- yuly Albenis (1/5): NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL - ubicacion desde que ingresamos no funciono el aparato que transmitia la television por esa razon se lo llevaron con su respectivo control remoto y no lo retornaron, en el parqueadero privado del hotel nos golpearon el carro y no respondieron por nada quedaron de supuestamente enviarnos las grabaciones de las horas en que pudo haber pasado el suceso y no nos la enviaron solo nos contactaron para preguntar si habiamos devuelto el control remoto que ellos mismos se llevaron desde la primera noche, pesima respuesta ante estos dos sucesos, un servicio al cliente fatal.

- rubenhernan22 (5/5): - La limpieza y la comodidad de la cama Me entregaron control de un tv incorrecto, entraron dos veces a limpiar sin cersiorarse si yo estaba todavía, se demoraron 15 minutos en abrirme en la madrugada, avisan por Whatsapp para que te vayas con la hora del check in, se escucha todo el ruido de la calle , carros y motos desde las habitaciones. La atención no es la mejor en términos generales.

Es un poco complejo el tema del parqueadero, a pesar de ser temporada baja el mismo tiene capacidad hasta por 4 carros y la segunda columna no está fácil ingresarlo y sacarlo.

The hotel is super nice in a great area of the city. The breakfast that's included was make to the order and fresh. The kitchen staff was always respectful and very accommodating. The receptionists were super nice. I do recommend this hotel 100%

- Eric (8/5): Great place to stay at when visiting Neiva! - It is located in a very nice and quiet part of the town but is still central to everything. There is security around at night and it was safe to walk the dogs around the area. It would probably be best to update the room keys eventually to digital versions or even a hotel card rather than an actual physical key. This caused problems with some guests not being able to enter their room.

- Daniel (4/5): I would not stay here again. - The staff were very friendly. The pool was great. The bed was comfy. The patio area outside was great to relax in. As the coffee machine was not working, the staff kindly made us coffee. I booked a suite which advertises having a hot tub, mini bar, coffee machine, and wardrobe. I only booked the suite for the above amenities as they are the separating factors from the other rooms. I paid an extra 400k colombian pesos extra for this room and none of the extra things worked. - the hot tub was not hot. There was no hot water. This is false advertising. It was also very dated and showing it's ages. - coffee machine didn't work. We reported this. - there was no mini bar in the room. - there was no wardrobe in the room and no where to hang clothes with hangers
