• Thomas (4/5): - Avoid, the vents have black mold, the bed squeaks at every move, the bathrooms are FOUL. It’s dark and dingy, the lift sounds like it is going to drop down the shaft at any second. I was extremely disappointed as IBIS are normally held to a much higher standard.

• IN SUK (8/5): - 구 항구에서 도보로 가까워요 구글앱이 알려준 길은 계단으로 안내 한다고 해서 그전 골목으로 이동하는 블로그에 글과 그림 올리신 분 덕분에 캐리어 끌고 고생 안했어요 숙소 다 와 가면 계단이 있고 그 전에 광장에 음식이 많아요 셀프 세탁소도 주변에 꽤 많은데 숙소에서 두번째로 가까운 Laverie Automatique Vieux-Port Marseille - Speed Queen 여기가 가장 최신 시설이라 깨끗했어요 다른 곳은 왠지 오히려 다 두려워 질까봐 둘러보고 나왔답니다 숙소 주변에 마트도 있고 멀지 않은 곳에 까르프 시티도 있어서 장보기 편했어요 24시간 교통카드 구매해서 왠만한곳은 마르세유 시내에서 무제한 이동 되니 좋았어요 카운터 직원들도 교대 근무 하시는데 다들 친절하시고 수건 요청에도 바로 잘 주셨고 인사도 잘 해 주셧어요 마르세유가 전체적으로 다른 남프랑스보다 지저분하고 냄새나서 아쉽지만 숙소는 합리적인 곳이고 괜찮아요 매일 청소도 잘 해주시더라구요 공항가는 길도 쉬워서 잘 다녀왔습니다
• Christopher (8/5): Needs a refit - Hotel is expensive for what it offers. While rooms were clean in general the public area, beside reception needs renovation. A person from management left a car in the reception space which made it difficult to load and unload our bags. It’s a ver busy street.

One complaint my luggage was taken out my room before the deadline of midday , it should not happen somebody need to brief housekeeping

• Chris (8/5): - We arrived a lite early to be offered a room that was ready. As we were dpeaking our room became avsilable. It was on the 6th floor but had amazing views. The room was adequate and a good size. We were literally within a few minutes walk to the Old Port and so the kocation was first class.
• Loan (6/5): - This is not a beachfront property, but is very convenient to get around as close to the harbour, transit, and many cafes and restaurants. Good value for the money. Our room was quite spacious, lots of shelving for storage, comfortable bed, and clean. It was quite noisy though as we were on the first floor by the stairs and could hear everyone coming & going. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

• Ali (10/5): TINY BUT SUFFICIENT - The room was awesome. A bit small but just as a place to crash at night if was great. It was very quiet & place & nicely located near the port and tons of bars, restaurants & coffee shops. (3 min walk to get to the port). The staff at the front desk were super helpful & they spoke enough English to be able to help me with whatever I needed. Only complaint is that the twin mattress seemed collapsed (as in was in used & not firm condition) on one side of the bed. Not that big of a deal, just switched sides after the first night, but it would be nice if the mattress was uniformly firm. 😊 The price was definitely well below other available hotles.

Bah oui, faut se faire de l'argent plutôt que de remplir son rôle d'accueil et de service... Bref. Aucun sens commercial ni relationnel, à l'avenir j'éviterais cet hôtel.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid if you can - This hotel is in a desperate need of a refurbishment or at least a good clean. The reception area is untidy and very uninviting. The rooms are small and not very clean. Our bathroom was dirty, the bed not very comfy. Staff at the reception are not helpful and rude at times. We would definitely not recommend this hotel. The location is good but this is the only positive.

• Cristina (2/5): Particulier ayant résidé une nuit - Voyageur à l'international j'ai rarement été aussi déçu par cette experience dans cet hotel pourtant intégré à une enseigne internationale Chambre minuscule s'apparentant à une cellule de prison service à minima pour une rentabilité à maxima donnant sur une place bruyantissime ou l'on sert des repas et boisson jusque tard dans la nuit Impossible de déposer ses bagages car la place de déchargement est occupée jour et nuit par le véhicule d'une personne faisant partie du staff pas de climatisation dans la chambre ou règne une chaleur étouffante vous avez le choix de mourrir de chaleur ou de vous taper le bruit de la rue si vous optez pour l'ouverture de la fenètre Bref nous avons vécu un cauchemar pour 118 € tout de mème avec 1PDJ. à bannir de ma mémoire Ce témoignage est sincère et véritable mème si je doute fort que ces gens la y apporterons la moindre attention..

Nach einer Nacht und deutlicher Nachfrage Zimmer mit Fenster - also zwei in einander; der Umbau war noch nicht abgeschlossen. Zwei Einbrüche durch das Personal „do Not Disturb“- bei letzterem war ich gerade leidlich bekleidet. Aus meiner Sicht indiskutabel. Kofferaufbewahrung für 8euro pro Stück

• Eve (8/5): Relatively Cheap/Comfortable Hotel - Overall a fine stay. The location was relatively good, within walking distance of public transit, sight seeing and restaurants. The hotel itself was okay, room didn’t exactly meet the pictures. But was still comfortable and felt clean. If you’re looking for a relatively cheap hotel that is comfortable, this is good.

• Nicolas Christophe (4/5): - Non conforme à la réservation , sur votre site expédia j’ai renseigner l’âge de l’enfant avec la date de naissance . Une fois sur place l’hôtel nous fait payer une sur taxe car il considère l’enfant comme un adulte, 13 ans c’est adulte ???. De plus la chambre réserve ne correspondait pas à la réservation . Honteux je demande un remboursement.
• Clémence (6/5): - Un peu déçu de notre séjour, une chambre très petite mais surtout non lumineuse. A 14h en plein après midi nous étions obligé d’allumer la lumière. Et pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, la salle était beaucoup trop petite pour accueillir tout le monde… et c’était également très bruyant …

• Wendy (8/5): - Basic amenities but did the job. Hairdryer in room. Not much hanging space if there were 2 of you and shelves instead of drawers so all your items are on display. Large double bed. Breakfast not included in my package but plenty of places to eat literally outside your doorstep. Staff were very friendly and you have to have a card to enter the property at night so was very secure.

La recepción y el desayuno se encuentra en espacios reducidos que dificultan la movilidad. El personal fue siempre muy atento y solícito. Aún estoy a la espera de que cancelen un cargo en mi tarjeta por esta reserva, pues pagué directamente en el hotel, pero el primer día desde antes del check-in sin haberme percatado yo me habían ya cargado el monto de la primera noche de tres habitaciones.

• Mélanie (8/5): - L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 2 pas du Vieux Port, mais malheureusement les chambres et surtout la salle de bain ne sont pas entretenus, de plus, malgré qu'il y ait très peu de chambres à chaque niveau, l'hôtel est bruyant (intérieur uniquement) et certaines violentes odeurs sont à constater au niveau des escaliers c'est une horreur. Un bilan mitigé donc mais serions prêts à revenir pour la localisation et si des efforts en termes de propreté sont faits.
