- Bilal (4/5): - The room wreaked of smoke even though i requested non smoking, there were cigarette burn marks on the sheets, stains on the sheets and hair, i was itchy all night. the room was dull, no remote for AC, bed had sink spots, breakfast was great lobby and staff were great, nice area because mall was opposite the hotel so convenient and alot of places close by to walk to, they need to do better with the rooms and it will be great

- mehmet Alper (2/5): Berbat bir otel - Nerden başlayayım bilmiyorum.Öncelikle otelin çoğu odası boş olmasına rağmen otelin en saçma ve küçük odası bize verildi.Odadaki ışıklandırma yetersizdi yani gece lambası yanıyor gibiydi.Odadaki yatak tekli bazalardan birleştirilmiş ve kötü,nevresim ve yastıklar sapsarıydı.Banyodan gider kokusu geliyordu.Havlular pis ve renkleri artık solmuştu.Kahvaltısı da yetersiz ve çok basitti.(Peynir,zeytin,domates ve salatalık)Sabahları aç kaldık diyebilirim.Odada telefon bile yoktu.Resepsiyonla cep telefonuyla haberleşiyorduk.Televizyon kanalları sadece belirli ulusal kanallar ve fazlası yoktu malesef. Kısacası berbat bir deneyimdi.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Fiyatının uygunluğuna kanıp konaklama yapmayınız.

- Amer (2/5): - I booked a suite with queen bed and when we arrived there the manger said to us we only have a double bed available. When they showed us the room it was really disgusting and very dirty, we slept with our clothes from from fear of dirt. We asked them to change the sheets and bring more towels , they only brought one towel and did not change ripped dirty sheets , they were sewn together terribly and has a dot of blood on it, really terrible. The manger wasn't friendly with us, and we complained to Expedia after that they gave us another room the next day. The new room was acceptable, and they tried to make us happy later but it was too late. I don't recommend this hotel period.

- Rhazouani (2/5): Nooit meer - Toen ik gewoon aan de receptie stond, dacht ik al, dit is niet zo netjes. Toen kregen we een sleutel (maar eentje ipv 2 altijd!) en gingen we naar de kamer. JE KON ER AMPER ADEMEN!!!!! Het stonk ENORM!!! Dit is een geur die komt als die onbewoond, gesloten blijft... We kwamen laat in de avond aan dus we hadden geen tijd om te kijken naar een ander hotel, anders waren wij niet gebleven! Wij hebben dus met het raam open geslapen omdat het niet andzrs kon. Dan heb je de bedden, die zoooo onconfortabel waren en waar je rugpijn van kreeg in de ochtend! Ook is een éénpersoonsbed heel klein (je kan je niet omdraaien in je slaap!!). Beneden (receptie, ontbijttafels enz.) lijken allemaal netjes maar boven.... Dan hebben ze staan dat er een sauna en spa is, maar als je ernaar vraagt zeggen ze dat deze een probleem heeft. (Ben daar 3dagen gebleven en elke morgen opnieuw gevraagd!) Het ontbijt (gratis) was OK. Verschillende soorten kaas, brood, thee, tomaten, komkommer en gekookte eieren. Ik had wel meer verwacht als fruit (basis), yoghurt, VERSE sappen (er waren sappen maar uit zakjes, NIET VERS!!!). De tweede ochtend waren er FRIETJES als ontbijt (7u!!) maar oke. Dit is een ervaring om niet te vergeten! Voor de eerste keer wou ik eens zien wat het zou zijn voor 40€/nacht maar nu heb ik onthouden dat, hoe goedkoper, hoe vuiler het zal zijn.. Zeer erg dit..
