Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno in questo Riad è stato deludente al di sotto delle aspettative . il servizio non era dei migliori, chiedo di portarmi un bicchiere per bere e nessuno me lo porta , la colazione era molto scarsa ,la struttura Bella però mal tenuta e poco pulita direi molto trascurata ( peccato) . il nostro letto non era comodo direi affondato , lo scarico della doccia era intasato ...ho chiesto di aggiustarlo ma non si è fatto nulla ...per raggiungere la struttura bisogna passare da stradine sporche e piene di sacchi e materiali di cantieri in corso !

• Aleksandr (10/5): Definitely recommend! - We enjoyed my stay at this riad. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were very cozy. It's a bit unusual that the rooms don't have a lock, but this riad exudes a sense of trust (justifiably so), so I had no reason to worry. However, there was a problem with the riad's inability to accept card payments, but it's not a big deal. It's possible the problem was only on that day, but it needs to be taken into account. Also I definitely recommend the hammam. You won't regret it.

Le riad est magnifique, très propre, calme, chaleureux et décoré avec énormément de goût. On s’y sent tout de suite bien et en sécurité. Un énorme merci à Hassan, Nordine, Amina, Latifa, Khadija et Abdel Hadi pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur hospitalité incroyable. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, toujours souriante, attentionnée et disponible pour aider à n’importe quel moment. Franchement, ce sont des personnes adorables qui rendent le séjour encore plus spécial. La propreté des chambres et des espaces communs était irréprochable, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et l’ambiance du riad tellement paisible après les journées dans Marrakech. L’emplacement est aussi parfait pour visiter la médina facilement. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. • Andrew (1/5): - We paid £350 to stay 3 nights, which we booked last Sept. When we got there, we were told that there was a problem with rooms and, on the 2nd night, we would have to move to a different room than the one we had booked, but to say sorry for this inconvenience, the first night we would be allowed to stay in one of their luxury rooms, we were also offered free massage, (Which my wife had and enjoyed), The 3rd night we would be moved back to the luxury room again. This seemed very fair to us. Morocco is an amazing country, This was our 6th visit to Morocco and this was the 32nd raid we have stayed in so far. The next morning we went down to breakfast and after breakfast we asked which room we would be moving into, so that we could move our belongings ourselves. The member of staff we spoke to said that he would ring the manager to find out. When he got off the phone, he told us that he would be walking us to a different riad. We had not been told about any other raid. We were not happy with this, having spent 13 days travelling, we just wanted a place to rest up, that we had previously been to, not disruption of moving again. we had no objection to moving to a different room, no matter what the quality, but we did want to stay in the riad we had chosen and paid for last Sept. The moment that there walk us out to the alternative riad. Before we saw our replacement raid. WE decided not to go back. The next morning we told them to keep our money, we did not want any refunds, money is not the issue, we were just so bitterly disappointed by what had happened. We never were told why we were moved to another raid. As a lecture, one of my key areas that I now lecture on is Morocco, its history, geology, palaeontology and all aspects of tourism. The way we were treated.

• Lynne (8/5): Moroccan Holiday - We stayed for 5 nights, the first of which was diabolical, hence this rating had been done based on the remaining 4 nights once we had been re-roomed and service recovery had been actioned. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable and the Riad was well positioned to the Taxi Rank and the Souk/el Fnaa Square. We were not collected from the airport as was pre-arranged upon booking. The first night we were roomed in a canvas tent on the rooftop. It had no formal door, no cupboards, no towel rails or hooks and no safe. That night there was a torrential downpour of rain and the water flooded our room completely saturating the carpets. The roof also leaked. The noise of the rain hitting the tent was unbearable, so to say we had a dismal start to our holiday is an understatement. The Riad could not immediately re-room us as they were fully booked, so the manager offered to find accommodation at an alternative Riad for the night which unfortunately required an 11 minute walk through the Medina. That wasn't possible due to the downpour, so we gritted our teeth and remained put. The next day we were re-roomed and were quite happy thereafter. In lieu of our poor initial experience the Manager provided us with free Hamman Massages, free Taxi transfer to the airport home, complimentary water/tea/coffee for the duration of our stay and waived out taxes upon check out. Having worked in the service industry I am aware that in the event of a service failure, effective recovery is what matters most and in this instance, I'm pleased to say that process was a success. Therefore I have deducted 2 points for the original night's debacle.

• Julia (10/5): Ein toller aufenthalt in einem hotel wunderschönen Riad mit sehr netten Begegnungen - unser Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Die Dusche hat mir besonders gut gefallen mit den schönen bunten Fließen. Auch die Dachterrasse war sehr cool, da man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt hatte. Das ganze Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend, sie haben uns sogar an unserem Abreisetag nochmal extra Frühstück gemacht, obwohl wir sehr früh losmussten.
• Minna (9/5): En oas i vimlet i Marrakech. - Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse på Riad Djemanna. Man kände sig riktigt välkommen. Rummet var mysigt och rent. Frukost god och lagom. Läget var perfekt, lugnt men ändå centralt. Vi tog promenader i Medina men det tog bara 20-25 min att gå till Geliz. Tack för Nordin och hela personalen för ett professionellt service och trevliga bemötande vi fick.

(Ik denk de grootste als ik zo de andere kamers binnen keek) Het ontbijt was lekker maar heel simpel en elke dag hetzelfde! Wel verder prima! Fruit, yoghurt, 1 broodje en 1 plak cake. Verder jam en honing erbij! De Riad ligt wel in een donker steegje, hier zou ik in mijn eentje niet willen lopen! Maar qua locatie wat betreft de stad enz. Had het echt een super ligging!

• bottilove (10/5): Marrakech in famiglia - Riad in piena medina ma in una strada defilata così da essere un rifugio dal caos di Marrakech. Luoghi comuni curati possibilità di passare del tempo sulla terrazza solarium con poltrone e sdraio. Colazione abbondante composta da spremuta d'arancia fresca, yogurt intero cremoso fatto in casa, macedonia di frutta, uova, marmellate varie, pane di semola e a giorni alterni mesmen o dolci con frutta secca. Te alla menta e caffè americano. La gentilezza è un punto forte. Sebbene avessimo preso accordi per il taxi all' arrivo non c era nessuno ma è basta una telefonata e in un quarto d ora sono venuti a prenderci. Ci hanno accolto alle h 23 con te e biscotti e una bottiglia di acqua naturale. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina ( sono 2 piccole) ne del servizio massaggio.

Le point d'amélioration serait un meilleur aménagement du toit pour en faire un lieu de détente agréable.

Se encargaron de enviarnos un taxi al aeropuerto y, como los taxis no pueden acceder a la medina, un miembro del staff del hotel nos vino a buscar. Mismo proceso cuando abandonamos el establecimiento. no aplica

• De Win (10/5): Sublime! - The riad was absolutely beautiful! It was close to everything. I did not need a taxi for the whole trip. Everything was close by foot. The staff were so lovely. We arrived and got welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea. They helped with every question you had and always had a smile on their face. Everyday our riad was cleaned and the breakfast was perfection! I absolutely recommend this place and I definitely will stay here again if i visit Marrakech. I did not have anything bad to say about this riad. The only thing i was hesitant about was that our riad did not have a lock, but the staff made sure nobody got in our rooms and the hotel was very secure. We did not have any issue without the lock.

Frühstück ist schlecht und immer mit Booking.com ver - Großes Zimmer, angenehm schön großes Bett In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Man hat einen richtigen See unter sich. Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden. Eher schlecht der Manager wollte 100 € mehr haben, obwohl wir die nächsten zwei Nächte ohne Booking.com gebucht haben. Hier wird geraten, immer durch Booking.com zu mieten.

• Catarina (10/5): A truly lovely stay — we’ll be back! - Just returned from a wonderful stay at Riad Djemanna and honestly, we loved everything about it. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, the decor is stunning and the facilities were spotless — but what really made the experience special was the friendly team. I was travelling solo with my daughter and we felt safe, welcomed, and always greeted with a smile. This was my 7th time in Marrakech, and after a not-so-great experience at another riad earlier in the trip, staying at Djemanna was a total breath of fresh air. If you’re unsure where to book, I can’t recommend this place enough — you won’t be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to the whole team!

Wij waren hier alleen, maar als t druk zou zijn, doe je hier geen oog dicht. Heel jammer dat er met die kou geen koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer zijn. Ook afgelegen.

Jullie waren er als we vragen hadden, hielpen ons direct en vroegen elke dag hoe onze dag geweest was. En nogmaals bedankt voor de upgrade! Verder is Riad Djemanna een mooie riad. We verbleven in kamer Perle. Hele mooie sfeervolle en ruime kamer aan de achterzijde van de riad. Het was er heel stil.
• Leslie (9/5): The staff truly made our stay memorable and a good one. - The staff was the best out of our whole stay. They were so accommodating and helpful. We were given the wrong room. I actually paid extra for a Superior room to not have this room, but things happen. The staff did everything possible to rectify the situation to our liking and were so nice about it. The breakfast was very filling and delicious. One day, we were going to a tour very early and one of the staff members woke up early to give us some coffee and bread, before we left. We could not ask for a better staff all around. I am giving a 9 for the staff and the Riad was beautiful inside. The area outside doesn't look safe at first, but the location is actually very safe. It is a more calmer area of the medina and the little places to eat right around the corner are very nice and friendly. We did not love the room we got by mistake. It was the only room there like it. It was on the top terrace level and like almost a glamping tent with a real bathroom in it. I saw the room on booking with the red carpet and did not even realize it was a glamping tent, but decided to book the superior room instead as I didn't like the red carpet room that much. The bathroom was fine and the room big, only the bathroom sink was clogging easily and the hairdryer shot out actual fire when I tried to use it. The door to this room was a tent door to close it & you tie it together with the bottom a little exposed. I just did not feel safe with our things being in there. I felt safe with the staff, it was more the other guests and animals getting in. The one night, a cat peaked his head through and tried to get in That freaked me out, because I know some animals can have rabies in Morocco, so I was avoiding touching any animals while there. The staff were so great though, that it actually made me forget about the room.

• Emelie (9/5): Very beautiful Riad in good location - Such a beautiful place. You see this beautiful wooden door in the narrow street, you walk in and get amazed by the beautiful big patio with pool. Everything was beautiful with this Riad, the room was amazing, attention to detail in every corner and decoration. Very nice breakfast just outside the room in front of the pool made it extra special. Nice people worked there and were very attentive. Delicious dinner and nice massage. We would stay there again.
