Jeanie (10/5): This was a short relaxing get away with access to everything we wanted to do. - It was within walking distance of the light rail which can take you everywhere! If you have only carry on luggage you are able to access it from the airport and there is also a TSA line to enter back into the airport to leave. The shower pressure is almost non-existent and the shower head is awful.

Alan (8/5): - Comfortable bed, nice room. Quiet for being at the airport. The furniture in both bar and restaurant grossly in need of repair - homes and tears all over. Very understaffed. We went into bar at 4. One bartender working. Manager finally came to help her. She was apologetic and got two of our drinks and appetizer out to us before she had to leave and go to restaurant to work. Bartender who took over was rude, unfriendly and never checked on us again. Dismissive when we asked for check. We then went into restaurant and had lovely service and meal.

REBECCA (10/5): I was very pleased with staff and the accommodations. - The shuttle drivers were great. The nighttime driver informed me that the restaurant was open until 11pm. I arrived at 10:30pm. So i was able to get a meal. I was able to watch planes take off and land. And it wasn’t too loud. I cannot think of anything that was disappointing.
81deeneea (10/5): Relaxing - What a wonderful hotel! It’s very clean, the staff was great, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfortable with crisp and fresh linens. I was amazed how quiet the room was. I especially liked the availability of a quick breakfast and coffee spot in the lobby. The croissants and muffins were yummy along with great tasting coffee. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Shout out the shuttle driver too!👏

825marylous (10/5): Best hotel near MSP - Beautiful hotel and the amenities are awesome. Even though you are right next to the airport you are not bothered by the airplane noise. Staff in the restaurant are excellent. They do have a very weird and creepy picture hanging in the dining room. The staff at the front desk are also very kind. It's nice that you can walk directly to terminal 1 from the hotel.

Lee (9/5): - convenience to the airport The hotel has it's own TSA checkpoint. Unfortunately the checkpoint is only open for limited morning hours. Thus, you pay a premium price to stay in the hotel but end up transporting by shuttle just like every other hotel airport if departing after 10am.

skiher (6/5): Reservation desk should explain - After I made the reservation, I arrived at I:00 AM and I had told the res desk I would be in at that time. I hadn't realized that I could not go to baggage and get my skis and get to hotel by walking. I had not been made aware of that fact when I called. Luckily I had stopped someone on a cart and they were very helpful in explaining to me why I could not walk to the hotel after picking up my bags. And he could bring me without my bags or get the shuttle to the hotel. This should have been explained to me when I made the reservation. I did not even know of the hotel shuttle! This was after 26 hours of travel. After the cart dropped me off at the bottom of the escalator into the hotel and I rode up, went through the doors and saw no signs for the lobby. I then got to an elevator and was able to get to the lobby.

thomasdB5664RQ (6/5): Close to Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport - We stayed at this hotel during a layover in MSP. The hotel is overall fine, but it's not up to the usual Intercontinental standards. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful - But the hotel is small and there are few amenities provided (No robes, slippers, scale, etc.). It's not possible to walk to the hotel from the airport if you have baggage - You must use the hotel provided shuttle. You can either call or use their app (There is a QR code when you get to the pickup area) to request a shuttle. There is a small restaurant in the hotel lobby, but we didn't see many people inside and didn't eat. Overall the hotel is fine for a quick layover in Minneapolis, but expect something closer to a Holiday Inn experience rather than an Intercontinental.
Ruth (7/5): Clean,modern and comfortable.Still needs a shuttle if you have luggage…so weigh that up with the price - It is close to the airport…however as I have checked luggage the advantage is lost as you still need to wait for a shuttle.After waiting 15 mins…I rang for the shuttle…so probably advise others to do the same.Shuttle driver was friendly.Room beautifully clean and modern.Nice toiletries. Check in staff were unfriendly.They had probably had a long day but so had I…30 hours travelling.A friendly face would have gone a long way.This was my 3rd stay…I feel each time the room position is worse.I walked in and felt like I was in the basement with the fence outside the window.In actual fact it was very quiet and comfortable and clean but I would have preferred to wake up to some kind of vista. I caught the morning shuttle at 12:15 and the downstairs little snack bar was still not open.That would annoy me if I was staying longer.

bonnieaL1719QB (10/5): Nothing Better - Oh. My. Goodness. Such a nice staff: Moe at check-in, Gwen in the restaurant, and the gals cleaning (stepped aside with a "welcome" in the hall). This is my second time here and trust me ... it's worth the small extra rather than staying "near" the airport. The convenience, the cleanliness, and the staff cannot - cannot find better. : )
drlawrie (10/5): Great way to save time for morning flights, TSA from the hotel to the terminal - We had an early morning international flight so we stayed over at the Intercontinental. Since we only had carry on bags, we were able to use TSA check in from the hotel right into Concourse C, then took the tram back to the main terminal. The room was very nice, and looked out to the airport taxiways. It felt very upscale considering we were only in the lobby, room, hallway and TSA gate. Everything was very clean. I heard one plane take off but that was before the evening news was even on. It made it very convenient to get to the airport and make sure we were there in plenty of time to catch our flight. We will definitely stay again when we have early morning flights.

Ypperlig og svært sentral beliggenhet når man kommer med fly og skal leie bil. God service. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk. Kan anbefales, men dyrt. Prisen burde vært bedre, eller at det er inkludert frokost i den allerede høye prisen. Parkeringen på hotellet var trygg og sikker, men også den dyr.

billn635 (10/5): Nice respite after enduring a long day of travel - After 5-hour delay and listening to screaming kids clueless parents and people with phony service dogs finally got to the hotel. Easy to get to inside the MSP Airport. Friendly staff at check in no upgrades available they were sold out due to the weather and canceled flights however the rooms are very comfortable nice large bathroom for getting ready the color scheme in the rooms of furniture and the view of the runway sets you up for you restful stay. Headed downstairs for a nightcap Michelle was on duty at the lobby bar and provided wonderful service there. They have a adequate workout room there is no pool. Due to the weather I ended up staying on site for meals which was a good thing their menu is not extensive but the food is good breakfast is a bright spot in the team there gets you ready for the day. All the stuff I interacted with were very friendly and made you feel right at home. Shuttle service back over to Airline check-in and back home.

Instead there was a menu with prices, and confusion whether it is covered or not. It was charged to the room and added to the bill, but deducted from it after I have pointed out that breakfast was included. (2) The walkway to the terminal with TSA precheck is only open from 5 am till 10 am. If you have a later flight, you need to take a shuttle. This may be not a big inconvenience, but it should be noted on the hotel's booking page.,

If you have not luggage, you can walk from terminal 1. It's a nice long but comfortable walk. Right around the block from metro train stations (blue line). You can walk to hotel or take the shuttle.
