hotel itself is very clean and offers an upmarket feel. Much better than the 2 stars it’s rated. The breakfast was fantastic! A great selection of breads, pastries, cake and fruit. Too much for one person but great between 3/4 people: Thank you for your hospitality!

Water in the shower takes 30 min to heat Swimming pool temperature is not controlled / heated. No gym SPA is very small rooms offer no view except on the pool and therefore on the street and line up of condos breakfast is « personalized » but basically the choice is between basic products… seems more inventory optimization than actual personalization… overall, we had booked for 2 nights and left after one night… very disappointing

Olivia_R_A (8/5): Cute and simple - Stayed here for the weekend while on a business trip. The beach was only a few minutes away and the hotel had designated chairs and umbrellas for their guests. Plenty of food within walking distance as well. Hotel staff was very helpful even with a language barrier. Staff used the internet and phones to translate to English. Only complaint was I had some trouble with the air conditioning in the room. Luckily with the fan and the cool night air I was still able to get a good nights rest. The beach was beautiful and I woke up early to watch the sunrise.
MemoRoberts (4/5): The loudest place I ve been - We stayed for three nights. It is a hell noisy hotel, it is imposible in the afternoon to have a nap or be relaxed at the room. The noise from the pool is terrible, it seems that you got them inside your room. At dawn a little girl started to cry and it seemed also that was inside the room. One morning we woke up due to the phone ringing in the reception, our room was in the opposite side. I asked some ice and the owner told me to go outside to buy it ... It is not a good option in Juquehy. Inside your room you hear everything thats going on.
Pumacess22 (8/5): Quiet Pousada in beach town, Juquehy - Again, I was traveling with two friends throughout Brazil and stayed in this hotel for two nights. We were in Juquehy to attend a beach wedding. In this section of Brazil, you'll be hard-pressed to find people who speak English, so be prepared with some Portugese. When comprehension was difficult the woman who managed the hotel was savvy and went to google translate on her computer and then we were able to communication. This pousada, which for those not familiar with the word, is kind of a cross between a bed and breakfast and a villa, at least in this circumstance, was very nice. The rooms were clean and had large doors that opened on to a little porch. The bathroom was a little dated in terms of its fixtures and tiles, but again, clean. All rooms were also provided with hammocks. There was wifi, but it was basically accessible in the common areas and was more spotty in our rooms. There is complimentary breakfast and nearby there are plenty of little restaurants. Best best part of this hotel is its location. Down the street there is an entrance to the beautiful and serene beach. The hotel has a few chairs and umbrellas on the beach and you also can get beach towels from the front desk before you leave for the beach. At the corner of the street of Rua Argemira Amancia dos Santos there also is a convenience store where you can get water, snacks and other food items.
