Stefano (8/5): Good space, good location, very quiet, and clean. - NIce size apartment, clean, easy to reach from train station and close to the centre of town. The overall way to handle the reservation was good. Only thing, I arrived very late due to train troubles, and when asked for a late check-out (I didn't need it, at the end), I didn't get an answer from the property, but it could have been just mishandling of email. A couple of coffee capsule wouldn't be bad and a different soap for the shower could be a nice add-on.

Nathaly (8/5): Schöne kleine aber geräumige Wohnung in der Aachener Innenstadt - Wir waren 9 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten alles dabei, was wir für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt benötigt haben (Kochzubehör, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw.). Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Dazu gibt es eine Schlafcouch für 2. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung sich im Hinterhaus befindet, ist es sehr ruhig. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Was Familien mit Kleinkinder wieissen sollten ist, dass es keinen Aufzung gibt und die Haustür immer offen ist, sodass man den Kinderwagen immer hoch in die Wohnung schleppen muss. Die Wohnung kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Kissen sind sehr klein und unbequem. Das Wlan ist sehr schwach und instabil. Die Tür der Wohnung lässt sich von außen öffnen wenn man sie nicht mit Schlüssel abschließt, also immer Tür mit Schlussel abschließen auch wenn man in der Wohnung ist!

I am a tourist who doesnt speak German and i had to use google translation with another phone to be able to get the correct code to enter inside. Not fun

Bohdan (5/5): Not a good experience at all! - Nice location. Not far away from center and main railway station. The shower stall is not sealed. The water flow into the floor whatever you do. So after the shower be ready to wash the floor and wring out the rags! We stayed for 3 days and there was not enough cosmetic for us. Only 3 sticks of shampoo for 3 persons for 3 days. Really poor service. The room has small kitchen but there is no salt, sugar or oil. Disappointed. I bought all of this and left there supposing the next guests could use it. And about the service. I did not receive the code for opening key box and had to call for support with that. And even afterwards they didn’t send me that code. So I cannot use key-box during my staying there as I forgot 8 numbers which were dictated to me over the phone and they did not reply to me when I ask about it in messages. Also I did not find any paper with wi-fi code so I used my mobile network.

Mjo13 (8/5): Good location - We had the comfortable appartment nr 5 at the top floor. Everything you need is there, the coffeemaker is Tassimo so bring some extra capsules. Parking is a bit difficult on the street as it is free of charge but only from 9 pm - 9 am, so keep moving and get up in time.

Alexei (9/5): Nice stay in a proximity to city center. - Very clean and nicely furnished room. Quiet and warm. It was easy to find even in the evening, while still additional light was required to find a keybox and to enter a code. Coffee, tea, plates and cups - all things were clean and in place. The hotel is located in the inner court, thus no street noise at all. Street parking was disappointing: when I paid in the dark, I didn't realize that it was possible to stay for only one hour. However, in 5-minute distance, near the church, it is possible to drop your car for unlimited time @ 50cents/hour. Room was on 3rd level, thus keep this in mind - difficult to climb for old persons.

Helene (2/5): We will certainly not come back and advise everyone against this accommodation - The hosts provided us with one bed linen too few, upon request we were assured of it only the next day. We insisted that we needed enough bedding for the first night, which was ignored. So three of us had to share two blankets and pillows. We complained to customer service, they contacted the hosts, but were also ignored. A smoking room. The unpleasant smell does not go away even by intensive airing.

We even heard it from the neighbours. The shower leaked very much. There was nothing to get rit of the water. We had to watch the whole time, that we did not bump our heads in the whole apartment. Please, a few more coffee/teamugs in the kitchencloset. There were only 2 of them. Its ok for 1 or 2 nights.
