Staff is friendly, kind and profession - The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations: salad bar, yogurt with toppings, hot food bar (eggs, toast, omlette, rotating asian food, coffee machines, juices, congee with toppings). Bed was firm as requested, goose down covers and pillows (firm and soft as labelled), black out curtains, good size room, fast wifi). AC / temperature control in the common areas (outside the ground floor). Location to the main areas, the proximity to the hospital campus was great (1 min walk), there's a shuttle that stops to areas like Topps or Rama 9, but you need to find your own way back and needs to be scheduled an hour ahead of time (bc it's coordinated with a third party).

Přestože hotel není úplne v centru dění, je ideálním místem, kde si po dlouhém letu nebo před dlouhým letem dokonale odpočinete a vše je v pohodové dojezdové vzdálenosti. Snad jen prostory na opalování na střeše by zasloužily lehce oživit.

The surrounding area is mainly a local residential neighborhood, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. As a business traveler from out of town, although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was excellent, allowing me to get sufficient rest within a limited time. I would especially like to thank WEE MT, who patiently assisted me with printing some urgent documents and provided great help. The service was attentive and left a strong impression. I would also like to thank another front desk staff member who kindly arranged a room change when I was not satisfied with the original room, enabling me to rest in a more comfortable environment. Her service was both professional and considerate. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay. Both the environment and service met a high standard. I would definitely choose this Holiday Inn again on my next trip.

Big was awesome and helped bring our bags after we were exhausted flying from the east coast usa The powwer outlets are universal for different countries , and the shower is strong The only thing that is different is that for the aircon and lighting to work you need a key card to be inserted into a wall. Not a big deal for us, but maybe for some so thought id mention it.

From the start, the front office team — Bank, Aryan, Ploy, Wee, and Poe — were super welcoming and easy to talk to. Check-in was smooth, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and stress-free. Big shoutout to Bream and the breakfast team too. Breakfast every morning was really good, with fresh food and a nice variety. The team was friendly and attentive, making mornings start on a positive note. I also want to mention Pao from the security team. He was always professional, friendly, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Boon, our driver, who brought us around during our trip. He was kind, reliable, and always on time, making getting around easy and enjoyable. His friendly attitude really added to the holiday experience. Overall, the service here was excellent. Everyone was helpful, warm, and genuinely cared about the guests. • jrobens (10/5): Great affordable hotel in Bangkok - My family and I have stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row for our holiday trip to Bangkok, and each time was a pleasure. The staff is simply amazing, both at the front desk and at breakfast. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The gym is decent with dumbbells and a weight bench (along with treadmills). And the breakfast is varied with many options for both foods and drinks. Some tips for staying here: - They have a free shuttle to Phetchaburi MRT station several times a day (you have to reserve at least 1-hour in advance). - They have washing machines and dryers (for THB200 per load), and they provide liquid soap and softener. - There is a small shopping mall with restaurants and a 24-hour 7-Eleven that is next to the hospital (about a 3 minute walk to the left of the hotel). - There is a nice noodle stall in front of the hotel, and additional local food stalls about 2-minutes down the road on the left. - There is a large grocery store called Tops that is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel (close to the train tracks) that is open until 23:00. - There are a number of Chinese restaurants and massage places in the RCA area just past the Tops grocery store. - About a 15-minute walk from the hotel, you can cross the bridge by the Metropole into the Thong Lor area of Bangkok. There are tons of restaurants along that main road (up to the Thong Lor BTS station that is a 30-minute walk from the hotel). As an added 'bonus', we had a package arrive at the hotel after our trip ended, and the staff were incredibly helpful in helping to ship the package to use afterwards (we paid for the delivery fee, of course...but they took care of all the logistics). Incredibly helpful staff!

We found very small insects behind the television in room 0421. On the first and second days, their number was limited, but on the third day, there were many of them when I returned to the room at night. I requested a room change, and the room was changed immediately, with sincere apologies for the insect issue. The second room was slightly larger than the first, and I believe the insects were due to a previous guest and not an issue with the room itself, Also, the bed was a little stiff.

The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast was good, with a different menu each time we stayed (this was our second visit). The front desk staff—Wee, Pop, and Una—were amazing. Special thanks to Wee, who was the most considerate hotel employee I’ve ever met, always checking in to see if we needed help. Minor point: towels were clean but had turned grey, so a refresh would make the stay even better. Overall, nearly perfect and we’ll definitely return for our next hospital follow-up.
