- Beatrice (8/5): - Das Akra Sorgun ist ein hervorragendes Hotel. Das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ausserordentlich. Leider fällt das Hotel in punkto Lärm ab. Bei unserem Besuch war es kaum möglich vor 23.30 Uhr zu schlafen, da die Musik der Veranstaltungsplattform und später die Band bis 23.30 Uhr in die Zimmer dröhnt. Zusätzlich war während unseres Aufenthalts auf der Nachbarparzelle eine Sportveranstaltung, so dass bereit am Morgen um 7.15 Uhr die ersten Lautsprecherdurchsagen gemacht wurden und während des Tages durch laute Musik und Lautsprecheransagen am Strand keine Ruhe zu finden war. Das hat unseren Traumurlaub sehr getrübt.

The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site.

Exceptional service pretty much across the board but specifically from Taner on Reservations and Front Desk; Gokhan (Restaurant Manager) and Ali (Head Chef) - neither could do enough for us and always made sure everything was perfect!; Waiting Staff - Gabriel (Adults Pool - Lovely Jubley); Gamze (Buffet Morning and Lunch Service always with a smile and a big heart); Mustafa (Evening Service in the Buffet - with the glasses and big smile); Atilla (Eveing Service in the Buffet - total gentleman); Pinar (Piano Bar - fab, attentive service); Cavo aka Troublemaker (Clubhouse Bar - makes a mean cocktail and loves a bit of Taylor Swift (not really!)); Cihat (Ocean Rerstaurant - treated us like Kings and Queens!); and Eren (Cabana - such a great smile, happy and with a mean Bailey's Iced Coffee!) and the best entertainment from Victor-The-One-and-Only!!!!! I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful. We would come back again anytime! Thank you for the best holiday!

Otelin konum olarak denize sıfır olması, adult, mixed ve family gibi farklı bölümlere ayrılmış olması, tüm odaların deniz manzaralı olması, yürüyerek sahile inebilme gibi olanaklar açısından da çok güzeldi. Dahası otelin bulunduğu sahil deniz kaplumbağalarının yumurta bıraktığı bir sahil. Sabah erken kalkmanız durumunda (6:30-7:30 arasında) Dekafok derneği gönüllülerinin sahilde korumaya aldığı yuvalardan bebek kaplumbağaların toplanması deneyimine de eşlik edebilirsiniz. Bu açıdan sahildeki işaretli alanlar, yuvalar ve kurallar konusunda gelecek misafirlerin de bilgi sahibi olması çok kıymetli…Özetle Akra Sorgun ekolojik yaklaşım ve doğaya saygı konularında da çok iyi yönetilen bir otel. Herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz ve tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel. Tüm ekibe tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

- Aleksandr (4/5): - Несоответствие цены качеству, причем в массе ньюансов. Мы бронировали номер в Adult Zone, заселили в общую, даже не сообщив об этом при заселении. В ресторане есть зал 18+, но на ужин свободных столов там вы не найдёте. В пляжных зонах грязь, мусор, песок не разравнивается, про просеивание вообще молчу. Уставшие ремонт и оборудование везде: ламинат в номере вытерт, с пятнами, матрасы на лежаках в разводах и порванные. Сад ужоженный, территория красивая. По барам все плохо, а именно по барменам. Хмурые лица, коктейли смешивают как бог на душу положит, про мерные стаканчики они не знают. Ананасик вам положат на край стакана голыми пальцами. Где эти пальцы были до этого остаётся лишь догадываться. Меню в ресторане скудное, включая гриль. Гриль низкого качества и плохо чистится, ярко чувствуется вкус перегорелого жира. Персонал крайне неквалифицирован, на английском практически не говорит, на русском тем более.

Havuzun etrafında düşük sesle müzik olabilirdi, olsa daha keyifli olurdu.

- December (10/5): Return Customer - Fully Satisfied - The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

Odalar çok geniş ve modern şekilde tasarlanmış. Çiftler için kaldığım en iyi otellerden biriydi. Yetişkin ve aileler için kullanım alanları ayrılmıştı. Spa ve masaj alanında profesyonel çalışanlardan farklı masaj seçenekleri mevcuttu. Öneri olarak , minibardaki alkol çeşidinin arttırılması daha iyi bir hizmet sunacaktır. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

- ZAHRAA (10/5): - حقيقة فندق جميل باطلاله جميله ونظيف ونظيف ونظيف والاكل متنوع . المبالغه بتقديم الكحول وشرب الكاسات الملونه قريبالج البول وابني صار ياخذ الكاسة يريد يشرب لانو لونه حلو لازم يهتمون بهذا الموضوع يمنع شرب الكحول في داخل البول لانه المكان عائلي. وايضا تفاجأت يقدمون الخنزير ببلد مسلم. يستاهل 5ستار
- ismail hakki (8/5): Beğendik - Otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık ama çoğu aktivitelerinde türkçe bilen çalışan yoktu. Özellikle çocuk kulübünde olmaması büyük bir eksiklik bence. Otel genellikle ingilizlere hitaben hizmet vermekteydi. Etkinlikleri, müzikleri, yarışmaları vb. Yemekhane ve havuz kısımlarını 16 yaş üstü ve altı diye ayırmaları çok iyiydi. Çalışanları da hepsi güler yüzlü işlerini iyi yapıyorlardı.

- Mert Can (10/5): - Bu kadar memnun kalacağımı hiç düşünmedim; eşim ve 4 yaşında oğlumla çok mutlu ayrıldık. Hatta bir sonraki sene içinde tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Tek olumsuz söyleyebileceğim konu resepsiyondaki arkadaşların bilgi vermeden chech-in işlemi yapması eleştiri konusu oldu benim için ama diğer çalışan arkadaşlar bu eksikliği kapattı. It was not too crowded bc we went before the main vacation season.I would definitely recommend this place and would return there. I can't say anything negative.

Barbeküsünden, gözlemesine, yemeklerinden, tatlılarına, içeceklerine bayıldığımız,Müthiş keyifli bir beş gün geçirdik. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Kliması, yemekleri (8/10) hele ki plajı çok güzeldi. Etkinlikler çok ve kaliteliydi. Alkollü içecekleri de gayet iyiydi. Diğer senelerde yine tercih ederiz. Misafir ağırlığı yabancı uyrukluydu.

- Mehmet Akin (10/5): Çok keyifli bir otel - Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımsever. Otelin bahçesi yemyeşil, insanın içini açıyor :) Kaldığımız oda gayet konforluydu. Restaurant kısmı temiz,yemekler de lezzetliydi. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu bizim için.

- Katherine (10/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have separate areas for both families and adults only in both the pool areas and restaurants. Buffet had a good variety. It wasn’t spectacular, but was good enough and had many options. Coffee shop was a favorite. I arrived early since I had taken a night bus. They checked me in early without me having to ask. Very sweet.
- Roozbeh (10/5): - Barut sorgun is one of the best hotels in Manavgat. We had good time in peaceful area.perfect foods that you can not find in best restaurants are in this hotel. Just music is not very good maybe because of British guests in this hotel!

Great that all food has allergy information (e.g. what contains gluten etc.). Decent gym, also some fitness classes. Very attentive staff- helped us arrange a transfer.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Pros: - Excellent COVID-19 precautions - Excellent staff - Excellent rooms - all with sea view - Excellent towel service, sunbeds and umbrellas (pool & sea) - Great location in a fairly isolated beach (not a private beach, by law all the beaches belong to public) - Separate areas for adults Cons: - Poor cocktails. Stick to simple drinks and you'll be fine. Don't forget to ask for brand names of your favourite spirits, otherwise you'll be given the cheaper local equivalent. - Food is above average. It's not bad, but I had much higher expectations. - A la carte reservations cannot be made before check-in, after check-in they're already booked by current guests. Although I had booked enough nights to try each restaurant and made a request to book restaurants in advance I couldn't try them all. My booking request prior to check-in was denied and I was able to book 3 out of 4 restaurants after the check-in. - The beach doesn't have silky sand. It's mixed with pebble. Not too bad though. The sea has also pebble in the ground but then turns into sand if you go further. - Not flexible arrangements: I asked whether it was possible to leave the hotel by 3am paying an extra fee, but I was asked for the full price. It doesn't make much sense to pay that amount for a few hours of sleep. I booked another hotel nearby for less than half the price for my last night. They could have made money by asking for a similar fee, which would have also saved me the trouble to change hotels.

A la Carte restaurants not easy to get into but food was good in A La Carte restaurants Divan restaurant was ok on some days, but also a bit boring,catering too much for the 'English' taste . However the speciality days the food very good. Could do with a bit more Turkish influence in the entertainment area as have been to other hotels in Antalya and we felt we were in Turkey not England!!
