• PiyushK237 (2/5): Pathetic Experience - At the time of check-in, I specifically requested at least one suite room (out of the four rooms I had booked), as I am traveling with two elderly guests (aged 70 years) and five children (aged 2–14 years). I was assured by your front desk team that although the suites were sold out, one room would be upgraded to a suite the next day. However, upon following up on next day, I was informed that all suites are again sold out. This is unacceptable, as a prior commitment was made. In addition to this: No welcome drink was served, none of the staff were having smiling faces The upkeep of the hotel is extremely poor. The washrooms in the rooms have visible fungus, which is highly unhygienic. Despite repeated requests from 8:00 AM, housekeeping has not attended to our rooms, prioritizing only incoming guests, till 3:30pm it was the same. The breakfast spread was very limited and tasteless, half of the time you will wait for things to get replenish. At the swimming pool, there were no towels, no shower gel, and not even an attendant present to address guest needs. It is so misleading that original property pictures are not used at any OTA platform bcoz it's so rundown property that every aspect of this property looks outdated & upkeep & maintenance is in worse condition to say the least. Overall, the experience so far has been far below acceptable hospitality standards. Considering the commitments not honored, poor service quality, and unhygienic conditions. Even after giving them a written complain none of the Managers or even single person came to us to speak about it. They were least bothered.

Outside sounds of the front office phone easily heard while you’re trying to relax. Flickering ceiling lights— overall average and nothing like usual Radisson spas. Gym: decent for a quick workout. Basic things available food: average maybe a little less. Generally not a very professional restaurant feel overall. Brought some basic hygiene issues to the notice of the front desk manager after dinner. Breakfast spread is elaborate for sure but the taste is just ok. Overall: If you need a place to crash and leave then a great place at a great price. If you come here thinking of Radisson luxury, well that’s a little bit far away.

• indkiwi (4/5): Way below average- no value for money, a aid u less it matches 2 star hotel prices - I agree with the previous review by Abhishek in all aspects of the hotel failings. Very poor first impressions and then just downhill. We arrived early in the morning. The night receptionist was half asleep, as if he had just woken up from his sleep. He did not utter a word of welcome or wished a good morning. His shirt was not tucked into his trouser and was speaking to us with both hands in his pocket. No clue of professionalism. Leave alone a welcome drink, not even a glass of water was offered. The only redeeming feature was he completed our check in formalities even though the check in would be later. The breakfast buffet was very average, not inviting as they are in food hotels. The breads were of very poor quality. Very dry as if stale or left uncovered. The croissants were very hard. They were the frozen one’s, which is fine. However were not freshly defrosted and warmed up to feel fresh. It seemed they were left in room temperature. The Indian section was very under whelming. The potato curry was full of oil floating on the top. The puris were anything but….. barely 2 inches in diameter, thick and not fluffy. The parathas were not fresh or hot either. The cereals, fresh and dry fruit like almonds and sultanas was good. However the papaya and pineapple seemed not freshly cut in the morning but from the previous day. The server served me my Black tea in a pot. We arrived very tired and sleepy and thanks to the morning lady at the counter were checked in early. However she like her night colleague was not welcoming or friendly. The floor corridors smell stale and mouldy. No information about inclusions, Wi-Fi etc. For the 2 of us just one keycard was provided. On entering the room we found no fridge. On calling the receptionist Jyothi she insisted it is under the television as if we are blind. She said she will send a staff member to show it to us. What a joke. The hk lady came and said there was no fridge. No idea why not but how was the room ok to check in with the fridge missing? After a round of excuses saying all hotel fridges have been sent for servicing, one finally appeared from God knows where. Please see attached picture of the rooms so called Block Out drapes. It will seem as if some lights are switched on. No, the room is absolutely dark, all that light is from the holes in the drapes. The air conditioning in the rooms is very loud, unbearable. I asked Jyoti to see the Manager to advise of the issues and have them resolved. She said the Manager would come at 1030 am. I asked her to convey my message. However there was no call back by any Manager whatsoever until 3 pm when I left to go out. I asked Jyoti what happened to the Manager who was supposed to come at 1030 am. Just lame excuses. Finally I again asked to see the Duty Manager the next morning. He came to the room and acknowledged the issues. However he was in no position to resolve the issues. These are just a few of the major issues. The list can go on. Dirty room carpets …. I do not understand how this poorly maintained hotel can pass off as a Radisson hotel. I have very good impressions of Radisson but will need to be wary for future
• C1587BMabhishekp (2/5): Worst Radisson Experience...!!! - Worst Radisson Experience – Absolutely Horrible! Felt Like a Duplicate! I have stayed at several Radisson hotels, but this was by far the worst experience ever. Honestly, it felt like a duplicate Radisson, completely failing to meet the standards of this reputed brand. 1. Disgusting Breakfast – The so-called breakfast was a nightmare. The orange juice had a parasite floating in it—absolutely unacceptable and a major health hazard! To make matters worse, a staff member named Annakurti even clicked pictures of the parasite, proving that the issue was real and serious. Yet, no one took responsibility. On top of that, the puri and namkeen smelled like weird, stale oil, making us question the hygiene standards of the kitchen. 2. Filthy Rooms – As soon as we entered our room, we were hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, there was a used cigarette left in the ashtray, showing that the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. 3. Terrible Room Allocation – We were a family of five, yet the front desk people gave us two rooms that were far apart. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating, showing a complete lack of consideration for guests. 4. Rude and Unprofessional Staff – The front desk staff was extremely rude and argumentative, especially a senior staff member named Anika. Instead of helping guests, she was more interested in arguing and had a completely unprofessional attitude. Customer service was non-existent, and it felt like they didn’t care about guest experience at all. 5. No Help with Luggage – There was no staff available to carry our luggage, so we had to carry our heavy bags ourselves. What kind of luxury hotel expects guests to do that? 6. No Maintenance, No Standards – The entire hotel seemed poorly maintained. From hygiene to hospitality, everything was below standard. This place felt nothing like a Radisson and was an embarrassment to the brand. It truly felt like a duplicate, an imposter trying to cash in on the Radisson name. Final Verdict: AVOID AT ALL COST! This was the worst Radisson hotel I have ever stayed at, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It was a complete waste of money and a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

She said that I am little occupied with my friends. And you should wait for only 30 minutes.. I waited for 30 minutes and after that he told me that I am always not free for any guest, so you can come after 1 hour for wedding quarries. I feel that the staff of Radisson Blue Hotel is not cooperative ...

• Santosh (4/5): Too disappointing - It was painful to find this hotel so far from claims found on hotels.com site. My room had blackish table-tops. As if it was not bad enough, all the surfaces were full of stains of old cups, glasses etc, evident that cleanliness of the room is the least priority of the hotel. It was too painful and difficult to believe as it claims to be a 3-star hotel. And to make things worse was its restaurant. The restaurant which was functioning had a BUFFET system going on for the guests. A buffet system where guests were allowed to help themselves with all the breakfast items like cereals, bakery items, fruits, juices and other breakfast items except the hot breakfast items- parathas, dosas, poori-bhajee etc being served by the skeleton staff whose hygiene discipline was almost NIL. They were found to be using hand gloves without changing after cleaning a table. Tables were cleaned after use of a guest with a normal wipe by the cloth hanging on their shoulders and the same gloved hands were used to bring food plates/cutlery for next guests..... What to say,,,so many things! Except for the glass partition at the front desk, the hotel was found to be so primitive in hygiene smartness. And all this at such a high tariff!!! Although, all the staff were found to be active.

I would highly recommend their Caprice restaurant. Abhilekh the restaurant manager is very friendly and attentive to our needs. He makes the atmosphere in the restaurant wonderful. The food is always fresh and tasty, plus the cleanliness of the restaurant was great 👍 The view on the 8th floor near pool was nice for pictures and to see the city. The hotel is pretty secure and safe which good for a family or couple to stay. We stayed for 5 nights in total. Almost all the days we had the “ Parisian Breakfast “ and for dinner Manchow soup, vegatable fried rice, and hakka noodles”. They were definitely something to remember. Overall, it was a nice pleasant stay and would recommend to someone looking for a family hotel! 😊
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great - though note, no visitors past 8 - The hotel is very nice - right in the heart of Lucknow's best tourist bits (so it's not just a business hotel) and the staff are all very helpful/friendly. Food is good and reasonably priced if you're too lazy to walk out to get something to eat. Bathroom has a great shower, and I was very impressed by the hotel's standards given the pricepoint. The rooftop pool / gym are nice although a bit small so can get crowded if > 5 people are there. The only negative was that the hotel has a weird no-visitors rule after 8pm, and the staff watch you like a hawk because the lobby is SO small. I don't get why an internationally branded hotel would have a rule like this, but I found it really annoying and frankly a big invasion of privacy.

• Aditi (8/5): Family weekend trip - We had a good weekend trip of two families with kids at the hotel.They were able to give us 3 rooms close by making it very nice. It is centrally located with good facilities. One can walk down or take rick to areas like Hazratganj or Aminabad. The kids enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool. The rooftop bar and restaurant is also good with lot of choice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is a bit slow to respond. Currently due to the extensive metro work in the city the road is a bit crowded.
