• Tameka (1/5): Awful , disgusted , nasty , code inforcment as soon as possible. - Nothing I did not like the property because at first the staff had me on hold at the front door for 30 minutes , then when she finally came downstairs she was looking bothered and then she made me wait before checking me in also keeping me at the door until she felt like opening it. When I went up to see the room , I opened it and saw visible roaches on the floor and on the sink , everywhere running around the room. I would never stay there again

• Kytlyar (2/5): Horrible experience - The front desk was closed when we arrived. Had to call and wait about 30 minutes to front desk to open. The room was very dirty, there was a dead cockroach right in the middle of the room, spiderweb on the wall, a wet napkin in the corner of the room, the toilet was dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the floor was dirty. And as a bonus, we couldn't sleep because the walls are so thin, you can appreciate all the night activities in the next room. It was horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend...

• Jilly (1/5): Gross, will not stay here again…. - Not much Super sticky floors in room,my shoes stuck to he floor… tv did not work in multiple rooms, room was so hot when I walked in, zero customer service after 10pm or actually 9:40, no hair dryer, halls smell of a mixture of weed, Mexican food, Asian food and wet dogs. Stairwell smells like dog poop and urine. Phone is room doesn’t work either. Mold all over ceiling in bathroom and rust consumed the towel rods in the bathroom too and not sure what’s all over the walls and ceiling above and around the bed.

• Vacation752301 (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER! - WORST HOTEL EVER! I’ve never had anyone hotel need all Adult Identifications at check in! I was told by front desk Roshanda (her general manager: Angela Rodgers) all adults need an id to check in! What if all adults are not present or checking in as they arrive? My secretary placed 2 people which it’s only 1 (ME)! Are you serious that the front desk can’t change to 1 person? This is the most ridiculous process I’ve ever experienced! 5 hours driving and 3 extra hotel idiotic run arounds.

• Sunshine21316096820 (2/5): Worst Customer Service Experience – Denied Check-In and Treated Rudely - I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Extended Stay America – 2450 S Falkenburg Rd, Tampa, FL on November 3, 2025. After driving for two hours with my baby, I arrived tired and urgently needed to use the restroom. The front desk receptionist refused to allow me to use it, even after I explained that I had a reservation and simply needed a moment before checking in. When I returned with my ID and card to check in, she became rude, dismissive, and ultimately refused to complete my check-in, canceling my reservation and telling me to go elsewhere. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by her lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. I hope management investigates this matter seriously and ensures staff receive proper customer service and hospitality training. No paying guest should ever be treated this way.

• Gort (1/5): Roaches and early morning disturbance. - First 2 nights were awful. Night 1 I was woken up by maintenance vacuuming before 9am, she said it's not an everyday situation and I wouldn't be disturbed the rest of my stay. The next morning at 8:45 am I was woken up early again by a scheduled shampooing to the rugs. The lack of sleep and roaches in the room. Several live and dead roaches.

• MARIA (2/5): - I first entered room 313 at roughly 7pm. At the time, nothing felt off, apart from the old food aroma on the common areas and the room. I came back at about 1:30 in the morning and when I entered the room, I found about twenty cockroaches, big and small, all over the kitchen and the floor. I had not left any food inside the room, apart from an unopened bottle of water. We took pictures of the roaches and called in, but they did not want to move us to another room nor refund us. They didn’t try to help and didn’t recommend any alternatives to stay the night in. Neither costumer service nor hotel property staff bothered to show up. The main costumer service line failed to provide any solution whatsoever. Me and my husband had to figure out where to stay with our two kids last minute, and ended up almost having to sleep in the car. Awful experience. We have already reached out to Expedia they have been very helpful. We are expecting a refund.

Only received one towel and one washcloth and had to take them downstairs to the front desk to get any more. Room was not cleaned the 5 days we were there and thank goodness we had had to leave early due to an emergency.All sorts of people all over the facility parking area at all hours not staying there, way too much traffic going on!

The place was filthy with terrible odors, from cigarette smoke, to marijuana filling the entire lobby every time I was there, to the hallways smelling like feet in a locker room. Our room had a cockroach infestation. Our shower was full of little black hairs all over the walls. We were told breakfast was available and it wasn't. The fire alarm went off while we were there due to someone smoking, and the elevator quit working for a whole day. The mirror in the bathroom appeared to have black mold. And the kitchen was advertised as "fully" equipped which was far from the truth. I contacted booking.com and Extended Stay and got a response from neither with 24 hours as it is promised.

The room was missing a sofa bed and had nothing in it as far as amenities. The carpets in the hall were disgusting. I am asking for a refund.
