Abbiamo preso con colazione compresa ma era veramente scarsa e con poca scelta con la signora chd controllava cosa prendevi , sala molto piccola non vale il prezzo. • ASP (2/5): Pas un retour - J'ai fait une réservation via hôtel.com Impossible de récupérer la clé de la chambre j'ai dû attendre une trentaine de minutes et on m'a demandé de payer une centaine d'euros en plus alors que j'avais déjà tout payé. Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de lumière, il y avait de l'électricité pour charger le téléphone mais pas pour être éclairé. Le personnel est au courant de ce problème mais l'hôtel n'a pas précisé ce problème via hotel.com

• Paulo (4/5): MUITO RUIM - Hotel de baixa qualidade. Tudo automatizado e de qualidade ruim. Não vale o que cobra. Deveria cobrar 25 euros, no máximo, pelo tipo de hotel que eles criaram. Chegamos noite, por volta de 20hs, e não havia um ser humano trabalhando no hotel. De manhã havia dois jovens muito simpáticos, é verdade. Mas na noite anterior, uma voz pelo comunicador dava instruções para abrir, com tom irritado do outro lado da linha. Talvez porque eu não falo francês e perguntei em inglês). O quatro minúsculo: mal cabia a cama (não sei como eles construíram um banheiro no cantinho - devia ter 1 metro quadrado. Cama dura, lençol e cobertas que passavam pouca segurança sobre limpeza. Café da manhã muito simples (mas aí ainda vai, pelo que se propõe: um hotel de viajantes rápidos). No geral, fica a nítida impressão de que os proprietários fizeram ali um caça níqueis: economizam com falta de pessoal para atender, nos espaços na qualidade do material, conforto, mas cobram cerca de 90 euros por noite. NÃO VALE O QUE COBRAM

• Emily (6/5): - I would rate this property average. The property has what it needs but nothing extra. It is quite a walk to the main part of town, but it is doable. There are not many options nearby for dining. Overall, it was easy to check in/out and I felt safe staying at the property.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Everything was good except one employee who were in charge for 1st day. I understand there is a rule for the hotel. However, even if she verified that I alreday paid for entire my hotel fee and learned it remains only taxes, she rejected to open the main gate for hotel. Yet the card reader machine didn't work for more than 10 minutes. I should have let the car outside just next to the road like that. I suggested to pay in cash but as this is not the hotel policy, she rejected again. It would be better if she took the money as a warranty and when the machine works correctly she can give it back. And for more surprise, I stayed 3 days and 4 nights, main gate was always opened except the day I arrived. So I think she was the problem. I don't know she acted like this because I am not European or she is slow naturally but it wasn't pleasant experiences 😮‍💨 Other than that, my stays were so good.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great Stay! - Check in was very easy. The room was clean when I arrived with two towels. However, surfaces such as the desk and bathroom were dusty. I really enjoyed that cleaning services came in everyday to make the bed and bring in fresh towels. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again if I returned.

Room is clean and house keeping daily which is rare these days… Very near the bus terminal so access to city centre is very convenient and cheap…There’s machines where you can order take out meals ranging from simple pizza and sandwiches to a more elaborate menu and be sent to the hotel.. there was even Halal options which is very much welcome… there’s drinks and snack machine and also a microwave oven at the reception… very efficient service.

• Stine Elisabeth (6/5): Nothing to write home about - Self check in with problems because the gate was closed. And no parking place until you find out how to get in. Wich ment you were in the way for other trafficants. The gate, the entrance and the room entrance was with code you got when you checked in. Therefore we just left with out checking out because we didnt think it was nessesary?? The room was dirty, but no noice at all eventhougt the highway was right outside. The automate for snack and coffee was out of service. The price was way to high for your money value.

• Juan-Francisco (10/5): - Este hotel está muy cercano a la terminal de autobuses Tritón en Aix-en-Provence, lo que hace muy conveniente si estás viajando por este medio. Está bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad, por lo que si no te gusta caminar no lo recomiendo, aproximadamente 35 min. El lugar está bien, limpio, confortable, aire acondicionado, con todo lo necesario para pasar la noche bien. Ofrece desayuno adicional bastante bien.

• christine (6/5): Décevant - De nombreuses erreurs sur le site de hôtel.com. L'hôtel n'est pas du tout en centre ville. Erreur d'adresse sur le plan qui ne nous conduit pas du tout à cet hôtel. D'un côté l'autoroute, de l'autre un énorme chantier: construction d'une route et d'un pont, travaux dès 7h30 le matin! Juste devant la fenêtre de notre chambre.

• Roddy (8/5): Hotel near Aix en Provence - One needs to plan bus travel in advance to the hotel otherwise it is a 3 km walk from the centre, and on Sundays about one an hour and none in the evenings
• Valerie (6/5): - Biggest complaint is that the hotel claimed to be in walking distance to everything. The Center was a 10 minute drive through construction. I would not recommend walking. It was just off the Autovon, but do not go without a car.

• Dr G (8/5): Small room but excellent Wi-Fi - Overall pretty good. Best Wi-Fi speeds from all hotels. Noisy air con. Area could be quieter from a traffic viewpoint. Bit of a walk from the station but doable. Carrefour city 15 min walk away. Would stay again.
