• Sinead (7/5): Beautiful apartment close to everything but very noisy - Great location in centre of old town The noise. The bar below was pumping music until 4am on Friday and Saturday night. The week nights it wasn’t too bad but unless you are there to party it’s unfortunately just too loud

• Michelle (10/5): Amazing, would 100% recommend. - Perfect location, everything was very assessable, bar below was great not too noisy. Apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, with 3 bathrooms, perfect for a party of 6, it didn’t feel small or cramped. Location was superb, right in the heart of the old town & easy access to everything you need.

• Amanda (9/5): - Everything, there is nothing not to like spacious , comfortable well equipped. Close to the beach, lots of fab bars. Could be a bit nosy but it really didn’t worry us.
• ANDREW (5/5): Whilst we enjoyed the fabulous San Sebastián all four iof us were underwhelmed with the Apartment for all the reasons ab - Good size. Awful grubby dark dingy main entrance. The actual apartment sited on a key corner of Old Town so noisy until late at night but also delivery’s start v early in morning be warned! Interior tired & dated. Bathroom layouts tight for space (large people would struggle). Why is there a second wash machine in one of the bathrooms as well as in utility! Horrible rubber square pillows. The sofa far too deep! No information for guests to absorb. No info on the working of the various equipment oven, d/washer etc. No welcome pack! Not even washing up liquid, dishwasher capsules, no cleaning sprays are supplied & more importantly no tea towels! Not good enough. Be warned the first time of accessing Main Street door proved slightly difficult but even worse trying to access Apartment … the company remotely triggered the door opening for us.
• Hope (10/5): - The location was amazing. The apartment is roomy and well appointed. there were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The street noise was a bit much and went on until about 2-3am and it was a bit hot, but there are fans in the closets.

• Antonio (10/5): - Todo el equipamiento. Incluso un botiquín de primeros auxilios. Lo único el pequeño escalón que hay justo a la entrada del apartamento, no del edificio. El primer día no lo vi al salir y me tropecé porque estaba a oscuras el rellano y habia q salir un poco para que el sensor de la lámpara volumétrica me pudiera reconocer. De todas formas no tiene importancia porque no pasó de un leve esguince. La realidad es que no se puede decir nada negativo del apartamento

• Barbara (9/5): Excellent - The location to pick up the keys was much farther than the 500 meters that was suggested…. It would have been helpful to know I was looking for a convenience store to get the keys. I thought I was looking for an office. We absolutely could not have walked with our bags from one to the other. I also was not told about the code required to pick up the keys. Super clean and comfortable apartment and well located. We very much enjoyed our stay!

• Philip (9/5): Very good break, very nice apartment. - Very good apartment, location perfect. The only negative was the bar that stayed open until 3am Friday and Saturday directly under the apartment. Just caused a base noise but didn’t stop us sleeping.

• Susan (9/5): Great apartment for making most of San Sebastián. - Apartment was in a great position in the heart of the old town. Walk to all the bars as well as the beaches. It is well equipped and very clean with good quality furnishings. The staff at FeelFree were very responsive to any queries.
• Carmel (7/5): Nice apartment but no airconditioning and ordinary service by the property manager. - There were door codes for two doors. Neither worked. We had to call the property manager ... the phone didn't answer and then someone called back and used a remote connection to open both doors. It was NOT a smooth operation. There was no air conditioning and, despite floor fans we had trouble sleeping at night because it was quite hot in the apartment.

• Turlough (8/5): Very good apartment. Would recommend a host. Location excellent but not for parking or quiet - The apartment was spacious and modern and very clean. Well provided. Location in the heart of the old town close to teleparks, which are good value for parking. Lots of Pintxos bars, but queues were long The key collection was frustrating. There was no host and the Danlock app was not working. Eventually got in touch with the office at 1930 which is nearby and got a set of keys. Properties with a host meeting you are far better in my opinion. Temperature in San Sebastian was very warm and the ac was not working. Had to use 3 fans. It is noisy at night as you are in the heart of the old town.
• Miia (9/5): Great holiday home in the heart of San Sebastian! - Beautifully decorated spacious apartment with all amenities. Perfect for a family holiday. Central location in the old town near restaurants and within 15 minute walk from the beach. Apartment did not have air conditioning but did provide fans for all rooms. On weekend nights there was music from the bar downstairs until morning hours which could disturb some people. No beach towels were provided.
