• Ana (4/5): Not happy. - Staff Stayed for 3 nights. Nobody came and clean the room or change the bedsheets no extra towels and toilet paper was very limited. You have to go and get the tissue paper. There is a parking but very limited. Entrance road going in to the hotel is like driving into an off road. Remote control was not even working had to asked for batteries but still didn’t work. Wi-fi was very slow. The bed was made out of wood and its making a lot of noise when you move. I just don’t find it clean. When brushing your teeth you can taste the water a little salty. It was not normal for me.

Nababantayan namin ang mga kids habang nag su swimming. • Isagani (10/5): We will definitely come back and stay there again it’s close to everything shops, beach,7-Eleven and many more - Has sockets both sides, with side tables comfortable bed, has tv, mini fridge, electric kettle, there’s water refill in the reception area , our room has terrace, 2 pools, only missing hangers in the closet, our ceiling fan not working but the AC is cold split type inverter. bathroom has toiletries with good water pressure hot and cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a brownout 4am and we are not able to use our CPAP, they dont have generator and wiah they do. maybe in the future to have a wheelchair ramp for disabled.

Комната уютная, чистая, есть терраса, и выход с неё был прямо к бассейну, что тоже очень классно. Персонал хороший 👍 Нет прямого выхода на пляж.

Toilet paper were not enough for a 4 days stay (2-3 persons in the room). There was no complimentary coffee, creamer or tea although there is a boiling kettle available.

A good alternative to the expensive hotels along Alona beach if you are staying only for a night or two. It's near stores and restaurants. The pool is clean and good for a dip after a hot day.

• Gulzhan (9/5): We had a good stay! - The location was great, 10-15 mins to the beach and main road. The staff were very friendly. It had two swimming pools that we enjoyed a lot. One of them is under trees so it’s very convenient on very hot days. Also they offered good tours. The first day we checked in, there were many little ants. They offered to clean the room every day or change the room. Also, the internet was quite slow. They didn’t clean the swimming pool often. The toilet flush was weak.

• Charmaine Colleen (2/5): Overall, while the apartment's location and pool were pleasant, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made for a d - Location is good just 10 mins walk to the beach. I recently stayed at this apartment in Bohol, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the location is convenient and the pool is just right, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the apartment was quite dirty. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition, with rusty pots and pans, and the kitchen countertop had broken tiles. The towels provided were sometimes dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the outside area was overly pebbled, making it uncomfortable to walk around. When I requested cleaning service, I was informed that they don’t clean after 4 PM. Unfortunately, due to our delayed flight, we arrived at 10 PM, and I felt it was too late to argue about it. On the second day, when cleaning was finally done, I found that even the bed sheets were missing, and I had to go to reception to request a blanket. Compounding the issues, the toilet was clogged and required a plunger to fix. The shower heater was also inconsistent; it worked for the first two days, then stopped for two days before functioning again. To top it all off, we experienced a blackout one night during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. While the place might be acceptable for locals, I don't believe it meets the standards expected by international tourists. Traveling with three young children, I expected a clean and livable environment, but unfortunately, this apartment did not meet those basic standards. I appreciate the affordable rate, but cleanliness and maintenance should never be compromised. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

• PATRICIA (8/5): Buena experiencia - La localización es perfecta, te permite ir andando al centro. Tiene unas piscinas super bonitas y es muy acogedor para ir en pareja. También, buen servicio de alquiler de moto y a buen precio. Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas y un poco sucias.
