• Edrin.G (5/5): Private party in the middle of the week? - It is clean. Good breakfast. Thay had a private party on rooftop. The restaurant was closed. But the worst was that nobody informed me about the party and I couldn't sleep till 2 A.M. It isn't good at all, specially if you are on a business trip and need to wake up fresh and rested.

• Antoine (3/5): Mauvaise expérience - Propreté et petit déjeuner vraiment très non et diversifié Ce n’est pas un 4 étoile !!! Un deux étoiles, et encore… meubles abîmés, rayés. Le parking sous terrain une catastrophe: même avec une voiture moyenne (dacia Logan) il faut manœuvrer 10 fois pour réussir à descendre au niveau inférieur. Nous avions réservé un petit appartement avec kitchenette. Il y’a des plaques de cuisson mais ni casseroles ou poêles… cherchez l’erreur. Pour couronner le tout, l’insonorisation est très médiocre. À l’étage supérieur, une fête bulgare battait son plein. Le bruit passe par les gaines de ventilation et la cage d’ascenseur. Notre fils s’est réveillé 3 fois. Le plus mauvais hôtel de notre séjour en Bulgarie et le plus cher…

• Ana (10/5): Great value for a comfy stay business or leisure - It is a great location close by the metro station and bus stops, near Business park. It has a very nice breakfast, comfy beds and it is well maintained. The sauna needs to be requested to warm up in advance.

• Timothy Alex (8/5): Very nice hotel for short stay - Very pleasant reception staff member. Excellent and good value food in the sky bar restaurant. (special mention to our waiter- very personable). Location very convenient for the airport. Lidl supermarket 5 mins down the road. Don't try the underground car park, its very confusing and not well lit. Reception staff recommended their above ground car park in front of the hotel, which was much better. The surrounding area is not that inviting, but good access to the metro makes it easy to reach the city centre.

• DIMITRIOS (8/5): - Γενικά ένα ικανοποιητικό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλό πρωινό και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Αντί για τρίτο κρεβάτι υπήρχε ένας πολύ κακός καναπές κρεβάτι και ξύπνησα με πόνους στην μέση (και δεν έχω τέτοια προβλήματα).

• VENELIN (7/5): - Ползвам хотела ,когато съм в София и има свободни стаи . Основно местоположението и съотношението цена -качеството . Единствено ,което не ми хареса този път беше почистването . Стаята не беше почистена ,само леглото беше оправено ,не беше изхвърлен боклука използваните чаши от кафе си стояха по бюрото в стаята. Чаршафите ,който бяха на леглото са с дупки и плика е скъсан . Не мисля ,че това е допустимо!!! Ако желаете ще Ви изпратя снимки….Обърнете внимание на това ,моля !

• Mikalai Krot (9/5): - the room was large and clean (room service is every day), breakfast - abundant, the personnel at the reception speaks English sometimes noisy (room facing the boulevard): 1) when windows are open, the street is noisy. The street has traffic even at night 2) the bar just on the next floor was sometimes too noisy.

• KATELINA (8/5): - Доброто е , че хотела не можа да развали натрупаните с времето добри впечатления. Обяснявам - в хотела имаше няколко отбора юноши от Италия и беше шумно. Не можахме да посетим ресторанта, защото бе зает с децата.имахме обещани закуска в кутии поради ранно ставане 4,30 ч, / уточнено в резервацията / , но се оказа , че въпреки че сме заплатили закуска нямаше нищо , вкл. Отказ за възстановяване или предложение за компенсиране на сумата. А оправданието на рецепция , че резервацията е платена на букиинг е несъстоятелна.

• MKLV (3/5): If you have such an opportunity, then choose another accommodation option. - Good, varied, quality breakfast. Convenient parking for a car. A two-bedroom suite. It was completely filthy. The kitchen area and microwave hadn't been cleaned, and the counter hadn't been wiped clean. The windows let in cold air. All the curtains were partially torn from their fastenings. Shower gel and shampoo were completely missing. Loud noise from neighboring suites.
