- Elisabeth (9/5): Rommet var tilfredstillende! - Frokosten på nabohotellet var utmerket! Rengjøring topp! Det er mangelfullt med knagger på badet. Det var også få kleshengere, anbefaler å ta med noen hjemmefra. Dette er enkelt å forbedre, ville gjøre oppholdet enda bedre. Vi hadde et stort rom, med utsikt til hagen og havet, men liten veranda. Dårlig solforhold.

- Des (10/5): Hidden Madeira Gem - “I recently stayed at Pestana Casino Studios and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The apartments were spotless, modern, and really comfortable – everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. What really stood out though was the service. The night-time receptionist on Wednesday the 15th couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, which made a big difference after a long day of travel. Great location, great facilities, and outstanding staff – I’ll definitely be returning!” Nothing beyond expectations

- Lilla (1/5): DON’T GO THERE! - The breakfast was in the main building (other than the accomodation) the food was ok, the panorama was really nice during having breakfast. We visited Madeira in March, 2026 and was travelling with a 10 months old baby. The outside temperature was was 7C degrees and this has been known for a week back then. The hotel advertised itself with functioning heating. We tried to turn on the heating but after staying in the freezing room (room temp around 16-17C) for one hour we were told that they cant help us. We kindly asked for another room, but then they told us that is the same in the whole building because the central AC can only do cooling bit no heating. They didnt even bother to come upstairs and check it for themselves. Our 10 months old baby slept without beinv bathed, in several layers of clothes in a beanie. 2 days later she got sick with fever, etc. Shame on the hotel and shame on the staff!

- Ana Esmeralda (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de todo, y puedes desayunar en el restaurante del Hotel Casino q esta al lado, y tb puedes utilizar sus instalaciones sin coste!! Tb hay una Confeiteria enfrente a la derecha, donde se desayuna de maravilla por la mitad a en rl buffet del hotfl.Y el personal de recepción muy amables, Diogo ,especialmente, fue muy cercano con nosotras. Nos aconsejó en todo, y nos trató con mucha atención!!! Bueno, por decirlo todo, hay estudios q no tienen aire caliente, como la nuestra. Lo comentamos después de dos días y lo solucionaron rápidamente trayendonos un radiador....así se arreglo el problema.

- Dujo (6/5): - Good location and good breakfast. Despite the chaos due to flight cancellations, the hotel staff were poorly organized. The room we were given was very noisy (noise from the street and the hallway), even though it was advertised as soundproof. The staff told us several times that they would give us a different room, but that never happened. They didn’t even contact us about it; they just said we could stay in our current room while the cleaning staff prepared another one ,but that never happened either, so we waited for nothing. The biggest problem was that they denied there was any issue, made promises, and later acted as if nothing had happened.

Great to be able to use the facilities next door at the hotel which had a nice breakfast and 2 lovely pool areas. Our room faced the street so was a bit noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault and it was a Saturday night.

- Florian (8/5): Würden wir wieder buchen für einen Kurztrip! - Unterkunft hatte einen eigenen Pool und die Pool Anlage vom Casino konnte kostenlos mitbenutzt werden. Die Möbelierung war teilweise bereits kaputt, obwohl das Hotel sehr neu ist. Ist teilweise sehr billig eingerichtet.
