• Irina (10/5): Прекрасный отель! Вернемся еще не раз 👍🏻 - Отель прекрасный! Особенно термы под открытым небом. Это фишка отеля. Мы в отеле остановились второй раз (первый зимой пару лет назад и вот теперь в мае). Обе поездки превосходные! Вкусное питание (мы выбрали завтраки + ужины). Парковочных мест досрочно. Вечером работает анимация (в том числе живая музыка). В отеле контингент люди среднего и преклонного возраста. Детей почти нет, потому тихо и спокойно. Также у отеля есть зеленая территория (можно в самую жару посидеть в тени деревьев с книгой). До травертинов Памуккале всего 10 минут на авто. А в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля есть магазинчики, кафе и продаются фрукты. Также при заезде всегда комплимент от отеля тарелка с фруктами в номер. В номерах слабенький wi-fi

• Anton (7/5): На одну-две ночи норм. - Отель отлично расположен, в нескольких километрах от Памуккале. Удобная кровать, чистое белье, чистый бассейн. Очень удобные диваны в лобби. В отеле много отдыхающих преклонного возраста, при этом ванной комнате стоит ванна достаточно высокая, в которую довольно трудно будет пожилому человеку зайти. Общая картинка приятная, но в мелочах есть проблемы, например шатающиеся смесители, следы то ли гряди то ли плесени в ванной, грязные стекла в переходах в бассейне. Отель Проходной, люди приезжают часто на одну ночь, при этом официанты в столовой настолько чопорные, что как будто бы не соответствует месту.

Чистота в номере. Не понравился завтрак, странный выбор блюд, не было ожидаемых яичниц или омлета, блинчиков или вафлей, нарезки. Еда была скорее санаторная оздоровительная. Спа центр немного устаревший, на мой вкус.

Este establecimiento se estructura en bloques de habitaciones. No se dignó ni a acompañarnos al bloque donde estaba nuestra habitación. Poco amable y nada cortés El responsable del restaurante. Nada amable, soberbio y antipático. Le pedí un zumo y su respuesta fue "Todo se acaba a las 10". Ténganlo en cuenta. La orientación de este hotel es hacia grandes grupos y adolece de un trato próximo característico de los turcos. Es caro para lo que ofrece. Por cierto, si quieres un chocolate, tienes que pagarlo aparte. No volveré.

The hotel has sulfur thermal water and a spa inside, which made the experience even more relaxing. The reception staff were polite, respectful, and quick to help with any requests. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking to take some time for themselves and enjoy a hotel that pays attention to every detail. It offers a spa with complimentary access to mud treatments and thermal waters, an outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, evening live music entertainment, free parking, and truly spectacular cuisine that caters to all tastes and dietary needs — from European to local — both at breakfast and dinner. Even their afternoon tea break was nothing short of surprising. • Location: Very close to the Pamukkale and Hierapolis site, the property is set in a spacious area — a true wellness oasis. • Room: Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, cool, with a TV screen integrated into the wall (super nice), and easily accessible (with elevator and ramps). • Staff: 5-star service. • Wellness center: Possibility to book massages until closing time (11 PM). • YASUYUKI (3/5): 高速道路が延びたため行きやすくなったホテル - 夕食時の音楽は非常に良かったです。 6015室のWi-Fiは非常に弱く途中で切れることが多々あった。トイレの水量も非常に弱く一度では流すことが出来ない水量だった。また、タオルが準備されておらずフロントに連絡したが、全く対応してい頂けないかった。仕方なく清掃員に直接確認しようと思ったが、英語がしゃべれないと言われ、トルコ語で確認したところ1時間後に準備すると言われた。 温泉に行った後に部屋にはタオルが届いていたが、余り良い気分になれなかった。チェックインを担当して頂いたフロントのスタッフ以外は対応は悪かった。

• Margo (9/5): Nice stay at Pam Thermal Hotel - The room was very nice with complementary water and fruit in the room when we arrived. The bed was comfortable. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. Loved the thermal pools, sauna, and steam room access. The buffet is extensive! Like most buffets much of the food is average with a few standouts at each meal. We enjoyed the complementary coffee hour in the afternoon and entertainment options in the evening. The bathroom is pretty dated, but fine. I was excited to try the mineral water spout in the bathtub but could only get cold water. The dining room lighting is quite bright, might be nice to have a little "mood lighting", especially since we weren't allowed to take the rest of our beers that we purchased at dinner downstairs to finish in the bar/lobby are, which we found odd. Alcoholic drink prices are pretty steep. Also seems like they should provide you with the swimming cap they require you to wear in the thermal pools; it's only ~$1, but still seems kind of silly for what you're paying per night. Overall, just minor things and can highly recommend a relaxing stay at this hotel!
• Евгения (10/5): - Отличный отель со своим термальным источником и бюветом с минеральной водой. На территории отеля открытый термальный каскадный бассейн и крытый. А также бассейн с обычной водой. В открытом термальном бассейне есть минеральная глина. Это не грязь! как многие пишут, а именно глина. Эффект скорее косметический. В крытом бассейне есть джакузи. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить отель за просто идеальную чистоту в номерах. Я давно не встречала, чтобы настолько было чисто. Питание разнообразное. Но на мой взгляд не очень вкусное для отеля 5 звёзд. Голодными не останетесь. А вот десерты были вкусные. Мы брали полный пансион, но думаю, что полупансиона было бы достаточно. В отель каждый вечер на 1 ночь привозят туристов в рамках их туров по Турции. Утром туристы уезжают дальше. Были 8 ночей и хочу поблагодарить отель за отличный отдых. Хотелось бы, чтобы еда была повкуснее.

Please keep until 23:00, this is a big plus, swimming in the night in hot pools is so very nice experience. I also want outpoint the professionality of the hole hotel staff, they work very hard especially in the dinner room and downstair in the bar and pool outside. We stayed in a room with jacuzzi bath, room was good but bath was a little care worn, would benefit from a refit. Restaurant is a high volume turn around catering for oriental guests so food is plentiful but different.
• Ivan (10/5): - Apa geotermala, a acestui hotel este principala sursa pentru care vin aproape in fiecare luna din vara. In rest este curat , personalul este in regula, iar masa este destul de diversificata sub supravegherea unui chef destul de intransigent. Semnalul Wifi destul de slab.

La réceptionniste aux cheveux longs et blanc était que dans le négatif. Elle nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de service de change et pas de service de navette pour l'aéroport. Pourtant, c'est dans le descriptif. Dommage de tomber sur une personne qui nous a sûrement mal informé.

• T6596ZMpaulw (6/5): Not as good as we had hoped for - The main building and residence blocks are quite beautiful and the thermal pool is invigorating; however, the staff are not all properly trained and we did not meet one who was fluent in English. Although generally we love Turkish food, here we were disappointed. Perhaps it was just too authentic and not toned down to touristic tastes. The room had a number of deficiencies in terms of provisions, although the staff were quick to supply what we needed, once they actually understood what we were asking for. The place was generally noisy from morning till late at night, so it was not what you would describe as restful. One particular irritant was that the restaurant manager took a photograph of my drink, if I ordered spirits. Is that customary ?
• Sun Jung (9/5): 뜨끈뜨근 온천에 몸을 지지세요. - 여행 막바지에 뜨끈뜨근함 온천을 즐길 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 벌룬투어도 호텔 통해서 잘 예약했습니다. 유럽 온천은 미지근한 곳이 대부분인데 머리를 차갑고 몸은 뜨겁고 너무 좋았어요. 시설이 낡았다는 이야기가 있었는데 괜찮는 정도였습니다. 방도 업그레이드 해 주시고 웰컴 과일 바구니고 주셨어요. 아이들도 어른들도 모두 잘 지내고 갑니다. 하프보드여서 조식 석식이 포함되어 있었는데 식사가 좀 더 다양하면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 저녁시간에 가수? DJ분이 노래 부르면서 공연을 하는데 너무 큰 소리로 오랫동안해서 먹다가 체할 것 같앗어요. 가족들과 대화도 거의 할 수 없었구요, 결국 제대로 못 먹고 방에 왔네요. 저 말고 다른 외국인도 너무 한다면서 리셉션에 항의하는데 그 음악소리에 묻혀서 서로 못알아 먹는 상황. 릴렉싱하러 온천호텔 올 텐데 조금 편안한 음악이 나와도 좋을 것 같아요. (다만 현지의 나이 있으신 부인들은 상당히 좋아하시며 춤추심.)

La camera é spaziosa e pulita, in stile moderno. Il bagno é funzionale e ben accessoriato. Ci sono accappatoi per le terme. Le vasche con l’argilla sono a temperature diverse. Ci sono anche servizi di hammam, bagno turco, sauna e palestra tutto incluso. La cena era buona ma non spettacolare. Rapporto qualita prezzo per la zona ottimo. Il cibo potrebbe essere un po più curato o la colazione. Il caffé é un po scadente.

• Marcelina (9/5): Great spa, should explore the nearby town market - The SPA was great and we also really enjoyed exploring the local market. A lot of food available. Despite the wide selection of food my brother ate what it turned out to be an uncooked piece of meat and unfortunately suffered from food poisoning.
• ILEANA NORA (9/5): Ideal para combinar la visita a Pamukkale con relajación! - Las piscinas termales, el baño turco, los masajes (un poco caros, pero relajantes!) y la comida excelente!! Nos obsequiaron un plato de frutas a nuestro ingreso :) los precios elevados del buffet de playa
