- Anna Niworowska (1/5): Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAMY - lokalizacja (blisko lodowiska, rynku), piękna klatka schodowa w kamienicy Minusy w skrócie: brud w łazience (zarówno WC jak i prysznic były bardzo brudne), przykry zapach w pokoju, bardzo brudna, wyraźnie już używana (pełna okruchów, wygnieciona, o przykrej woni) pościel, zimno w pokoju i łazience (grzejniki nie miały nawet pokręteł do regulacji/ włączenia ogrzewania). Podróżując w 2 osoby na 1 noc, płacąc 240zł za pokój w hostelu oczekiwałyśmy pokoju skromnego, acz czystego i ciepłego. Pościel, jak i całe wyposażenie, mogłaby być sprana, nadgryziona zębem czasu, byle była czysta i o świeżym zapachu. To miała być jedna noc przed zawodami łyżwiarskimi, więc chciałyśmy jedynie przespać się gdzieś blisko od lodowiska, nie zależało nam na ŻADNYCH luksusach, a jedynie na ciepłym miejscu, w którym nie będzie brudu i bardzo intensywnego, przykrego zapachu. Niestety nasze oczekiwania (wydawać by się mogło, że bardzo niskie) były zdecydowanie za wysokie. Spać musiałyśmy w kurtkach i pod dodatkowymi kocami. Wszystkie nasze ubrania przesiąkły "wonią" pościeli. Z WC bałyśmy się korzystać - po przejechaniu czystym papierem po siedzisku, papier był brunatny od brudu i wilgoci. Niestety, ale obiekt odradzamy każdemu. Za 120zł/noc od osoby można znaleźć wiele obiektów w Krakowie, więc nie można w tym przypadku odpowiedzieć, że zapłaciłyśmy "grosze".

Nie doświadczyłem żadnych przerw ani wahań w dostawie ciepłej wody w łazience jednoosobowej. Łazienka jest regularnie sprzątana. Personel był uprzejmy i uprzejmy. Odalardaki kalorifer hiç yanmıyor. Kar yadığı zamanda bile kaloriferler yanmadı. Ranzalarda perde (mahremiyet) yoktur!! Banyo ve tuvalet çok soğuktu. Mutfak çook kötüydü, temiz değildi. Çarşaf, yorgan ve yastık kılıfları çok eskiydi. Kullanım ömrünü tamamlamış ürünlerdi. The heaters in the rooms never worked. Even when it was snowing, they didn't work. The bunk beds have no curtains (no privacy)!! The bathroom and toilet were very cold. The kitchen was filthy and dirty. The sheets, duvet, and pillowcases were very old and had reached the end of their lifespan. Grzejniki w pokojach nigdy nie działały. Nawet gdy padał śnieg, nie działały. Łóżka piętrowe nie mają zasłon (brak prywatności)!! W łazience i toalecie było bardzo zimno. Kuchnia była brudna i szorstka. Prześcieradła, kołdry i poszewki na poduszki były bardzo stare i dobiegły końca.

- Jose Miguel (1/5): No es un Hostel, es un Albergue para ser exacto. - La ubicación. Esta cerca de todo. La atención fue muy buena. Principalmente la gente que se alojaba en el hostal. Según mi opinión no es un Hostal, sino un „albergue „ para personas que no tienen donde vivir. Las camas, el tamaño de las piezas fue demasiado pequeño, la limpieza, el orden.

- Руслана (8/5): Хорошая комната за такие деньги - Хорошее расположение, к историческому центру 5-10 минут пешком. Хостел находится в квартире жилого дома, в этом есть своя атмосфера. Низкая цена. Для путешественников, которые едут в Краков гулять по городу, ездить в другие интересные места за пределы города и возвращаться вечером просто переночевать, это идеальный вариант по соотношению цены и качества. Женщина на рецепшн разговаривает на украинском и русском языке, что для гостей из бывшего Союза очень удобно. При необходимости к ней всегда можно обратиться с какими-то вопросами, она поможет Скрипела кровать, под окнами железнодорожные пути. Возможно, кому-то это будет мешать спать. Но так как я всегда путешествую с берушами и маской для сна, лично для меня это не было проблемой. Номер и места общего пользования не новые, но чистота поддерживается. И нужно понимать, что если бы был свежий ремонт, то и цена была совершенно другой.

- Zoe (8/5): - Great place to stay when on a budget! It is easy to navigate and get about when exploring Kraków's old town. I came for just a couple of nights as a light traveller stopping off briefly on part of a longer journey. For my purposes, this hostel was perfect and ideal! Because the hostel is staffed for limited hours, I wouldn't recommend if you have high standards for cleaning. Guests are expected to respect the property and tidy after themselves, so I recommend bringing slippers, both as a means of keeping it clean, and in the case of sharing the dorm with people wearing dirty shoes! It is cleaned daily, and the staff lady was very friendly. Facilities are basic. There is one toilet and one shower, and one small kitchen area. One thing to be aware of is that the hostel is located on the second floor of a townhouse, so I wouldn't recommend if you bring heavy luggage or have mobility issues. Tldr: Fantastic budget hostel for short visits!
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Nothing. We didn’t even stay in the ‘hostel’ because it was so dirty and cramped. It’s not actually a hostel, it’s a small apartment in which they have put too many bunk beds in. There is only one toilet and one shower for all the people staying there. The room we were given smelled and it was dirty, there was mould and dirt on our bed and there were bugs on the bed. It felt like people were living there permanently, all their belongings in the room. There were traces of fingernails on the floor and a lot of dirt in the room, it smelled musty and strongly of body odour and marijuana. The lockers we were given were too small to keep our things in and they were also dirty. We spent ten minutes in this place and booked somewhere else. The apartment is in a building on the top floor and when we arrived, we hadn’t been given the code and were waiting outside for some time, we had tried to call the hostel but no answer on the buzzer. Only for another resident in the building entering, we wouldn’t have been able to access it. It is located in a quite run down area at the end of the alley way, when we left there was one male outside the building who made us uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend to any female travellers as it seems to be more of an older male residency.

Die betten waren nicht sauber und wurden nicht frisch bezogen, wenn ein Gast gegangen war. Es gab kein Frühstück und keinen Aufenthaltsraum. Nie Wieder !!!

- Terho (1/5): Disgusting creepy dorms visit. - The place was dirty and right next to trains passing by which was super loud. The place is at overcapacity and staff is some crazy Karen who attacks customers with her grandsons at middle of the night if there's repeat business. I got food poisoning from the poorly cleaned forks and water machine, then staff framed it as being drunk when I had to puke and they used that as excuse to kick me out. They were also saying stuff like we can do this "because nobody cares in Poland". I got told they got nice people but then it's actually just these silently.staring nazi skinheads. The place is disgusting and their owners are borderline criminal.

- Joanna (1/5): I don't recomment it - it's dirty and stinky and there's just 1 bathroom for everybody. - The lady who attended me was very nice. The place is horrible dirty and lacks ventilation so it stinks like hell. There's just 1 BATHROOM for the whole hostel. Never again.

- Alexander (2/5): It's literally just slums. Don't unless you have no other options. - There wasn't a lot to like. No sign inside for the hostel. No desk for sign in. One of the guests had to get the employee from here room. The bed made me itch. It was in a very run down building in an area that looked like slums. I will not stay there again.

I ve been offended (swearing words) by the owner/manager to be cheap (i just asked if there were more bathroom/showers) She refuse to give me the key for the locker as 'she needs one hour of her time to go make another one' ( I finally got it reminding her I was paying 40aud per night for such a bad place) 2 girls in my room have been sexually harrassed by a guy that works there (the night before I arrived) but they were too scared to go to the police. The owner/manager chased me on the street at 11 am yelling at me (what a shame she was swearing and calling me in any bad way!) that she wanted her key back (I left it on the locker) Not to mention the place is very dirty, just one shower(very dirty) and one toilet (omg I never used it I prefered to go to a bar) for all the guest My bed was already been used I guess, I was so tired I had a nap and then left. There is no one ever at reception(even tho she lives there in one of the room, no one checked my id when I got there, just a sms with the code for the door and the number of my bed I paid for 2 nights I just stayed one cause all Krakow was fully booked, lost the money because is not refundable (of course) but honestly this place shouldn't be on bookings, shouldn't be sponsored or suggested.If I think about how crazy is that lady that works there I still feel frightened (Staring at me with crazy eyes and screaming god knows what both in english and polish, after that I went to my room trying to rest she came in slamming the door putting the lights on and keep screamin omg) Do Not Go There Do Not Go There
