- Verified traveler (8/5): Πολύ καλό ποιοτικό, χρειάζεται έμπειρο προσωπικό - Καθαρό καλό πρωινό αλλά υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την εμπειρία του προσωπικού στην διαχείρηση του πελάτη. Τι δωμάτιο θα δώσουν εάν καλύπτει τις βασικές του ανάγκες κτλ . Ενώ πηγαίνω παρα πολλές φορές εκεί κάθε φορά τα ίδια θέματα ενώ θεωρητικά τα έχουμε ξεκαθαρίσει την προηγούμενη φορά. Πρόβλημα η αλλαγή του προσωπικού

- Yulia (8/5): Гамма СПБ - Сам отель - хороший, но расположен не очень в приятном районе Санкт-Петербурга. Также не советую брать стандартный номер, т.к. окна выходят во внутрь здания. Завтрак великолепный и сервис хороший.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Dieses Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Super stylische Zimmer die für ein Boutique Hotel sehr gross sind und alles bieten was man sich wünschen kann. Das Restaurant bietet Gastronomie auf hohem Niveau und wenn man Shishas liebt, liebt man die Bar. Beste Shisha die wir je hatten. Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist okay, nicht perfekt aber zu Fuss in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

- Alexander (10/5): Dubai-känsla - Allt var fantastiskt! Man fick en känsla av att man var i Dubai. Städningen var utan anmärkning, inredningen var på topp med marmorliknande plattor och fin belysning. Man märkte direkt att hotellet var angelägna att hålla allt i toppklass! Städning gjordes tvånget per dag: en gång morgon och en gång kväll. Personalen var trevliga och hälsade alltid förutom en äldre vakt i dörren som verkade vara ett slags eko från Sovjettiden men annars så var allt på topp. Ska vara ärlig och säga att jag hade inte väntat mig att hotell i den prisklassen kan hålla så hög kvalité! När jag åker till Sankt Petersburg kommer jag definitivt stanna där igen!

- PaulineY. (10/5): - Gamma Hotel is a very modern and clean hotel. The property is decorated beautifully, Our room was quite large and had a separate sitting room. Bed was very comfortable , sheets were soft and smelled good. This hotel is elegant and very comfortable. The clientele are mostly Russian. In case you are like me and don't want to be in the middle of a hundred tourists. Breakfast was priced well and had every thing you might like. The coffee tasted great. The front desk staff were very helpful especially Ruslan and Vera. Alexander, in Concierge was amazing in helping us getting Russian Folk dance tickets, he also helped us with getting fab gifts from the gift shop. I also had a massage , Olga was great. Hotel is about 20 minutes from Airport (not in rush hours) . This hotel is truly a five star hotel. The only flaw is that is not close to any shopping areas. But, in my opinion it is well worth it to spend 8 dollars for a taxi and go where you will like. Also, they really can use a business center.

- Aljona (8/5): Красивый отель! - Отель выбирали тщательно,так любим Питер,и первое на что обращаем внимание на интерьер гостиницы.И вот нашли красивый интерьер ,новый построен 2018 ,тут мы ещё не были.И приехав в отель наши ожидания оправдались,холл не обычный ,шикарно был украшен в период новогодних праздников.Завтраки вкусные ,разнообразные ,шампанское ,икра,даже блинчики жарили.Геолакация ,да далеко от центра,но 5минут до метро и 10 минут езды и ты уже на Площади Восстания.В номерах убирали каждый день.Возникший вопрос ,решили .Вернемся ещё раз в этот отель,чтобы наши ожидания удвоились.Рекомендуем Гамму!Оценка 9 из 10 баллов!

- Arthur Antoine Jean Marie (6/5): Lack of professionalism - The hotel looks nice and brand new with a beautiful lobby. Single room is decent but the bathroom is definitely not well structured and always flood. The most annoying point is the room service and lack of professionalism. I just ordered a burger and had to wait 50 min for it, they forgot cutlery and did not bring a food tray. The breakfast is bad, frozen food, uncooked bacon and old bread. The coffee machine was broken twice during the two breakfast we had. The staffs look helpless and could not provide alternative (despite having an other coffee machine in the bar), we could not have hot water for tea as well. My room was not cleant despite stained on the bed sheet. I was not given more soap and shampoo despite calling them twice for it. The staffs need to be trained properly, and the standing of the hotel should also correspond to the service.

- Anne (8/5): Visit to St Petersburg - Excellent, brand new hotel, very stylish, friendly and helpful staff. Very close (approx. 7 minutes) from train and metro stations. The neighbourhood doesn't offer much in terms of entertainment, dinner of drinks, but the hotel has a restaurant and a bar; we found the latter to lack atmosphere, maybe because it's so new, so I'd recommend enjoying entertainment, food or drinks in other parts of St Petersburg, before coming back to the hotel.

- Tijana (8/5): Comfortable and beautiful but not a great location - I choose Gamma hotel based on reviews and the fact that the hotel is brand new. The hotel definitely met our expectations when it comes to the great design of interior and comport. Like all new business there ware few things that ware not as well managed. Staff is trying hard but there so much to work out. Internet is bad and inconsistent. We ware treated coffee and tea one day and charged next day. I guess the worse for us was the location of the hotel. There is nothing in the walking distance and the hotel is in the construction area between the construction site and some storage area. Still, if the clean comfortable room is your priority and you don’t mind dealing with many taxi rides for everything you want to do in St Petersburg, it’s a good place to stay.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 少し使いづらい - 新しく清潔感があります。 近くに大きなスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。 エントランスホールは吹き抜けになっていて広く、凝った造りです。 そのせいか、部屋が狭く感じた。 ホテルの無料wifiをいつも使用しているが、 今回初めてwifiが、システム上使えなかったのが、残念でした。 部屋に避難経路マップがありませんでした。
- yoosun (6/5): 깨끗한 호텔 - 조금 깨끗한 숙소를 원해서 시내중심과는 약간 떨어진곳에 숙소를 구했는데 지하철역이 걸어서 3분이어서 괜찮았어요 생신지 얼마 안되어서 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았어요 다만 주위에 뭐가 없어서 아쉬웠어요
