Tuvimos que coger un nórdico y el cubrecama, y ponerlo para aislar los muelles del.colchon y claramente ha sido insuficiente. LAS ALMOHADAS SUCIAS Y CON OLOR La alcachofa de la DUCHA caída e incómoda. El SOFÁ es una caja de hormigón donde no puedes estar sentada más de 30 min. SMS AL.DUÑEO: duerme una noche en tu alojamiento e invierte en las instalaciones.. LO MAS IMPORTANTE EN UNAS VACACIONES ES EL DESCANSO, Y HEMOS TEMIDO A METERNOS EN LA CAMA Y NO DISFRUTAR DE UNA BUENA DUCHA.

• Michael (10/5): Top appartement op een prachtige locatie! - De locatie is uitmuntend en het appartement is zeer ruim en ziet er prachtig uit! Dichtbij parkeren! Het 2-persoonsmatras zou wat harder mogen, als je al maar een klein beetje beweegt, heeft de ander daar al last van. Maar de rest compenseert het volledig, dus zeker een 10 waard!

• MANUEL (9/5): - La ubicación y la limpieza. Los colchones están hundidos. El grifo del fregadero echa el agua con muchísima presión.
• Esther (8/5): - Nos encantó el apartamento. Era muy grande y agradable. Es estupendo que puedas acceder a él directamente con el ascensor, muy útil cuando viajas con bebé y perro. Las vistas eran preciosas y la ubicación inmejorable. Todo estaba muy bien. Por decir algo, quizá se podría reponer el menaje de la cocina, que estaba un poco viejo y no estaría mal que la televisión fuese smartv. Pero, lo dicho, estas cosillas no desmerecen el lugar.

• Kim (9/5): Fantastic location! - The window overlooking the plaza and the morning sun streaming in, were a definite plus. The location is perfect, with restaurants and tabernas close by, or easy walking distance. My only negative experience was that I was left waiting outside even though the check in time had been confirmed. The link for registering did not allow me to register, and I was unable to get a response from the host through booking.com, although a number of messages had been sent. I finally received a response when I contacted him through WhatsApp.

The kitchen had practically nothing on cooking supplies - no salt, oil, sugar, pepper, or anything else. Most other vacation rentals in Andalucia have such basic supplies (and often much more). The apartment wasn't exactly dirty, but it could have been cleaner. The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work correctly, without it, it was hard to shave or insert contact lenses

• ANGEL MARIA (7/5): - Excelente ubicación, cerca de todos los puntos de interés turísticos de Úbeda. Amabilidad de José a la hora de acceder al parking pues estaba complicado por unas obras y él mismo nos ayudó con su furgoneta particular a acceder al mismo. El apartamento es antiguo, aunque está correcto a excepción del menaje de cocina que es escaso y debería ser renovado en gran parte. A nosotros no nos afectó porque no cocinamos allí pero si piensas hacerlo debes contar con ello.

• MICHEL (8/5): Belle surprise qu'UBEDA - Un bel appartement de configuration particulière, en duplex, avec accès direct par ascenseur et situation géographique superbe sur la place du 1er mai, à proximité de tout. Quelques équipements sont à rafraichir : les portes d'accès au balcon et à la terrasse (difficiles à fermer), la robinetterie de l'évier, l'abattant des WC, etc. Et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de bonde à la baignoire ...

Comunicación muy buena , a pesar de que el dueño estaba fuera La única peguilla es q el aire del salón no calentaba mucho, pero realmente allí vas para estar todo el día fuera.

It was very cold. Although, I understand that we traveled during winter time, the heating system is not very efficient and effective. It’s noisy and living room is not heated well enough due to the heater location.

Por indicar puntos de mejora: Escasa luz en el baño puesto que había luminarias en el baño sin funcionamiento. Menaje de cocina descuidado. Lo demás todo bien.

• Elena (8/5): Buen fin de semana - La ubicación es maravillosa. Me encanta que pongan tapitas con la bebida y la cómida esta muy buena. La gente es muy amable. Y sobre todo los monumentos que tiene a cada paso que das, es un museo al aire libre.

Te ofertan aparcamiento privado y cuando llegas no tienen o dicen que lo tienen ocupado y en la zona es difícil aparcar. La ventana que da a la fachada es de madera y no cierra bien, entra frío y ruido. Cuando te duchas sale mucha agua fuera de la bañera siendo hasta peligro al salir de ella.

• Araceli (6/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue, la amplitud del apartamento y la ubicación. Tanto José como su compañera fueron muy amables y dispuestos. La limpieza. Nos sorprendió porque hasta dentro del armario en la repisa había polvo, el difusor del pelo, los salvamanteles estaban sucios y enganchados. La cafetera estaba salpicada de café, sería del último uso de las personas que estuvieron anteriormente. Por otro lado, para 6 días . De estancia solo teníamos dos rollos de papel WC y dos mini Geles... Encuentro que es demasiado escaso. Por el resto bien.

En uno de los apartamentos no encontramos tostador ni tabla para cortar. Las copas estaban sucias con señales de labios marcados.

Make sure you book ahead as parking elsewhere is impossible. Lovely cafe downstairs. The lift opened up into the apartment, which was great and there was a lovely balcony overlooking the square. We were staying in Apartment 1. I loved it and would liked to have stayed longer

• Jegold (7/5): - Der Kontaktlose Zugang und Einweisung über Filme + Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe in Parkhaus. Sauberkeit der Fußböden, der Küche, Matratzen sollten mal ausgetauscht werden mitsamt quitschenden Betten. Badarmaturen und WC Deckel sollten instandgesetzt werden.

• ACG (9/5): Magnifica ubicacion, bien dotado, algunas cosas a mejorar - La ubicación es excelente y nos dieron todas las facilidades para entrar antes del check-in Los aires acondicionados no funcionaban bien y pasamos mucho calor. La ducha perdía agua, tanto el mango como la mampara y al final de cada ducha el baño era un bebedero de patos
