- Shane (8/5): Great location - The location is fantastic, especially if you need the convention centre. Public transport options are right on your doorstep. It's super easy to get up to the cattle yards or head west to some great BBQ at Terry Blacks. Breakfast options were good but also fairly standard for US accommodation. No tea in the refreshment area that we could find
- Kathy (10/5): - Excellent breakfast. Suite very comfortable. Loved an indoor pool. Location fantastic for the convention center and the Trinity train from the airport. Housekeeping did not come very other day as we were told. Had to contact front desk after 4 days and they came promptly.

The service was great, me and my wife were in town for the NCAA Tournament and we stayed here. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in Ft Worth.

Parking on site, accommodating and friendly staff as well as a fully stocked breakfast. $40/day parking seems a little excessive and some of the people staying at the location were less than desirable (not wearing shoes, dragging blankets through breakfast, cussing around children and making a mess at every station).

The pool was over chlorinated all three days cause a lot of discomfort with my grandkids. I did complain about it every day. The food was an edible in the morning horrible choices. The rooms were average they need to be refurbished in my room 712. The furniture was stained and dirty. Location the staff is nice very much a language barrier

Everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff to housekeeping to the people who set up and maintained the breakfast were all great. Very clean facility. Lots of variety with breakfast. Quiet rooms. Easy access to downtown.

- WILLIAM (10/5): All in all, a great stay. Very close to the stockyards and the room was clean and comfortabel. - Room was clean and comfortable. The shower and vanity area were spacious which helped our comfort. The AC unit was spectacular! All of the hotel staff we encountered were very polite and professional. The coffee was great, but the breakfast foods seemed a little overcooked. The AC was off in the hallways which made traversing a little uncomfortable.

- stefaniemH4829YM (4/5): Rude front desk - My husband travels an average of 200+ days a year out of town for the last 6+ years, we stay exclusively in Hilton properties. We are diamond premium members! Hands down one of the rudest front desk I’ve ever had. I showed up around 11pm because we are in the middle of an ice storm, tired and already checked in I was just wanting a physical key card since everything had to have the key to use, entry doors, elevators, parking garage etc. for my elderly father. I had the key on my phone. The rude front desk threatened to cancel our room because my husband wasn’t there yet. The parking garage guard had to step in and ask if she couldn’t make an exception for me. Hundreds flights had been canceled! People had died all over the states due to driving. I said he was late!!!! She finally gave me the physical card and nasty said “don’t let it happen again”. I’ll work on that…there are dozens of hotels in Fort Worth. I’ll pass on this place next time.

- I8910AEkristens (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality When It Mattered Most - Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Fort Worth I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Due to severe weather, I had to find a hotel last minute so I could be close to the convention center and safely walk everywhere until the storm passed. By around 6:30 a.m., road conditions were already getting bad, so I called the hotel to ask if I could come early just to park in the garage until check-in time. They didn’t hesitate — they said yes, absolutely. When I explained my situation (including another hotel refusing to refund me due to the weather), the staff went above and beyond. They let me know my room was already available and checked me in at 6:00 a.m. — a full eight hours early — without any hassle. They were kind, understanding, accommodating, and genuinely cared about my safety and situation. That level of hospitality is rare, and I am incredibly grateful. Because of this experience, I am officially a Hilton member for life. If you’re looking for a hotel that truly takes care of people — especially when it matters most — this is the one. Thank you again to the amazing team at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Fort Worth. You turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

La colazione molto varia e con alternativa per intolleranti al lattosio (latte di mandorla, cereali, pane, bagel). Nulla.
