• Nalie (6/5): - Overall, service was good. We checked in past midnight and they were very helpful. Only one concern was the bathroom. The water from the shower area was not draining properly and flooding the whole bathroom area.

Transportation options were conveniently located right in front of the property. However, the noise level, especially at night, can be disruptive, likely due to the bustling nature of the area. Overall, though, it's a great location with many amenities nearby.
• Martina (8/5): - I hope they could improve the bathroom windows to something opaque, change the bidet head since it’s leaking if not adjusted well, and add a fan in the living room. Other than that, we love the proximity of the place to session road and harrison road and the host is friendly and accommodating. Wifi is reliable too.

Family room are okey to stay with, 2-double size, double bunk beds good for kids to sleep with, although space is limited in the room. Other room 2-double size bed with enough space. Clean rooms. With full kitchen ware you can cook if needed. A walking distance. Close to Session road, Burnham park, night market, public market, near the Cathedral, near ili- likha. There is a restaurant, DIY, SM-savemore. Bakery just up front, and other stores. Room free wifi. Parking is not free.

• Corazon (6/5): - When we tried to get in their underground parking that's when we found out we were suppose to pay separately and not included in our hotel fee. On our first night theres 4 cockroaches crawling on the floor. Our 3rd night we asked for garbage pick_up to avoid more roaches in the room ,front desk said YES but nobody came to change garbage bag. However they were prompt about spraying the crevices where cockroaches are coming out from.

• candela_8 (6/5): Very accessible condotel - Overall I'd say our stay is ok. We are not really super particular about everything, so our 2-nights 3-days stay in Cedar Peak is quite ok. Our superior room had a fridge, microwave, percolator, and microwaveable cups and saucers, so it's convenient to reheat our left-over food and make coffee. There was also a small table. The hotel is just a few steps to Session road, night market, public market, SM, Ililikha Artist Hub, and Baguio Cathedral. At the ground floor are savemore, quality restos, and other establishments. 7/11 is just nearby. Water is strong also. The room is clean and we had an easy check-in and check-out. We booked via Agoda. As expected of some condos, there were no daily cleaning and changing of sheets and towels, it's no problem for us since we just stayed for technically 2 days. The room is big enough for the four of us adults, with 2 double-sized beds, and AC. The only thing which the mgmt could improve was the water from the shower enclose which kinda overflows to the bathroom floor when taking a shower. It accumulates everyday, perhaps the condo/hotel can provide an easy-to-use mop or even a rubber broom to sweep the water back to the shower room. Other than this, this condotel is okey.

• nicolecarmelaf (2/5): Terrible reservation and booking service - Costumer service is very terrible. I have booked through Agoda (which is a terrible site also as I have experienced booking a scam non existence accommodation). Something super important came up and I need to cancel the stay and requested and negotiated for a refund but they will not reconsider. I am not even asking for a 100% refund. There are better properties out there who are considerate and I suggest to book a stay with them instead. I have been traveling most of the time and my schedule changes often because of the nature of my work and I have not encountered problems like this (requesting for a refund) if direct booking to other properties. Only in Agoda and their silly policy you cant even see. At first I am not taking this against the property but I have contacted them and they reply the same thing over and over again. Highly encourage to not support this kind of service.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bathroom floods, and can’t cancel or transfer room - Great location. But poor customer service! Planned to stay for 2 nights, however on night 1, my room flooded and the Hotel Managment wouldn’t let me transfer to a different room or be refunded the difference to check out early. The audacity to have me stay one more night in a flooded room is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I advice travelers to avoid this hotel, too many fees with bad service!!!! Cons: -If you planned to check out early from your intended stay, you will not be refunded/compensated for leaving earlier than your planned extended stay! -No A/C in the living room except the bedroom -No screened windows to cool the living room, so had to deal with mosquitoes -Parking is mediocre, not enough parking! And parking isn’t free for hotel guests.

There is also a smell in the bathroom. No handtowel available in the kitchen. Housekeeping gave us mats that easliy absorb water and made it yucky to use it after.

• Grace (8/5): Good! - The unit was ok. It’s clean when we got there. But then we have no cleaning stuff to use like broom, dust pan, mop and rugs. We requested it and they sent us some. The bathroom bidet spray was leaking or something, the area was wet. The shower glass wall was not completely closed that’s why when we showered it leaks some water and made the floor wet. Other than that, the unit was ok. The crew were very helpful. Our concerns were always answered and solved except the bathroom issue. It’s quiet and everything is walking distance.

• Escape41630539891 (4/5): Lack of care - The place could have been better just like the photos they have published. Room is spacious but lack of maintenance and care. Cleanliness is not the priority, cab webs in the bathroom, electric fan is so dusty, the hanger in the closet was broken and so old - obviously no one bother to check or someone did but could care less. Unable to close the window (safety concerns). It wasn’t a pleasant stay but ok to sleep and leave early.

• 278severinac (10/5): Gie’s Home - Gie’s unit is very comfortable to stay in plus the fact that it is only 2 min away from Session Road. Very accessible. The building has restaurants, sallon, SM Hypermaket, bank, shops, and a spa. The only down side is that they only have pay parking that would cost P300 for overnight rate for guests.
