Guest Reviews
- Svetlana (3/5): -
- Jordan (8/5): - Area Shower head was very bad and 2 pillows for a big bed
- Davis (5/5): - Breakfast was good
Location was easy to get to Coffee maker in the room didn't work
Tub drain broken and wouldn't work
- Joyce (4/5): - The beds were comfortable The bathroom and floors were not clean
- Auvianna (10/5): I will be definitely recommending and coming back - Very clean in a very good location very respectful and comfortable
- Brittany (6/5): -
- Peggy (5/5): Mediocre facility - New flooring, comfortable beds, great water pressure, pet friendly. Smoke detector was missing, coffee maker parts were missing, no elevator to the second floor. We are over 65 and had to climb to the 2nd floor 3 times.
- CHARLOTTE (10/5): - Very nice front desk staff; clean room and bath; very comfy mattress
- Robin (8/5): -
- John (7/5): Comfortable with a great staff and great price. - Nice Continental breakfast, but no eggs left when we ate. Freshly remodeled, but bathroom door did not close completely
- Sandy (5/5): Would not stay here again - Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok Bathroom was not clean. Bathtub/shower was dirty. No cover over light in bathroom and the exhaust fan was really dirty.
Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came to check us in.
- Dmytro (9/5): Хороший вариант за эти деньги - Соотношение цена/качество Могло быть чище
- lydiarI8418GC (2/5): Terrible - So very disappointed. After 12 hours on the road and very tired, my elderly friend and I pulled into this motel thinking it would be alright.
We tried to overlook the outward appearance of rusted stairways and abandoned shopping carts on the end of the motel property (this should have been our first clue to simply leave) .... But the room seemed clean enough.
Discovered after getting ready for bed that there was NO HOT WATER!!! We were too tired to wait for them to send someone (yes we called it in but were already ready for bed when we realized the issue) ....
We hoped that perhaps there would be hot water in the morning -- but NO HOT WATER in the tub/shower either the next morning!! So no showers for us -- although we let the water run and run and run - hoping that it would get warm at least. sigh.
We tried to speak with the manager when checking out -- but he was "not available" (the front desk lady was very nice I will add) ....
Then we called back while on the road to try once again to speak to the manager --- we were told to send him an email ... So I sent an email asking for a fair refund for this issue (Even $10 or $15 would have been a gesture!)
The general manager is Pete Patel and after 27 hours, he sent a long email back basically stating that no one else had an issue (made me feel like we were making up this scenario) ... and said he would have maintenance look at it.
No refund; nothing -- not even a small refund amount to simply show a small gesture of apology for our time and inconvenience.
I called the corporate office to let them know how this situation was handled and they gave me points to cover a free room with their company -- so at least the corporate office was trying to help out.
But if this is the way all Quality Inns are -- WE WILL PROBABLY NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER AGAIN :/
Sad and disappointed to be disregarded by this particular establishment when I tried to go through all the channels I was told with them to try to resolve the issue internally.
Terrible customer service from this particular hotel.
~ Disappointed Lady Traveling from OK to SC
- Mary (9/5): - Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very close to major highway.
- John (8/5): -
- Teresa (2/5): Ucky, my siblings didn't want anything to touch their stuff in their room & I didn't feel comfortabl - Comfortable beds & good shower pressure Very humid, floor boards felt sticky & wet, stained & ripped bedding on one bed in Rm. 116, something ucky on the wall beside the front door in Rm. 116, brown ucky stuff on foot of box springs on beds, rusty fixtures in tub, water didn't drain out during shower, cold water only in lavatory sink, a couple of flies & gnats in room.
- Kevin (1/5): - Dirty
- Luigi (6/5): -
- Basil (6/5): This place is okay for a pit stop during your travel. - The beds were very comfortable and had good linens. We booked this because of it being pet friendly and were surprised with a cleaning fee at check in. It would be nice to know this up front as we might have chosen a different hotel.
- Sammy (4/5): Bathroom was horrible. Toilet didn’t even flush. - Location Bathroom was filthy
- John (9/5): Convenient to highway, clean and friendly staff! - Spacious and modern room Nothing
- Amanda (1/5): Nasty - Everything was filthy and dirty. Towels were stained with bug brown stuff, mold growing it shower around handle bar grip.
- Eileen (4/5): -
- Cynthia (2/5): Never again/ vile!! - Nothing Absolutely filthy! Shower was extremely slippery and someone else’s hair in it and all over the floor. The microwave was so dirty and the door was falling apart. Scary. The sheets had someone else’s butt stains on them. Just disgusting
- Wrenyatta (9/5): Other than the barking dog. My stay was pleasant - The newness of the property I man next to my with a barking dog.
- Liz (8/5): We really liked it for our one night stay on our way to final destination - We liked the location right off 40 West, first floor room, and restaurants in walking distance. Realize it is being done over and under new management, It could use new room lamps and better towels.
- matt (10/5): One of the Best! - We were traveling a great distance. We found this hotel on the way to our destination and liked it so much, we stopped again on the way back! Clean and friendly. Free EV chargers and close to Freddy’s custard!
- Fannie (6/5): - It was a lot of hair in the sink floor and on the tub
- matt (8/5): Good Place For the Night - Very convenient off the highway and good location to food options. But sketchy surrounding, moist & smelly rooms and older hotel.
- Nayeli (10/5): - Clean room
- Craig (4/5): - The room and bathroom were both dirty. There was black hair on the floor and in the sink. Facilities were out dated and not very well maintained.
- Robert (8/5): - Not as clean as it could be
- Joseph (8/5): - Check in was fast and easy and the person was helpful. room was clean but did have a couple of stains on the sheets and towel.
- Marco (2/5): Quality Inn was anything but Quality - The room, had a very strong musty smell , flooring was very wavy it made you trip in some areas, all of the "stainless steel" in the room was rusty, the towels were dirty and had hairs all over, we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours so did not complain since it probably wouldn't do any good
- Gabriel (8/5): -
- Robert (10/5): - Young lady at checkin was very helpful and pleasant.
- Traena (7/5): -
- Montinique (8/5): Nice and clean - The room was simple but really clean. The attendant, Michael from Jamaica, was very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure it was nice. I'll be back when I visit again.
- Hassan (10/5): - Clean quite place to spend a night or week
- Cindy (8/5): - Everything with the hotel was good. The only complaint was trying to get to the hotel off of the street. Had to go through a gas station parking lot to get there.
- Lady Cunningham (10/5): -
- Brian (4/5): Not worth it - Just ok. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent.
- Kristi (8/5): This stay was amazing.i highly recommend - It was so nice. Clean, comfortable. It was amazing. The housekeeping staff knocking on my door at 11am until I woke up and answered. I paid for 2 days and needed the sleep after being up for 2 days prior. They said they needed me to sign a paper saying I didn't need anything. That aggravated me.
Oh, and the fridge barely got cold.
- E5126QTkevinl (10/5): Great experience - The renovations are nice and the staff was great …………….…….i will go back pretty soon. Whenever i back that side ………………..
- Minnetta (6/5): - There was blood on the comforter and hair and debris on the bathroom floor. The Neely remodeled room was nice, just need more effort on sanitation and cleaning.
- Alejandro (8/5): -
- Freda (5/5): Didn’t stink, but I wouldn’t return. - Bed and bath linens were clean. Bug pieces in the tub. Lamp bases had rust and corrosion on the metal. Very confusing to find the drive to the property and the road to it was all beat up.
- Dale (8/5): You get what you pay for. Good value for your money if you don’t mind for and no coffee in the morni - Good value. Convention location. Coffee machine wasn’t working!!
Odor of smoking in room-tried to cover it up with excessive floral fragrance, which only made it worse.
- Ekuban (7/5): Good -
- Pamela (10/5): - Very nice and smooth check in. Rooms are nice. Looks like they have done some updates.
- Buirse (10/5): Terrible, gnats, tv didn’t work, telephone didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work -
- Billie (8/5): - Adequate for the price
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place! - I was initially hesitant to stay here due to some recent reviews, but our experience turned out to be very positive. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hot breakfast. They offered a generous selection, including sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, a variety of juices, flavored water, hot beverages, cereal, yogurt, and more.
- Elizabeth (4/5): - The room smelled strongly of bleach. It was very humid and damp in the room all night. Things had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was trash left on the bed.
- Pamela (10/5): - Staff was friendly. Updated rooms
- Laura (6/5): - For an overnight stay, it was better than sleeping in a tent or youth hostel. Pros of stay--comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure and hot water, tge room was decorated nicely. Cons--trash in parking lot, floor in room was super dirty. 30 minutes of walking on floor in sock feet and socks were black. Refrigerator not working properly. Bathroom door handle was loose. Interior looked care worn. Phrase putting lipstick on a big comes to mind. If y'all are trying to upgrade do it right
- Sarah (4/5): - The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The room was dirty. The floors had not been cleaned and turned white socks brown. The bedding was stained and on blanket was torn.
- Janis (9/5): Superb - Front desk great. Room clean. Outside could be cleaned up a bunch. Breakfast was horrible. No coffee, juice. Sausage looked raw. Eggs looked fake. We did not eat there.
- Karen (2/5): - They did not have a room available, so I didn't check in.
The front desk was very helpful.
- Lawrence (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and convenient to town
- Daniel (8/5): Kleenex tissue was missing - We didn't have breakfast
- Dingle (1/5): Bad - We will never stay at Quality Inn again! The staff/owners were horrible. They only care about the money, not the customer! We accidentally made a reservation at 7:05 PM and called to cancel it at 7:15 PM. Only 10 minutes later. They would not refund our money because they said you have to cancel before 4 PM for refund. That was impossible since the reservation wasn't made until 7:05PM!
- Charles (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lloyd Allen (10/5): - I was cked in swiftly by Michael. He was very professional and polite. He gave me a down and out and then showed on a map how to get to room told me times for breakfast. Michael was fantastic rooms were freshly remodeled ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Coy (7/5): Good -
- Jeffery (9/5): Superb -
- Hawkins (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (7/5): Good -
- Mosby (5/5): Passable -
- Victoria (10/5): - Great and quite
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Vickie S (6/5): Mediocre at best - The hotel is still being "updated" & has some decent features, but is still lacking. We were greeted at the front entrance with construction supplies sitting all around. The breakfast area is nice & the food was fairly good. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the floor felt gritty. The bathroom door had a bashed in spot. I took a pic & showed the front desk so they wouldn't think we did it. She was appreciative & said she would make a note of it. While the room had been freshly painted, they apparently didn't use people that cared much. Drips on the counter & the inset toilet paper holder had paint strokes. Both pictures on the wall were crooked & stuck so they couldn't be straightened. Of concern with my electrician husband was an expanded outlet plugged in behind the bed that the mattress hit everytime you got on or off the bed, causing the bedside lamps to flash on & off. Luckily, we were able to move the bed away from the wall. The outlet was quite loose. All in all, it wasn't the best & it wasn't the worst we've stayed in.
- Dawn (6/5): Decent place to stay. Cleanliness was iffy. -
- Dianfei (10/5): - Good for a stop during a road trip
- Telekia (8/5): Very good -
- Telekia (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (6/5): Not a great hotel - It was fine, somewhere to sleep for the night. Wouldn't have wanted to stay another night. Things were just a little gross, just felt dirty. Seemed not to be cleaned the best. The shower curtain was brown/moldy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine.
- Bonnie (6/5): Not worth what we paid! - Easy to find. You can tell they are working at getting everything repaired and fixed up. Very helpful staff and made sure everything in our room was working. Also no problem getting me a downstairs room. TV didn't work when we first got there and it was at least 2 hours getting that taken care of. But she did get it fixed and it was fine the rest of our stay. Now that I have received the charges for this hotel - not woth the price we paid. I'm not sure this was the price quoted - so beware!
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Tiffany (10/5): - Has been remodeled and updated. There was some people that were awake through the night playing loud music and revving their vehicles but other than that was a decent breakfast and comfortable beds.
- Venus (6/5): Pleasant -
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jim (8/5): - Personnel were very good.
Breakfast was okay but basic.
- Julie (8/5): - Was enjoyable
- Dale (8/5): Very good - Location was OK, access to the hotel is difficult to find, have to go half the way around the block then drive down an access alley marked by small signs Mistakes in billing, on prepaid bills. Finding used feminine products on the floor and the seats to the dining area chairs were missing screws and my wife fel through it
- Ronald (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was very good
- Craig (7/5): Good -
- Jozette (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rachel (2/5): Scary No cars Lots of people Remodel - I’d like my money refunded. We did not check in. We did not stay there. Boxes and construction material blocked the entrance. People who were not staying there were standing around and we could not pass through, not 1 car was in the parking lot. We could bot tell if they were open. No one answered the phone for us to cancel and we were not going to get out of the car. Scary. Unclean looking. Don’t want to stay at a place they are remodeling.
- Allbritton (7/5): Good -
- Laura (5/5): A big miss - Outside door access. Traveling with dogs makes this easier. Outside lighting excellent. Photos of property do not match at all with room. Shower didn't work...just a trickle and noisy loud. Bed frames had horrible rust. Sink stopper broken..property apparently under renovation, contractor has debris all over very dumpy looking.
- Graves (7/5): Good. I would go back. -
- Melissa (8/5): - Staff was nice
- newstyle31 (10/5): Very happy stay - We had the pleasure to meet 2 of the young ladies that work at the front desk, both were very nice, friendly and helpful. This morning we arrived just when the time for the breakfast was over but the young lady at the front desk let us grab our breakfast, we really appreciate her.
The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable and the place very quiet.
We had our pet with us and we appreciated that this Inn is pet friendly.
Nothing bad to say about the Quality Inn just a suggestion, since it’s under renovation it will be nice to add a little fenced dog park.
- Shara (5/5): It was okay, they are trying to improve. - Trying to upgrade, the breakfast was not bad. First room too newly constructed with floors smelled like glue and very dusty from construction . Second room. Pretty dusty, hair in shower. The shower looked like someone had just left the room after a shower. Hot water takes 10 minutes to get hot.
- Bland (8/5): Very good - Cheaper price Not clean. Found a dildo in the desk drawer.
- Sarah (3/5): Horrible - The decor was nice The room was nice but everything had a thick layer of construction dust. Boxes were stacked around entrance in the ilse by the stairs. Did not feel safe at all. Will never stay again.
