• Silvia (10/5): - La struttura è ampia e piacevole, il letto ampio e comodo. La televisione è Smart consentendo di vedere anche serie e film da varie piattaforme e il microonde e il frigo sono stati molto comodi e utilizzati. L’host è molto cordiale e accogliente, ci ha messo a disposizione anche un Phon nonostante non ci fosse scritto sulle dotazioni. La posizione dell’alloggio è comoda per chi come noi avevamo pochi giorni e volevamo girare l’isola da nord a sud.
• Finn Explores (7/5): - The apartment was nice and convenient, good to have a laundry machine as I was travelling light. Very nice host although only speak Spanish. The area was a bit dead, many places closed because of the holidays. Would have been a nightmare without rental car. Also the bed is 2 single that do not stay together, as a single traveller you end up in the valley in between.

• Edward (8/5): A very welcoming host and excellent value - A very welcoming host, with an apartment which was fully equipped for cooking etc.. Lots of maps and the host was very helpful, working things out even though he only spoke Spanish. Nothing!
• Juan (1/5): Asco - La tele y la cama Todo a base de alargos después la lavadora para quitar el agua tiene que meter el tubo en el wc después todo sucio el agua y el desagüe del fregadero de la cocina sin agua caliente un olor a cloaca insoportable muebles de cuarto de aseo rotos sucio una vergüenza no me explico cómo publican estos cuchitriles Si leen este comentario no estoy ni fumado ni borracho Es una estafa

• Karolina (9/5): - Gospodarz - starszy Pan na początku spisał wszystko- zrobił zdjęcie dowodu osobistego- pokazał, co i gdzie w mieszkaniu/apartamentem ciężko to nazwać) i do dnia wyjazdu na oczy go nie widzieliśmy Minusem mieszkania był fakt, że chyba nie bylo sprzątane od roku - wszędzie kurz, wręcz brud- pierwsze godziny to bylo generalne sprzątanie łącznie z myciem lodówki, szafek itp. /pościel i ręczniki były czyste/. Okolica fajna ' wszędzie blisko i do oceanie, do centrum jak i pobliskich sklepów Brudny pokój a w nim zapuszczone szafie, lodówka. To nie byl tylko kurz, który wiadomo zbiera się.

• Manish (8/5): Good place to stay. - Nice little studio. Excellent WiFi and smart TV with international channels. Friendly host. Good location for both the bus station and port. Kitchette had microwave and 1 x electric hob.

• mauricio (5/5): Mejorable - La ubicación estaba bien y tenía farmacia y tiendas cercanos la cama era muy cómoda y de noche es bastante tranquilo La limpieza del suelo dejaba un poquito que desear y el techo del cuarto de baño tenía unas humedades bastante importantes aparte de un trozo de moldura del techo caída y puesta encima del espejo...deberían de mejorar un poco el aspecto del apartamento....por lo demás hace su función para poder pasar un par de noches sin problema

• Kerstin (6/5): - Gute Lage für Ausflüge in den Norden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Ein Wasserkocher wäre gut. Viel Verkehrslärm und Parkplatz manchmal schwer zu finden.

• Laura (7/5): Aceptable. - El alojamiento está en una zona céntrica, con todo cerca y buen acceso al transporte. Es fácil aparcar en la calle, ideal si vienes en coche. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: menaje, utensilios, electrodomésticos, etc. Sería bueno cambiar o arreglar el plato de ducha, que tenía unas grietas que se abrían un poco más cada vez que lo usábamos, y puede ser peligroso. Además, del baño salía un olor a humedad bastante persistente, lo cual hacía que no resultara del todo agradable.

• Vázquez (5/5): Apartamento justo a lo que pagas, sin lujos pero el olor del baño no es nada agradable - El anfitrion fue muy atento, llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dejo una sombrilla para poder pasar la mañana en la playa Por el precio que pagas no puedes exigir nada, pero creo que la higiene en el baño es innegociable, el olor en el baño no era agrabable y creo que la ducha podria tener una mejor higiene. No tiene nada de ventilación el baño.

• Luis Herrera (3/5): La sauna - El alojamiento en sí, no ofrece nada que no se pueda deducir en las fotos, como mucho, se podría decir que ofrece una ubicación más o menos céntrica lo que el barrio donde se sitúa no es agradable. El alojamiento tiene un espacio demasiado reducido aparte de que hace un calor dentro insoportable, al menos en verano que es cuando estuve alojado (julio) este calor no es solucionado por nada ya que no tiene aire acondicionado disponible solo un ventilador que reparte aire caliente. En cuanto a limpieza es mala, ya que los platos, vasos, cubiertos etc estaban mal limpios y se tuvieron que limpiar de nuevo, el mobiliario del lugar es bastante viejo y están degradado por el tiempo, la cocina no tiene un buen extractor o ventilación por lo que si cocinan algo que provoque humo no es recomendable. En resumen, lo más incómodo de la estancia ha sido el calor insoportable por las noches y por el día y el mal olor de las toallas por la humedad que ni las utilice. No se me quitaba el olor ni lavándolas.

Advertised as having air con.That is why we booked here.The air con was broke and looked like it had been broke for a while,you got a fan instead.There was no kettle and the stovetop took ages to heat up water.Very limited cooking equipment and not too clean.Overall not for us.

• Máté (4/5): Disappointing - Everything is within easy reach. The electricity was not working in the bathroom, and the owner was absolutely aware of the problem, but he didn't manage to solve it. Moreover, the shower was dirty.
• Chris (8/5): Excellent for a short stay in Puerto del Rosario - Walking distance from the bus station so no need to hire a car. Nearest beach also within walking distance. Everything you need for a short break. Traffic can be a little noisy with the window open but we live in the middle of no where so maybe just not used to it.

• Ann-marie (7/5): Cheap, clean, close-ish to town. - Clean accommodation. Friendly owner (although we are English and speak very little Spanish- so communication was a little difficult as he didn't speak much English either! Lol) everything you could want for a few days. Bed was far to firm for us. Although so may like a firm bed, it gave us back ache. The accom is right on a main road and so was noisy in the mornings.
