- Charles (10/5): - Everything good about the hotel. Was an overnight between international flights. Only confusing thing was hotel shuttle is a tram in the airport not a bus. Just needs to be clearer on expedia.

The staff is very helpful and take the time to answer questions regarding the various transportation options to CDG. The room was very clean, new but a bit cold. The airport shuttle was on-time and very helpful. I was too early to try to breakfast but it is in the lobby as are the cafe/bar. A good choice for an early flight out of CDG.

Rooms clean. My last stay had a clogged sink, but staff is not going to know unless the previous guest reported. Time before that was noisy shower plumbing. Easy access back to all trains and ground transport

- Anne (8/5): - The room was small but it had what I needed. It was very convenient to the airport ehich was the reason I chose it. I had a frustrating dining experience for both dinner and breakfast. I waited 2 hours for dinner as the wasitress forgot to put in our order. We were starving. When they reslized their mistake, they offered us one drink. We protested and after 10 minutes they finally comped the meal. Breakfast hours were 6am ,-11am. I got there at 7:30 and got the last of the scrambled eggs. When my travel partner arrived at 8:30, eggs were no longer offered..check in and put was seamless.

- William (10/5): Great option near the airport - Modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location for early morning flights out of CDG. The included breakfast started at 6 AM and the hotel is a short walk to the shuttle train serving the airport terminals.

- SCOTT (10/5): - One of the main reasons for choosing this location is its proximity to the parking shuttle (cdgval) we didn't need a taxi or bus to take us to and from the terminals which included the RER blue line to Paris city central
- Annette (10/5): Easy access to airport - Enjoyed staying here so close to the CDG airport so I could easily take the free shuttle (a light rail system). Delicious food in the restaurant with very attentive service! Would stay here again!

- Jennifer (8/5): - Hard to figure out how to get to the hotel via the train. Not clear that a train is a shuttle and not a bus. Taken by airline mobility assistance to a bus stop where I waited an hour before finding out I had to use the CDG VAL. I have mobility problems and I was trying to walk with luggage. It was a very tiring experience and went right to bed and only got up for breakfast. Was to weary to go to Roissy!

- Kazeem (8/5): - A very good hotel to lodge. Proximity to the airport and availability of train shuttle to/from airport terminals made the hotel a unique location. However, room service would make the hotel a better place. Also, breakfast being served could be better than what was experienced.

Shuttle service is convenient but I couldn’t use It on the way in because the hotel sent just a pretty nonsensical diagram and then didn’t answer when I tried to call to figure out where to go to catch it. Hotel itself is pretty dirty and rundown. My room reeked of smoke and as an asthmatic when I woke up I was feeling pretty terrible. The last straw was a spot of what looked like literal human blood on the door handle to the bathroom. If it wasn’t the middle of the night, I might’ve changed hotels.
