• JUGO (4/5): - 大変に分かりずらい立地。よく口コミを観察して、施設から来るメールなどをよーーーーーーく読み返して行けば行ける。 周辺環境は観光に便利。 ホテル施設としては銅鑼灣でこの価格である以上仕方がないレベル。 同じ時期別の地域で同価格帯で良いところがあったので、銅鑼灣にこだわる必要が無いならオススメはしない。
• CHAK KEI (2/5): - 窗戶打不開，還以為可以好好欣賞維港景色。
• yukino (6/5): - 部屋からベランダに出られると思いましたが窓は開きませんでした。共用部分から出られるベランダ部分は椅子が一脚あるのみ、早朝や深夜少し騒音が気になりました。一番困ったのはバスタオルがないこと。小さなフェイスタオル一日３枚のみでしたので追加で必要なら掃除の際に掃除の女性に頼んでもらう必要があります。トイレは共用部分に2箇所あり、キッチンはありません。
• Eric (2/5): - Extrêmement compliqué pour trouver, entrer. Impossible de parler à quelqu’un. Toilette bouchée lorsque j’ai finalement entrer. Ne vous laissez pas prendre par les photos. Pour la chambre c’est ok et la douche sent les égouts. Quand l’eau coule on ne sent pas le reste… très bonne pression d’eau. La doudou sentait le bonhomme.
• Shing Yau (8/5): - New experience for me to check-in at machine and without anyone at the hotel, even those no staff around but emergency call on duty while I call. Quiet environment, very convenient no matter wants to take MTR, bus, tram or cab. 2 mins walk to MTR / bus stop, 3 mins walk to tram. Easy to buy food or grocery, restaurant, 7-11, Wellcome Grocery is surrounding. My spouse and I not used to soft bed and pillow, our neck and back feeling pain. Overall is good. Although room is small but what you want are inside, suitable to couple or solo traveler. Not recommend for family.
• Richard (2/5): - The reception got our rooms wrong on the first try. Check in was difficult as we'd have to call them, install WhatsApp to talk to chat with them, then they gave the wrong room and we had to complain to get a other one. They had rooms on separate floors and we'd have to go to another floor for cups and water. Once inside the room we found out that the patio door was broken and cold wind was leaking into the room. The bed was sinking in the middle and we spent a sleepless night rolling towards the center. Had to get Expedia involved to cancel the rest of the nights we had left and booked a other hotel. It was not well maintained. The internet barely works.

• Kwai Sum (2/5): Bad experience - The bed, pillows, comforter are all dirty. There is no toilet bowl in the room. No table, no bottles of water or coffee or tea. The glass door to the balcony is hard to be opened.
• KIN (10/5): - Location is excellent. Able to connect all kinds of things such as transport and other services. Check-in could be better with more information for the exact check-in location. Otherwise this is a great choice to stay in a budget in a premium area in Causeway Bay.
• Nelson (2/5): Be aware!!!! - terrible place. Check in Kiosk was out of order, I wasn’t able to checked in. i had to book a another hotel when i arrived. the hotel is almost impossible to find. i do not recomend this hotel. Be aware!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): 眺望は素敵だが、設備や環境には若干の不満 - 部屋から絶景が見れるプレミアダブルルームに宿泊。 眺めは抜群で、自分はカメラ仕掛けて昼から夜景に移るタイムラプス映像を残す事が出来た。 部屋の中にはシャワーと洗面台、ポット等。 トイレは共同なのは仕方ないが、ホテル情報にあった冷蔵庫は部屋のあった15Fには無し。4Fにも部屋があるらしいので、そちらにはあったかもしれないが、その点が不満。 またシャワーは23-8時の間は温水が出ないと書かれてたので、その点も残念。 そして眺望が良いのと引き換えに、外の自動車の音がかなりしており、アメニティにもあった耳栓が必須だった。 心配だった無人チェックインは、名前を端末に入力し、パスポートを読み込ませる事で問題無く入室できた。 駅からも遠くなく、眺望目的で泊まるのも良いが、設備には少し目を潰れる人向けか。

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good for overnight stay only minus comfort - Self check-in, no customer service. They should have made the self check-in system known. No gate code provided. The address said 4B but when I got there, other guests told me to go to 15/F to do check-in. The condition of the hotel was not as I expect it based on the photos posted. Shower area has worn-out flooring, shared toilet which was unexpected. The sliding door to balcony was so difficult to slide open. The previous guest left a used toothbrush by the sink, while they said the room has been disinfected and cleaned. The sheets were fresh but too wrinkled. Overall, this hotel is good for overnight sleeping only, minus any comfortability. The location is excellent though, accessible in the shopping district of Causeway Bay. Hotel should meticulously mention in the ad that this is more of a capsule hotel.
• H.J.H. (6/5): Matig hotel - De staat van de hotel is niet geweldig behalve de uitzicht vanaf de gemeenschappelijke balkon, die is geweldig. Gebrekkige en lekkende kranen. Lekkage op de vloer zelf opgeruimd, verder was er niet veel aan gedaan. Receptie is niet fysiek aanwezig, alles is geautomatiseerd.

• Yee Ping (6/5): - Self-check in, not much service. It's not clear when booking that the private room only has a shower and needs to use shared toilets. There are also small insects in the room. The hotel location and the view are great.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Besviken turist som bytte hotel! - Väldigt enkelt rum. Ingen toa på rummet och en handduk som var lika tjock som en disktrasa. Havs utsikten var bara i korridoren. Täcket liknade en sovsäck. Madrassen var väldigt tunn. Det kändes som jag sov på ett golv. Inget för mig! Allmänt struligt.
• teraoka (6/5): - 無人のゲストハウスです。ゲストハウスの割にはいい方ですが、ホテルをイメージするとガッカリ。 初めてだと場所や入り方が分からず不安かも。まずマンションのセキュリティー『4B』を鳴らしても開かない時もある。部屋は15階。しかも無人で機械でチェックイン。日本語対応してるが不安。あとトイレは共同。バスタオルは簡易の使い捨てバスタオル。バックパッカー並みに旅慣れた人向けです。 ただ立地はすごくよく、共同テラスだけはハーバービュー。テレビはない。ゲストハウスにしては清潔で清掃もしてくれます。

• MENG YI (10/5): - located to urban area in Wan Chai , to Causeway Bay MTR station only 5 mins , it's only taken 2 mins to the wellcome supermarket ,it's quite convenient. but it's close to the underwater tunnel and near the highway , it's very noisy.

• MJ (6/5): 캡슐호텔이라기보다 게스트하우스에 가까운 - 보통 캡슐호텔은 개인적인 성향이 강한데 이곳은 거실을 공유하고 있어서 게스트하우스 느낌이 나기도 했습니다. 성수기+주말이라 가격대비 비싸게 느껴졌어요.

The bed and bathroom very clean, the houseke is kind ! Ive stayed before in the famous chunking mansion in mong kok it was awful, l'etoile de mer is little bit more expensive but definitly worth it you get the best compromise between price and quality in the expensive city of Hong kong
• Verified traveler (8/5): キッチンが使えるので助かる！ - 初めてゲストハウスを利用しましたが、地下鉄駅から近いし設備が新しく清潔だったので快適に過ごせました。 キッチンの電子レンジや食器が利用できるので、朝は買ってきたごはんを温めることができ、水筒に暖かいお茶を用意することができたのも助かりました。また香港に来たら利用したいと思います。

• Dan (8/5): - The check-in process was difficult and unclear as to how to proceed, luckily there was another patron in the hall willing to help me as this is a self check-in hotel. The common area and the facility were above my expectations however the mattress in the pods was very thin so a good night sleep was out of the question.

• Alexis (6/5): Convenient location - Take the free H3 shuttle bus to Excelsior, the last stop. The hotel is down the street. Its on a corner. A little hard to find the entrance. It is not on the street facing the water, but side street next to pet shop. There is a door that you need to buzz in. When you hear the buzz, push the door. The machine's sensor wasn't working right. Luckily someone was there. Make sure you get there during the day incase you have problems getting in. It was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 面白い宿ですが、カプセルにしては高いかな - セルフでのチェックインに手間取りました。システム使用料と言われ、追加の支払いがありました。 カプセルの素材がやや柔く、中で動くと軋むことも。立地のせいもあるかと思いますが、割高感ありますね。
• Jason (4/5): This is a HOSTEL not a HOTEL - I have never stayed in a capsule room before, but heard about them and figured this would be a good chance to check them out. I have stayed in plenty of hostels and this is exactly what a hostel feels like. On Orbitz I narrowed my search down to Hotels only, and this place still showed up, which is why I booked the Capsule. The address is listed as Glouster Rd, but the entrance to this building is on Cannon St, just around the corner. You will get email instructions on how to BUZZ into the building. Head up to the 4th floor and use the automated check in system. In the email you get, there is QR code, use that to open the door, and don't use the paper receipt you get with a QR code (it doesn't work too quickly). The room itself looks like a 1 room apartment that the owner converted in this "hotel". There is a kitchen area, washroom with toilet and shower, a sitting area, and on 1 side are the 6 capsules (3 on the bottom, 3 on top) like bunk beds. Each capsule has lighting, AC, and locks form the inside. Glorified bunkbeds is what you, like in a hostel. They were very cool and something to try, but in the end they are just private bunk beds. There was also 1 room, for women only. Also 6 closets to lock your luggage into. In Hong Kong, the law says that if you hire a housekeeper, you have to provide them with sleeping arrangements. This "hotel" has a housekeeper, she is very nice. Does a great job keeping the place clean. She also sleeps on the couch in this hotel.
• OZER (8/5): Easy to access everywhere - It is good for a single traveler not for couples and better prices will be more attractive. Good to stay and good location but not a good value.
• Nikola (10/5): - Staying this seaview capsule hotel was amazing experience . It was a self-help system from check in to laundry to locker It also close to causeway bay MTR so that you can access all the city with excellent transpotation
• Dawsar (10/5): Great management and staff - booked and flew immediately to HK; upon arrival, I found out that expedia allowed my booking although there were no rooms; the hotel gave me the option for refund but it was midnight and i had nowhere to go. the hotel management and staff went out of their way and did all the possible to secure for me a place to sleep. Amazing people!
