• Adele (9/5): - The location was a bit far from the city, but very close to the beach. A bus stop was right next to the hotel so it was no issue getting to the city. The room was clean and quiet, if very basic with very little extra. The staff was absolutely lovely, always friendly and ready to help. The room was a bit on the smaller side, which would have been an issue if we had big suitcases or something, but it was good size for our purposes.

• Jens (8/5): Preiswertes Zimmer in Strandnähe, nur zu empfehlen - Sehr nah am Strand! Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und hat eine eigene Terasse. Diese ist durch einen hohen Zaun vom Gehweg getrennt. Das Bad war groß genug und auch sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich gewesen und hat uns auf alles hingewiesen. Es gibt kein Frühstück, aber das weiß man ja vorher. In Laufreichweite ist ein Spar-Supermarkt.

• EdytaK91 (8/5): - Do Cagliari przyleciałam ok godz. 23. Hotel zostawił mi klucz do pokoju w skrzynce zewnętrznej, więc nie było problemu z późnym przybyciem. Ręczniki i podstawowe kosmetyki w łazience. Super personel - bardzo życzliwy. Możliwość usługi sprzątania pokoju. Pościel i ręczniki czyste. Niedaleko jest sklep Spar (jakieś 3-5 minut pieszo). Bezpośrednio przy hotelu jest apteka (gdyby ktoś potrzebował). Blisko plaża (ok 2-3min.) W pokoju nie ma czajnika. Łóżko jak dla mnie mało wygodne (twarde).

• Lisa (7/5): - Perfect for a swimming holiday - too far to walk into down (which is what we did at the end of Oct); in the room: safe, fridge, toiletries provided Cheap - low-budget holiday Plastic windows + walls in the bathroom, windows in bathroom couldn't be opened (handles had been removed), full class front (pointing south in our case) heating up the room terribly (end of Oct = only 22° anyway, still stuffy + unbearably hot) but only one door to the patio may be opened (other door had an info sign glued onto the window frames); had to turn on the AC at night (which we hate doing bc we get sick whenever we use AC)

• Jude (10/5): Lovely modern hotel with all you need - There was nothing not to like at Hotel Poetto. We arrived early and were able to put our bags in the room so we headed to the beach, just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. As we are two friends travelling, we always ask for twin beds. We arrived to find the bed was a double, but no problem - by the time we returned from the beach our room had been changed to two singles without a fuss. Everything was clean, comfortable and well presented. We had a little courtyard and everything we needed. Parking was not available onsite but there is a free parking area opposite the hotel. It is busy but we scored a park and left our car there during our stay with no issues. This property is also a very easy drive to the airport. Across the road was a lovely restaurant Lo Speedo Sardo that I highly recommend. Also we had some amazing Limoncello’s at Caffe De Mar Cagliari across the road on the beach. The coffee and croissant at La Rotondina was superb! Thanks for an amazing stay. We loved it! Absolutely nothing. We were very appreciative of the hospitality and lovely clean space.

• Ramona (9/5): Mio terzo soggiorno qui - Premesso che è la terza volta che ci soggiorno, quindi posso fare una recensione/bilancio sottolineando nell'apposita sezione le migliorie che andrebbero effettuate, ma partiamo con quello che mi è piaciuto. Se vi interessa la spiaggia, vi conviene soggiornare qui, visto che le corse per visitare il centro storico sono piuttosto frequenti. La stanza, nel mio caso la 6, è una doppia colletti separati dotata di tutto l'occorrente: TV, scrivania, set di cortesia in bagno e un piccolo patio esterno con tavolo e sedia dove poter pranzare quando c'è un bel tempo: un po' stretti per due persone, ma se vi adattate, ci potrete anche stare. Pulizia top. Andrebbero riviste le prese ,che anche la scorsa volta erano lente, poi andrebbe sostituito l'aggeggio in gomma sulla maniglia per infilarci le chiavi e per finire, lo steccato adibito per delimitare il patio esterno, andrebbe riparato perché gli manca un pezzo. Purtroppo i tagliandini della colazione nel lido convenzionato stavolta non erano inclusi e bisognava pagarli 2,80 € cadauno, non ho ben capito se dovuto alla promozione di Booking o se per cambiamenti di politica interna della struttura. Ciò nonostante, se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo a Cagliari, è un hotel che sceglierei altre 1000 volte.

• Stephen (10/5): - Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, Lorenzo was excellent - we speak Italian but he also speaks English well, too. Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August. Will be back.
